C’mon, you can’t just keep stuffing glass into the shelves. At a certain point it’s unsafe. You get that, right? It wouldn’t take much to wind up with a cascade of broken glass. I don’t mind a little digging, but you need space to shuffle things around. Oh, that looks like a nice tumbler back there, completely locked behind rows of delicate stemware. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Even worse, this store clearly has too much inventory for the prices marked. I’m used to Goodwill stores being pricey, but not like this. You really expect customers to put in work just to pry something out and then pay $7-20 for it?

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. Online return policy & this stores return policy completely different. Bought 2 pairs of pants (tried on at home, too small) returned same day with tags & receipt. Googled their return policy before going back, says: with tags & receipt returns allowed. This store, no returns, all sales are final. It does say that on the bottom of the receipt, but honestly who reads the bottom of your receipt. Long story short, hope the $20 was worth it, will never be back... CROOKS!!!!!!!!!

The most expensive Goodwill I have ever been to. Things are so jammed together you can hardly find anything. I ended up spending over $50 on dishes. It took me an hour to find all the pieces. I had to crawl on floor to get to bottom selves. Then when I got the cashiers they don’t wrap nor provide any bags or boxes. These people are making a killing. How charitable.

This place is so overpriced. $19.99 for used button ups, $14.99 for disgusting used golf polo shirts, $25 for scratched up used shoes. Manager should be ashamed and replaced. Price gouging donated goods is criminal. I’m never coming back to this location.I would have bought 5X as much stuff as I did if the prices made sense. How is it more profitable to make less sales? Disgraceful. Btw $85 total for my ONE small bag of items. Got to hell.

I adore this Goodwill! They always have such a nice selection of clothes, knickknacks, ect. The shelves are always full, but not impossibly full, so you can still look through things. The employees are always very polite and helpful, and are good at calling for back up at the register. Pictures are of some of my finds!

I used to frequent Goodwill to purchase for several families from church that were struggling badly back when I was an RE coordinator. Many kids attending classes on the coldest days of the year with very worn out, thin winter jackets, no gloves, no socks etc. It was affordable and back then when Goodwill served its local citizens offering necessities at very reasonable prices. After all, Goodwill is “owned” by the communities it serves and is governed by a local, volunteer board of directors. It rips my heart out seeing how greedy Goodwill has become. It seems to be all about the money. I had an ex store manager once tell me anything really good coming in is taken by the staff. They always get to sort through the donations first. This defeats the purpose of the mission to be a valuable resource to those in need. I’m done shopping at Goodwill as I can get much more in better condition for much lower prices at TJ Maxx, dollar General or on fb marketplace. Shame on them for taking something that was once an invaluable resource and incredible place for local citizens to turn for help. Now it’s simply about the $$$ and absolutely no value at all. It’s a waste of good space.

This store always has shelves so packed and messy you can hardly look at stuff. Prices have gotten too high and the febreeze they pump out is nauseating. Now today awful manager. Its not the price. Its the point of the matter.Pick up an item in front of a worker. Item double priced a dollar difference. I ask worker how much it is. She says 2.99. I say then why this second one.Manager lady literally snatches the lower price tag and leaves the 3.99 on and says “we always mark the bottom”. Um no you dont.I look at other items near it and they are marked on the sides and top. Throughout the store same thing.Shes a liar and thief in my opinion.I find someone who fixes it.Get to the register and girlie who working starts trouble over it.Rather than bring the nice worker into it I let it go.Bet they mark it on the side again and put it out again.

Some of the pricing at the Delavan Goodwill is a little out of whack. And a lot of the media is picked over by online auction hunters. Other than that it was a standard, relatively pleasant, Goodwill experience.

Goodwill Donation Center is very well run. You drive up, open your trunk, staff helps you unload your donations and then hands you a receipt. The stock for sale is in geat shape and reasonably priced. This is a worthy organization that does some great things. They do tremendous volume in their store too.

