Had a hard time finding this Walmart location. there wasn't any denotation on the backside of the store saying which store it was. I drove around for a bit trying to find it. the deli didn't have much to choose from and the employee working that day didn't seem to want to be there that day. overall, I got what I was looking for after some time searching for it. wish all Walmart's were set up the same. not sure if I'll stop at this location again.

Overall nice store. Friendly employees. Pharmacy staff weren’t all that helpful with basic OTC drug questions. Only complaint is that the entire store is a cell phone dead zone. Verizon and AT&T both have zero service inside. Evidently, per the staff, they have some special solid metal roof, which blocks cell phone reception. Other than that, good experience.

You’re thinking, who rates a Walmart anyway. We all know what to expect. Well I’m bored and have a couple of minutes so sit back, relax and enjoy. Where to begin, hmm? Let’s start with the stoner kid tossing the apples from the cases they come in to the shelf. Don’t you just love a bruised, mushy apple. Next on to the mouth breather behind the deli counter. Not sure if at any point she was going to ask me if I needed anything or maybe she was just day dreaming of eating one of them delectable mushy apple with the three teeth she had. Too mean?? I’m not done yet 🤣The highlight was trying to ask a question about the location of an item. First I had to wait for the Spanish only speaking woman to realize she was asking an Asian employee who didn’t speak either Spanish or English…well you see the possible confusion there. Finally a knowledgeable employee must have noticed that I just needed some assistance and personally showed me where an item was. At this point it was time to leave and remember why I shop at different stores. Cheers everyone.

Called twice to electronics ask both a man and a woman about a specific item they immediately told me no we don't have that item without even looking drove a half hour to the store because I knew they had the item most likely yep they had it ! staff doesn't want to do anything especially in electronics.

Tell your self checkout monitoring folks that judging someone by their appearance is not acceptable. If you stop my self checkout for an ID check do not insult me by saying"did you really think I wanted to see your ID". I don't judge your employees. So why are they making assumptions about me? Be careful about what you're doing.

It’s Walmart let’s be real. Not always horrible but never great but the workers are generally pretty nice. But the old crotchety guy that always reeks like cigarettes is kinda rude

Pretty horrible customer service, these guys tried to tell me it's policy to check your cart if you don't bag it. Last time it was because I had my stuff in bags. I have been to stores all over the globe but this is the only one to accuse me of stealing each and every time I go here. I will do my best to have the few remaining friends that shop here to go elsewhere of course. Had to post this as I am appalled that I had to wait almost an hour to get my cash back when the whole process is on camera here. Not one single penny from me will go here ever again.

They had iron on fabric patches. But an extremely disappointing Lego collection as the shelves were mostly bare. Although not a store I like, it does have scale and pricing that many others can't compete with. I mostly wish it could increase its overall quality of goods.

Very disappointed in the WiFi now. You have to login to your Walmart account, but without WiFi you are locked out of a confirmation. Lost our on an email gift card to use upon purchase.

Horrible online service for food, ordered food twice from here for delivery, first time I lived in hartland and said it was delivered turned out someone stole my order and ran off with almost $500 worth of food and Walmart had no clue who picked my order up and wouldn’t do anything about it, that was a couple months ago, now I live in pewaukee and the delefield store was the only store I can order from. Waited 6 hours to find out it was delayed for another 2 because of lack of drivers, was told I couldn’t pick up, wouldn’t get my money back, everyone there I spoke to was very rude, seemed to not care about it, and I call and then they say I can pick up and now all of a sudden after 8 hours someone was coming to pick it up AND had a name of the driver this time, but when someone stole my $500 worth of food order they didn’t have a name or any info on who picked it up, someone in that store is definitely stealing peoples orders and blaming it on the drivers they “don’t know who they are” very poor and horrible service. Will never shop there again. I’ll drive to Watertown Walmart before I give them any of my money, everytime I check out someone is standing over my shoulder watching me like I’m stealing something. Always smells in there like rotten food, horrible service and very rude workers. Never again will I give them any type of business

So Tuesday I went to Walmart & got all my bathroom & cleaning products, kitty litter, treats, cat food and a few groceries. Ever since covid started I've ordered on line & use their pick up service. Total came to $182.06. Yesterday was making out some bills & checked my balance so I could subtract the bills from it. Walmart doesn't carry the brand of cat food Willow is on in the store so they always have to ship it to me. Balance was waaay off of what it should have been! Walmart had charged me $182.06, but then on Wednesday an additional charge of $153.15 x2 (twice)!! Of course Walmart couldn't do anything because the two extra charges were still "technically pending". Someone from Walmart headquarters or whatever its called sent me an email, a merchant release letter to take to my bank stating that those 2 amounts were an error. The bank had me file a claim for those two amounts and thought that with a claim against them being made they would not be processed. Well guess what, it was processed! So its Friday assuming nothing will come of it over the weekend, overdrawn and until this gets fixed also getting overdraft fees of $34 per each additional transaction from my account! Oh and the woman I spoke to from Walmart headquarters, told me this is not the 1st time.system error that they have seen occur when a part of a pickup order has to be shipped. I am so pissed!!

One of my least favorite stores. Self checkout needs some help. Three different times I needed assistance and no one came. Either there was no one around, or the person there was to busy talking. Also extremely rude staff. The older lady doing fulfillment had an absolutely terrible attitude. I witness a worker telling a customer they couldn’t help him because she didn’t have a key and instead of radioing someone to go help him she continued walking away. Plus the guy at the tech desk straight up lied to him. Saying he had a key but couldn’t leave the desk and didn’t have a radio to call someone to come help. However, after the guy left the tech guy started talking on his radio. Almost every time I come to this location there seems to be a problem with the staff. I’ll rather drive the distance to go to a different Walmart, or go to the Target across the street for a better selection, better staff, and overall just a better experience.

This Wal-Mart is always crowded, the aisles are very narrow, checkout lanes are usually backed up, and there is little parking. Shelves are often disorganized and sometimes missing products. I really love the value of shopping at Wal-Mart, but I'd rather go to any other one than this one.

Overall the store is not that bad. I feel it is trashy outside though as garbage is the landscape areas and parking lot and sidewalk areas need a cleaning. Many times boxes are just left in the aisles and no staff is stocking them. I have asked staff for help and they are okay it depends on who you ask though. The produce is so-so the store has a lot of products and prices have gone up in the last year or so. Use to like it since it was the lowest price usually. Not really so anymore.
