I have been bringing Wrigley to LollyPups for quite awhile now!! When I bring him for Doggie Day Care-- he drags me to the entrance!! He adores Karlie -- the manager and the other attendants!!! Today I took Wrigs to Doggie Day Care and Karlie was going to give him a bath and haircut!! I picked him up at 4pm and what a Wonderful haircut!! Karlie and the staff go Above and Beyond to Care for your Pet!! If you are looking for a Great Team and a Great Doggie Day Care you have to Check Out Lollipups!!! They treat your pets like they were theirs!!! Big Shout Out to Karlie and her Staff!!!! The Best!!

It all started when I called to confirm my appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. But I proceeded to go against my better judgment and bring my dog to get groomed. I will say the girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful as this was our first time (and last). Everything was fine when I picked him back up. That was until I saw a bright right bruise on my dogs leg. He was clearly hit or scratched or something. When I called to see what happened, I basically got no where. She even said he seemed to enjoy the bath which is funny since he’s never liked a bath in his 8 years. I will never go back and I advise others to steer clear. My dog is scared but not aggressive, there is never a reason to hurt a dog.

My dog was not groomed properly. He was still wet. It didn't look like he was combed thoroughly, and nails were still sharp. I was checking the back of his legs and pulled clumps of mud off of him. I tried to call and got a voice mail. Left a message, and no one bothered to call me back. Lousy service at high prices.

This place is like the "pub" to my pup. She loves it and the staff was super attentive to her as she warms up fast around dogs, but slow to people at first.

We take our 2 pups for daycare two or three days a week, and for grooming. They LOVE it! They pull hard to get in there quickly as soon as they realize where they are, and they fall asleep on the car ride home and the rest of the night! If your dog is in need of exercise, stimulation, and play with friends, then I highly recommend Lollipups! The staff is attentive, management is always watching the many cameras, and if you board your pets, they let them out at 10pm and sometimes again before morning. You just don't get that extra attention and care at other boarding facilities! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also shout out to Karlee and the rest of the staff, as well as to Stayci and the other groomers. They are passionate, kind, and very caring!

Please read all the reviews before considering this option for your pets. Seemed like a fantastic place at first glance and visit, ... after a few phone calls with very a rude receptionist (owner) we changed our mind about our pet visiting this place even just for grooming. Im greatful we made this choice after reading many reviews regarding pet owners finding their love ones neglected, sick, and injured after leaving this place.

Would not recommend. The workers are great, but the owner is nothing but disrespectful. Don’t trust someone who owns a strip club to take care of your dog… if she cannot be respectful to a adult, I’m sure it will be worse for your pet. There’s a reason dogs come out traumatized.. read the reviews and don’t let the facade fool you!

This place rocks. Super friendly staff. Our heat went out so bad to move the whole family upstairs and our pup would of had no room and be miserable. We’ve never done boarding before and they made extremely easy and very affordable. Great to know this service exists and will definitely use again as needed

We had our dog Rosie there for 3 days. I lived that she had the opportunity to be with other dogs rather than being penned up except for walks. She came home clean, happy, sweet smelling. It was obvious that she had had a good time and we definitely will be back.

Left our pet here for over 2 weeks while out of town. This place is top notch and a safe haven for pets that also gives owners peac if mind while separated from their pet. The staff is exceptional and the manager, Karlee, is amazing. They all loved on our dog as if he was their own. The facilities are wonderful: clean, spacious, and fun for dogs of all ages and sizes. This place gave me the peace of mind that every dog owner needs when away from their beloved pet. I came away very impressed and thankful for this place

The manager and the girls are very loving towards animals! They work well with the dogs and I can tell how much love they have for each pet that walks through the door. My dog loved playing with his friends! Karlee is a sweet heart and runs Lollipups with care and dedication! Marni is a wonderful groomer! She is caring and patient with her grooms!Lollipups is nothing like their old reviews. When you walk in the place smells wonderful! Its clean and tails are wagging!

This place does a great job grooming and cleaning up my pups. Their play area looks real fun and stimulating. One thing I'd really like to see soon is maybe a nice scented shampoo for my dogs. But this place really does well by me and my pups for a fair price.

Not sure where the negative reviews have come from…..it has been a lifesaver for my very energetic retriever puppy… as with everything else I decided to try it for myself before I listened to too many reviews and word of mouth..I have found it clean, inviting, affordable and my dog loves it… staff is great…. maybe the dog referenced in the recent negative review is just not cut out for that type of daycare… not all dogs tolerate this arrangement….as for myself it has made my life ALOT easier

The employees are very friendly and accommodating. I called for grooming services on a Saturday Morning and they fit my dog in right away. I was able to pick her up before noon and the cost for a full grooming, bath, nails, etc. was just over $30. We've also boarded here and were pleased with that experience as well. I definitely recommend Lollipups.

My wife and I stopped by to check this place out. We stood in the waiting area for 15 minutes looking at TOTALLY UNSUPERVISED dogs in the daycare area. We left and we won't be back. Our dog deserves better than that. Maybe the staff is nice and maybe it isn't. We have no way of knowing because they never appeared while we were there.