I agree the prices are getting ridiculous! That’s why a lot of items are still there. And get broken. Also another thing that sucks is that they rush you out of the store 15 minutes before they close and even start turning the lights off. Have had this experience 5 times in the last month

Employees are great but these prices are outrageous they get things donated for free let's keep the thrift store mentality when pricing that's the whole idea people.need help who come to your store not kohls prices

Used to be one of the best Goodwill stores in the area but their prices have skyrocketed. Have seen several items priced higher than I can go by new at the appropriate stores. Don't start marking things "ebay prices" when you can't tell a still labeled item is from Dollar Tree and price it at 3+ dollars. After leaving empty handed yet again it's just not worth the stop anymore.

Very clean and organized. They do carry nice stuff especially clothes but this store is the most expensive one I've ever been too. I've been to many all over the state and their tag sale prices after the sale is equal to all the others without the sales. Way too expensive for donated items. They get these items for free so no reason to charge double digits for used shirts.

This is the worst Goodwill around don't go to it they will discriminate against you and think you're stealing when you're trying on shoes. No one's around to help and the managers won't even give you their name. They claim to help people with disabilities and homeless but they over charge and blame you for their mistakes in prices.

This is one of the very best Goodwill stores I've ever visited! I do shop purses, books, glasswares, and craft supplies. All of which have great variety and exceptional prices!! Each and every time that I'm in the area I've always found items that I can use! There's also many cars in their parking lot at any given time. But it never feels like shoulder to shoulder, so don't feel turned off! You'll be pleasantly surprised!!☺️

I will not support goodwill anymore. They get rich charging $2.99 for used dollar tree items, $19.99 for used jeans that you can buy new at kohns for $13, $7.99 for used t-shirts? What an absolute joke. Broken cameras for $79.99. Unreal. People are supposed to be able to thrift when they can't afford to buy new. The prices are absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Found a variety of many unexpected items today to purchase. I had a $5 loyalty reward and Wednesday is senior discount day with 15% off so I saved quite a bit this visit. Quite pleased. If I change my mind on anything, I can even return it within 10 days. Sometimes the shelves are so packed that it makes it hard to see or get through it all. I like that they have new shelves for housewares and have sorted some by colors. Great idea! They were fast to call for additional cashiers when needed and check out went fast. Friendly employees.

This is an AWESOME Goodwill!! My husband found some beautiful velvet lined boxes for storing valuables. I found some high end shirts from Banana Republic. There wasn’t a single parking spot open in their parking lot!! We had to park at Piggly Wiggly! And the cashier was super sweet!

Our FAVORITE place to donate items. You drive up, they assist with unloading and, Boom, you've got a receipt and you're done. The Good Will Store has a lot of treasures. Browse, then browse some more. If you buy, proceeds go to great causes. Win-win.Large Store.Highly recommend.

This is the most over priced Goodwill I've ever been to. The racks are loaded because everything was too expensive! There was a girl filling a cart with items priced with the color of the week and she took them all back into the stock room. So there were no discount items in the glassware. And there was something o. The rack I wanted. Not happy, won't come back.

They have a lot to look at. I was there Tuesday and, was amazed at the volume of merchandise. There were at least 60 shopping in the store. I picked up more than I would normally buy. It was fun to see a thrift store doing so well.

Nice parking lot, handicap parking close to the store. Wear a mask option in store. Signs above each department to find what you are looking for. 6ft markers on the floor at cash registers. All the carts are wiped down and the staff is very friendly. Able to try in clothes. They do not use bags for your purchases bring your own.

I had some great finds here!! I’m trying to redo my kitchen and pantry, and this place had a lot of what I was looking for. Yes, their shelves are packed and accidents can happen easily...a woman knocked down and broke a lot of glass vases while I was here. However, if you are careful, I think the packed shelves are awesome, gives you way more selection. Really great book selection too! I wish I lived locally, I would come here all the time.

One of the top thrift stores I've been to. SO well-organized (I even had to comment to the check out person - she said she's heard that before from other customers). Even the purses were neatly organized by color. Wonderful!

Do not buy any Large furniture or items. They do not, will not hold it even if close to closing. You have to bring a large vehicle even if you didn't plan on buying something Large! Bought a Love Seat but would not fit in/on small car. Manager would not hold it,even though they were closing in 1.5hrs. Had to break sound barrier to make it back to get it!
