Thank God for this place! Best part of my day talking to a wonderful and helpful staff. They were so prompt, cheery, and respectful as I asked for help finding the right Phillips head screwdriver for repairing my automatic litterbox. Definitely will go back over any of the big box stores!

I like this store. It's clean, lots of products and merchandise in stock. The merchandise is nicely placed on their appropriate shelves, prices are right there so you know what you are getting, and how much each item costs. Ace sells good products and stands by their name.The biggest thing for me was when I had my RV and I needed the 40 gal propane tank filled, I would go there. It's right in front, pull up and go. The employees are always in good spirits and eager to help any customer.

Propane!! Easy as can be. Pull up, press the button and someone comes right out to fill your tank. Then you head inside to pay. They also offer a punch card where every third tank full is half price. Easy, fast and economical!!

Great store. Service is excellent for all sorts of things, too. Small engines, glass, screens. If they don't have it on hand, you can order it to pick it up at the store. And they have a lot.

Just looking at snow blowers and we're asked if we needed help the gentleman asked if we needed help...nice to be asked. He offered to get the person with all the information on them and told us about some of their other locations which had more products. Very pleasant.

Went to get my propane tanks filled.Ran the bell 3 times in 20 minutes.No one came out.Went in and 5 employees standing around the cash register.I ask if someone can fill the propane tanks.They said they’d call someone.After waiting 10 more minutes.Went in and asked for a manager.He was one of the five still standing around the cash register.When I told him what happened.He just turned and walked away.Will never go back.I received a letter from Adam Hahn apologizing for the poor service I received.He told me the circumstances before and during my encounter with his employees.I appreciate the reach out from him and how he values his customers.I will give his store another chance and believe it will be a better experience.

I stopped at Walmart to get some keys made and they couldn't match my key. They recommended Ace and I'm glad they did. They had way better equipment and the guy behind the counter knew exactly what he was doing. Super friendly and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Great selection of Stihl products and very helpful maintenance/service workers. Jordon was great at recommending the right products and was incredibly knowledgeable. I bought a very expensive product that technically was not eligible to be returned. When I got it home and tried it, I really did not like the performance to the point where I thought something must be wrong. I brought it back and was initially told it could not be returned. The manager, Matt, then discussed the situation with me, contacted the owner, and they agreed to accept the return without forcing me to buy anything else. I recently returned and bought way more than I originally spent based in large part based on the great service I was given and their willingness to work with me. Hahn is not my normal go-to hardware store just based on location to where I live, but I will never hesitate to stop in and purchase something there when I am in the area.

Have shopped here for years despite competition from a big box store but lately especially since having changed ownership their service department is less than helpful. Have had a lawnmower in three times for servicing Still having problems with it. But more than anything they are just not willing to go above and beyond to help figure out what the problem is and told us we should figure it out on our own. With Home Depot right at the back door you would think that they would want to go above and beyond to help out a loyal customer. Again we've been a loyal customer and have purchased things at the store even knowing we could get The same item for less money at a store right next-door

Knowlege. Great service. Support the small businesses with unsurpassed service!! I've never had an ACE team member say "I don't know".And, I've never had to search for help. They find me as I walk in the door. They walk up to me and offer to take my armful of stuff to the register. ACE will always be my go-to.Today it's Mother's Day and I'm so GRATEFUL they saved my day by helping my well pump pressure switch repair.Thank you!!!!

Excellent hardware store, good inventory, rewards program. Punch cards for LP gas discount and ACE rewards is nice as you get money back in cards for store credit. Staff is helpful but not pushy.

Always helpful. I don't go there terribly often, mostly when I break something (haha). I've brought in rusted/broken/bent pieces of plumbing, hinges, boat parts, truck hitches, and more - every time I walk in the door, a friendly person has walked me straight to what I need. And I've never been treated like an idiot, even when I don't exactly know what I'm looking for. I like this store, they help me solve problems.

Drove from 25 minutes away to buy a wheel barrow, 25 minutes back (they had it in stock). Got home and it was missing a piece or two, can certainly understand stuff happens. They helped out by delivering to our location a full put together wheel barrow to ensure we aren't missing parts. Responded very well to a mistake, thank you for that!

I come here often looking for automotive parts and have multiple routine negative experiences with Emily the cashier… she is blatantly on her phone,and is unattentive and not helpful.It seems to me that she prioritizes conversations with her coworkers over helping customers like me.if this service continues to occur I will be taking my business up the road.

It's Ace Hardware, what more is there to say? But my favorite snow shovel here been enjoying using it. Stopped in there for some Fasteners in a water filter, they have a decent selection. Staff is friendly.

This Ace Hardware has great service and staff. I have my propane filled here and pick up those odds and ends pieces that other stores don't carry. No matter what bizarre part, tool or accessory I'm looking for the staff always is knowledgeable and points me to the correct isle. I was in there today and needed a key made for my motorcycle. I already had the key blank, just needed it cut. The gentleman that helped my out cut it at no charge. I didn't expect this and it's something you'd expect from a small business, not a local chain like Ace. The 30 seconds and 2 cents in electricity it cost Ace to cut the key earned them my business on future purchases.
