Self serve dog wash is definitely worth every penny! They provide shampoo dryer, towel , an apron AND TREATS! You just bring your own grooming tools. They have 3 washing bays. This was a first for our young dog and she was pretty anxious about it, so I’m very glad we were the only ones there. It is completely open (probably to make it easier to keep it clean-which it was very clean). We will definitely be using this facility for the couple times a bath is needed during cold weather season in WI. When it’s warm, we just use hose outside in yard.

My Bandit (ShihTzu) is always groomed at Petco, for the past 6 1/2 years. For the past 3 years, he's been coming to Crystal at the Delafield, WI location. She does a phenomenal job with him. Always makes him look great and he gets excited to see her.

I just took my puppy to this location for a haircut and a bath. The haircut was horrible!!! They told me there was some matting and they had to cut his hair a little lower than I wanted and I understand that but my puppy looks butchered. His hair is all uneven, there are long stings of hair all around his mouth, and there are patches of hair that were cut really low when I know there wasn’t any hair matted. I didn’t notice all of this until I got home but I did notice the staff looked like they were watching me to see if I was going to notice what they did. I just called back to cancel his next appointment because there is no way I’m taking him back there and they didn’t even care. The lady just said ok thank you and hung up the phone. Don’t take your pets here! Pet Supplies does a way better job and they are much more polite and caring.

We had two dogs done. When I read online what's included in a grooming I don't think their ears were cleaned and the full service was done. One dog we had him groomed nails trimmed and he looked great. My other dog after we got her in the car we realized she still had black chunks from her tear ducts that were not removed so not sure how great of a job they've really done for her.

One of my pups is very anxious about baths. Despite being 100+ lbs, I have to carry him in. He can leap the gate and open the doors to escape. He cries the whole time I am dropping him off and most of the time he is being groomed. It is quite a spectacle and draws quite a crowd. Kayla and the staff at Petco make sure they have him held tight on the leash and they will lock the outside door until he is secure so that I know he is safe. They baby & comfort him so that his anxiety is not made any worse and despite all of his hang ups, they are always happy to see him & come out into the store to say hi when we are there to shop. He is always beautiful when he is done so I know that despite his issues they are not cutting corners. And, when Rex sees them outside of the grooming area, he wags his tail and greets them so I know they are not the issue. We appreciate the staff very much.

I was able to schedule less than 3 days from day of scheduling, everyone was very polite and helpful, the haircut/style was exactly what I had asked for, and Jayda seemed very happy which shows the care she was given.

There was an African American girl that was extremely ROUGH with the dogs!! The Caucasian girl had her child there is a stroller when we dropped our dog off and picked her up! They also didn’t shave one of the dogs legs stating she cried too much. We have been taking her there for year and never had ANY issues with her crying, to me this meant she was in pain! I plan on reporting you to the humane society.

Groomer was impa6with other animals while checking us in. When we picked our pet up, the clipping job was very amateurish. I could have done the same and saved my money. She needs more training and supervision.

Max was cut a little bit to short ,we had wanted him left a little longer,for the cold weather . We will let our groomer know next time it was our fault. We won't forget to tell her the next time.

Extremely hard contact the grooming center to schedule a toenail trim appointment finally ended up having to call the main store and talk to them and they let me know by 11 o’clock there was only one person working in the grooming center and nobody else they said it was a walk-in clinic for toenails by the time we got there there was one dog getting clipped one dog in the back using the blow dryer on with the door wide open the poor girl upfront that was on the phone couldn’t hear anything and the lady in the back wouldn’t shut the door I was just noisy and unprofessional
