They always have such a great selection, I love how often the seasonal stuff changes! I also find so many random and interesting things in the clearance. The store is always well stocked and clean as well. Shelly is the best, she's always so helpful and fun to chat with.

I go this store at least once a week, and I love this store for a number of things! But I also dislike it for a few as well! But for overall prices and selection of our necessati's Food, Candy, Deodorant, and a few cool games or charcoal, or even a "Big Clock"! I mean overall it's just what we need, but if your looking for Happy Employees that are eager to help you.... HA HA 🤣...... You can't count on that here! So SMILE AND BE HAPPY, and get some more Sales Going!!

Good place to shop.. if your there for a sale make sure to keep track of whether your receiving the discount. I realised after 3 large shopping trips that i hadnt gotten the discount. It took an hour and a half to have my purchases returned and repurchased. Ive also had problems with coupons, in how the have to be rung up. Otherwise the place is decent for sales. If you download there app you get exclusive coupons to e-clip, using your phone # at checkout for auto discount. People are nice, location is handy, place for quick shopping.

Dirty. Unprofessional staff. And they don’t abide by their coupons posted under an item. They will get mad and frown their face when you ask them about it.!! I try to avoid this place !

This store is convenient for those of us who live near downtown Delavan. However, considering that it is in the center of a historic neighborhood, next to the beautiful library building, I don't know why this building is allowed to have such a large, non aesthetic, and UNhistoric sign in front of it. Am I the only one who notices this?

The store is disgusting and filthy. Went there in summer time over 90 out had no air . Employees look like they came from a circus .

This is a typical Family Dollar. Go in for one thing, come out with a few extra items. Great store. Friendly staff.
