I went to a local gun shop for some supplies and left, feeling embarrassed and unsatisfied. Then I went to Dunhams! Complete opposite… Lorraine and another gentleman helped me pick out my gun gave me more knowledge than I had when I walked in, and completed my transaction in a timely manner… in a separate visit. I witnessed Belinda show a customer a better to purchase some thing and save herself money… That kind of thing shouldnt go unnoticed… that you for being kind to others!!!

The other day when I went to the store I found out that they do not have any shopping carts. I walk with a cane. I did stay in the store to look around and purchase what I needed. But it was hard to look at your clothing and other things.You do need to supply your stores with shopping carts.Thank you a concerned customer.

I purchased a Gatorade 1 gallon jug from Dunhams. I brought it home didn’t realize the Spicket was broken it would not function properly but at a glance it appeared to be fine when it was closed. I went back to the store attempted to do an even exchange not having the receipt even though every sticker of theirs was on there. They blew me off and said there’s nothing they can do. So I told them to keep it since it’s absolutely useless to me. I’ve been a very loyal customer to them and will not shop there anymore unless it is rectified.

This is the Delavan Dunham's.This is the best gun buying experience I have had. Very Professional, Quick, efficient. I wish I had asked the gentleman who assisted me his name but I believe he is the go to guy when your at the gun counter. Excellent job!

Seemed ok. Not too busy but that could be mostly due to the times we are in. I went in to look for a handgun. They had some but not the specific model I was looking for. Not really surprising considering there is a shortage everywhere. The guy in that department was very helpful.

Horrible. The shoe rack had sale signs posted. But when I inquired on how much the sale price for the shoes I wanted, was told "oh the sale hasn't started." Way to mislead the customer. Don't think they will be getting my business

Moderate supply of products - some better than others, but usually can find something. More options for men than women. But the registers are THE WORST. SO slow!! It's part set up, part lack of training on how to scan and bag, and part someone in line almost always having something not ring up right. Takes forever to get through this store. Dunhams, you can do better.

The service was great Jimmy attended to us right away. But I was so discouraged to find that they didn't have the Nike Air Max in my size. I went in there precisely for those shoes i love them. Anyway, Jimmy had some other recommendations and the gym shoes that I purchased are serving their purpose so thank you Jimmy!!

I bought a dart board that was on sale. It was 200 originally but was 99 on sale. There was no dart tips in the box and was willing to let this go. But I opened it, hung it and the box was thrown away right away. The more we started playing the less the darts would even stick. This dart board is a joke. I called to see if i could return because this “dart board” where less then 40% of the darts actually stick, and the answer was no. All because of a box that I’m sure they can get. Enjoy my $100 Dunham’s because it’s the last I’ll ever shop at your stores.

I am disappointed every time I go to the Delavan store!! Today I looked it up online before I went to the store to make sure that it is in stock and it said that it was. So I went to the store and of course they were out of the cleats that I drove 25 mins for. There were no employees around and I had to leave. I then got home and called the store to ask about it and the response to me is “yeah it’s all messed up online we never know what’s going on.”I said OK when will you be getting them back in stock his answer was “I don’t know. “I asked to speak with the store manager he said he was a store manager I said you are the store manager and you don’t know when inventory is coming in? He responded I’m a manager Not the store manager. he said she was not available when I asked him to take a message to have her call me he hung up on me.

Went to buy 2000 00 for golf outings gifts. They have no shopping carts at there stores. You can only buy what you can carry. Hard to believe 5 otherwise told me th same thing happened to them. Not sure what they don't want the business?

Drove from out of state to use coupon with no restrictions and they said it came off but it did not, then after walking back in said it could not be used, even though the coupon had no restrictions other than spending over 50 dollars

One stop shop for all things "outdoors". From exercise equipment, to running shoes, bikes, backyard grills, kayaks, basketballs, golf clubs, fishing polls... Everything you need, all right here. Store is always clean, and all the workers are very nice and helpful.

Every single time I have been here it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. No one seems to know any answers to my questions and the staff always seem to be too busy doing something else, whether it be stocking or merchandising to actually help. Do not recommend, but unfortunately, there are very few other options in the area.

The firearms selection is modest, and the "regular" prices are often not highly competitive. However, if you watch the sales, there is from time to time a good deal to be found.

This place has great sports wear athleisure wear but can be pricey. Their sales are usually 50 percent or more though. The parking lot is big and staff is friendly.

It seems to me like a lot of these retail stores are not hiring enough sales associates there was no help offered whatsoever the shoe sizes were very sporadic and no one to inquire about other inventory. The store was quite disorganized.