We left our Dog for a bit more than 2 weeks while we went on vacation, we tried to communicate several time directly to the manager to check on our dog with no response at all, once we finally connected over the phone with one of the staff members we were told that our dog was doing fine. I went to pick him up yesterday and unfortunately was told a different story. I was told that they "couldn't do anything with him" because he was aggressive with the staff when they wanted to take him for a walk. I was told that my dog was left in a cage for two weeks due to this. I came to find my dog VERY scared, he was very defensive and had his head lowered even with my wife, son and I. Really odd for a very friendly 1 year old English Shepherd very well known in our neighborhood for getting along with other dogs, adults and kids. He cried during the 1.5 hour drive home and I'd never seen him like this, he was shaking and clearly disturbed and so nervous. Unacceptable and disappointed as I was never contacted to address this situation timely. Knowing my dog I believe that this place staff didn't treat him right, it was very obvious that he had spent the 2 weeks miserable for who knows what reasons.

We picked up our dog after a 10 day stay, he is losing hair around his eye and has green goup coming out of his eye. Never received a call that anything happened and when called about it they stated they never noticed his eye. They will not take any responsibility for this. Poor customer service and will never bring my dog back and will not ever recommend this place to anyone!

Lollipups Pet Resort has some of the nicest people I have ever met. They have a real great caring and loving attitude to all the animals. The place is very clean and well taken care of. If you need boarding or day care for your furry babies, this is the only place to go! Thanks again!

I recently took my small puppy there on saturday for daycare while on vacation in Lake Geneva and noticed first it was spot clean. Upon my arrival after picking him up, I noticed he was shaken and the floor was a complete mess with urine and some feces everywhere. I'm not quite sure if the outdoor play area is even clean or maintained well enough throughout the day. Just for this one day experience, I wasn't impressed at all, even though it initially looked very inviting.

Love this facility. I always feel very comfortable when ever I drop off my dog knowong she will be having a great time. Though I only have used the daycare service it is a huge space. Both indoor and outdoor are accessible to the dogs to wonder about freely. The area is divided into 2 sections for larger dogs and smaller ones.

My dog is always excited to come here. The staff is very friendly, and they keep it very clean. I like that I can call in to check on my dog, it makes me more comfortable and overall content that they can tell me how he is doing and if he ate his food, etc...

I have worked in customer service my whole adult life, one thing I've learned, is you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try, there will always be Debbie Downer's no matter what! I am proud to say I board my pet aggressive German Shepherd here, and she is handled one on one, and walked 4 times a day despite that she is in an In-Out Kennel. I am also an employee that has worked here for 3 years now. We all own and love our pets as our children, and so we treat yours as if they are our own. I've never seen any animal abused or mis-treated, even our challenged pets such as my own. I am a business owner on the side, I continue to work here for 2 reasons: I love working with all the different breeds of dogs, and it's a place that I entrust with my own family member when I go away! Also we have a facility that is state of the art facility that is constantly being modified, to keep current. We also allow tours 7 days a week, no appointments necessary. We have nothing to hide, which is different then our competitors. I'm proud that you encare your loved ones with us, it's my pleasure knowing and working with them!

Very unhappy about their communication regarding cost. One employee was deceptive about pricing and at checkout the another had no idea what they were talking about. They were polite and nice, but there were some other issues. Make certain you confirm several times everything they tell you, so there is no miscommunication. We will not be using them again.

I’ve been using Lollipups for 3 years to board my dog and I’m sad to say I will not be going back. In the last year or so I’ve seen a decline in demeanor and overall care. They use to have supervision in the daycare room, which is always crowded with dogs. When I inquired as to why nobody was in with the dogs I was told “they can get in there quickly if they need to” which I disagree with. It is an accident waiting to happen. I’ve also noticed they never seem to have the same staff and the ones lately have been put out and rude. Too bad, it used to be better!

GROOMING - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEScheduled an appointment here while visiting lake Geneva. Our dog is very accustomed to grooming services, as we take her bi-weekly to our local groomer. I dropped her off and came back to pick her up at the scheduled pickup time.The girl at the front desk informed me the groomer would be a few more minutes since previous appointments ran long. So I waited with my son in the front area for my dog to be finished.At that time I could see and hear my dog yelping... and instead of the groomer calmly handing the situating, she started SCREAMING things such as:"Wow!!! You're a piece of work, aren't you?!""You wanna cry!?! I'll give u something to cry about!!""God Da***it!!! I'm sick of the drama! I've had enough of u!!"I honestly couldn't believe I was hearing these things! Even if my dog was the most difficult dog in the world (which I highly doubt), there is still no place for this type of behavior. I was so upset, and I expressed my feelings to the girl at the front. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak directly to the groomer, as she didn't even take the time to come out to speak with me afterwords. She literally put my dog on the floor and continued on with her next "victim".It is also my understanding this groomer is the only groomer in the facility. I was informed she books clients 7 days a week, and hasn't had a day off in a very long time. I would suggest lollipups hire another groomer, if not to fully replace her, but to at least allow her a day off. She's clearly taking out her frustrations on our wonderful pets! Will never be coming back here again and I hope this review is read by anyone looking for grooming services in lake Geneva.
