This was the WORST experience I've EVER had in ANY retail store. The employee over the intercom, literally said, "Shank you for coming", when announcing that the store would be closing soon. I had just walked in & yes, it was 15 minutes till closing but I was only going to grab one quick item. After hearing the employee over the intercom & her loudly complaining about her job & management, I put the item back down & left the store. I would advise against going here unless management improves the staff due to safety concerns & overall just uncalled for comments.

1.25 sticker on little beanies that ended up being 5.25, I checked the receipt then went to return them, manager doesn't accept returns, no cash back no nothing. Almost nothing in that store is a dollar, alongside the manager being rude and stinky. The employees seemed nice enough, but management needs to change asap. I don't think I've ever seen someone hate their job so much as this manager, it's quite pathetic dare I say.

Good selection of seasonal items. I like how they put the seasonal displays right in front. I'm really enjoying the items on the dollar tree plus aisle. The line can get a little long, it seems like usually there is only one cashier and a manager, so no back up. But the cashiers are pretty quick and friendly.

I just left this store being treated so rudly by your manager. She literally harassed me out of the store!I was shopping and in the next isle over there was a ederly lady was asking the manager, who was working in the same isle, where a particular prodyct was, she could not find it. The manager proceeded to tell her in the same place it always is. You coukd tell the lady was embarrassed and the apologized and said she could not find it. The manager ignored her. The elderly lady again asked for help finding it. The manager angerly gets up and points to the spot and angerly points "it's here, here and here!"The elderly lady apologized again for bothering her and proceeded to check out. This whole situation made me sick to my stomach. Instead of dropping my stuff right where I stood i brought it up to the check out to give to the clerk. I td the clerk I was not checking out but would like to speak to the manager. Theclerk pointed to the rude employee who i found out was the manager. She looked at me angerly and said "what?" I told her I found that interaction with her and the elderly lady very upsetting. This is when the manager proceeded to tell the clerk, to stop talking to me, not check me out. I asked for the managers name. She said she didn't have to go e it to me. I asked for the store # and she said she didnt have to give it to me. I asked for Corp. # and she told me to go online. (This whole interaction may I add was not next to me but across the store in front of everyone.)I said ok, thank you and she proceeded to tell across the store "you have the day you DESERVE."Needless to say i won't return., which is sad because I liked that store. Breaks my heart that many elderly go shoping there and are treated so poorly. I have worked customer servi e my whole adult life and even with my rudest customer I have never spoken back so rudly.

Friendly people working there. Sometimes the line can be long for checkout. Does not have frozen foods. Better choices then some other dollar trees. Bathroom in the back. Will order regularly stocked goods when asked for. Does give boxes and wrap when needed. Offer payments for certain services.

This stores selection is great but the service here is absolutely lousy. I came in to get a few items there were 5 people in line by the time I wanted to check out there was at least 15 people in line only 1 young male cashier I asked if he was the only cashier he gave me a blank stare like I was speaking a foreign language. I'm sure the manager was just sitting in the office like normal because last time we called her out. Not really sure if I'll shop their again service is horrible!

The employees at the Delavan Dollar Tree are so rude.This store is always so unorganized and messy.People beware of using the bathroom at this store the toilet is always very dirty with flies flying around it.This Dollar tree needs new friendly workers.This Store just lost my business.l will be shopping at the Dollar Tree in Elkhorn and Lake Geneva those stores are alot nicer and better and cleaner then this Delavan location.

It is a dollar tree, and I think everyone knows what to expect at this store. You will find a lot of cheap items, and if you look really closely, you find a lot of absolute bargains. Every dollar tree I have been in is clean, some more stocked than others. Pretty consistent stock, so you can usually find a lot of their items at any store you go to.

Can't do without this store! Amazing values and huge range of products, even some good hardcover books. Store is always clean and neat, staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Lucky we have them!

5/25/2021 This is the first "corporate chain" store I have been in where multiple employees were not wearing masks properly and the majority of customers including children under the age of 12 were not wearing masks. A couple of which were openly coughing. I am for freedom of choice, but there still should be consideration for other customers. I do not appreciate people coughing uncovered next to me even if I am vaccinated and wearing a mask.

Service was extremely slow. Only one cashier. Shelves empty with aisles blocked and full of boxes. Difficult to maneuver around the aisles. Employees seemed distracted and very short fused. Seemed like they needed more help.

Make cashier is so rude had to run in and get something for work and he’s sitting on the back counter takes the money and just drops it in hand no thank you no do you want your receipt. I stopped shopping here while back but figured I had to just run in and get something we’ll guess last time corporate needs to do something with this place employees are always rude and place is always trashed

Clean and stocked, not like Lake Geneva who wasn't open today but sign said it was. Poor mgmt. Or crummy pay there in the rich town of Lake Geneva

Got most of what I needed, which is a big help. I'm a little concerned about the social distancing. There's markings on the floor at the check out, but customers are ignoring them and no one is enforcing or reminding them to do so.

Everything is a dollar.... Mind blown! Staff is quick to help you checkout when you're ready​ to do so. They do a good job of keeping items neat on the shelf.

For the most part its just another Dollar Tree. However, they only seem to hire elderly ladies that aren't well trained. One couldn't figure out how to turn off the conveyor belt at the register tonight, so she wouldn't let any one put down those item seperating bars. Everyone had to wait for the person in front to get rung up before they were allowed to unload their basket or cart. If there was another Dollar Tree nearby, I wouldn't come here.

I love this business model! The ultimate and cost control. Not always the cheapest prices but you know exactly what you're spending as you're wandering through the aisles.
