Throughout the entire process they were very communicative and genuinely wanted to help us. This business has been around for a long time and they pride themselves on doing whatever possible to help their customers. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, personal, and warm experience in the purchase of our first Motorhome. We were grateful for the time and effort that WRVW gave us.Once we knew that we were going to purchase a class C Motorhome, the purchase process was smooth and painless.We were given a personal demonstration of all the features and functions. It was a great feeling knowing that they were willing to take as much time as needed to make sure that we were comfortable with the use of the Motorhome.After several trips and several thousand miles later, we needed services performed as well as 2 upgrades. The service was excellent and we were very pleased with the Service Manager David. Personable, professional and qualified, he made us comfortable and confident in his abilities.The work was excellent and met our expectations. I have to give this family owned business 5 stars.I was treated with respect from start to finish and every person from the owner to the RV tech were very professional. David my salesmen went out of his way to get the information I needed and was good at communicating with me. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. If you are looking for a professional friendly experience with no sales gimmicks you should stop in and check them out.

We needed a new converter for our camper. I read a lot of reviews and decided to try Wisconsin RV World. We live about an hour away but drive by there several times a month. Stopped in and talked to Tiffany. This gal was absolutely amazing. She really knows her camper parts. She had a direct replacement converter on the counter in minutes. She didn't have to look anything up or anything. She just knew.we have been back several times and they always have what we needed and at a reasonable .price. My thanks to Tiffany. We will continue to buy our camper needs from Wisconsin RV World.

We were very happy with the professionalism we received with the purchase of our 1st camper. The steps they take from walking you around and inside to make sure you understand how to use everything, how to hook up, road test, and the extras you need to purchase that you wouldn't think about. The best customer service we have experienced from a RV place. Especially since we are talking about just finding a part for hitch and installing so we could travel safely. Most places barely give you the time of day for a small hundred dollar fix. Really wish we weren't going to be 14 hours away yall would definitely get all our business. So all we ca do is let people on here know this is the place to go.

Super long story short! We purchased a new camper in 5/22. 13 days after delivery a light rain pools up on my "Sunshade"(salesman still calls it an Awning) Warranty does not. We get a quote for a new Awning. We decided to go with an upgrade version of the Awning for about $1300.00 more. Original awning Estimate was $2400. Custom Awning Quote was $3400.We set up an appointment to get the new awning put on. They called said the parts were in. 2 months later I received a message saying my camper was done. Come to find out they put the original awning on After numerous conversations knowing that i didnt want it They are trying to Bill me the exact same price as the upgraded awning (to the penny) that they then told me they could not get after telling me they had it there before dropping off the camper in late October. I've been very patient. It is now February of 2023. They still have my camper and i havent heard anything in over a month. The last conversation we had was how communication was going to be better. The communication is terrible. I've been waiting over a month for them to get back to me . This experience has been awful. No communication whatsoever on their end. Not from the owner not from the salesman and especially not from the service manager. They were nice as pie throughout the selling process though. I am currently waiting and will update review when work is done

Hands down THE BEST customer service! We worked with Chad. Seriously ask for him when you visit because he will listen to what you're looking for with absolutely no pressure. We went back 3 times with questions before making a decision and he was extremely helpful every time and never pushy. We even had our dog with us who we take everywhere and he held onto her leash while we stepped in to look at trailers and kept filling up a cup of water for her when it was hot out. He's just the best! Even the team who showed us how to set up and use it were so helpful and friendly!I also want to mention when they say no hidden fees, there really are NONE! They are completely transparent with their pricing making this whole process a breeze.We can't say enough! And we're so excited! Thank You!

Everyone is so super friendly and knowledgeable about RVs and all things relating to RVs. Great prices, great service! Kurt was great with walking us through the features and making sure our vehicle was able to tow the camper, and getting us set up with great financing. This was our first camper/toy hauler purchase and David was very thorough with teaching us how to operate the RV, and all that entails. Tiffany was super with helping us get essential accessories and supplies.All in all, it was the best experience we could have hoped for.UPDATE 8/2023: we just traded in our first toy hauler camper on a larger one and we had yet another wonderful experience. I highly recommend looking at WI RV World first when shopping for campers and RVs!

Our history with Wisconsin RV world goes back to 1988, when we purchased our very first travel trailer; a used 1971 Jayco Jaywren. After a few years we went back and purchased a new Mallard Sprint Travel Trailer. Of course we had other dealings with them through the years before we moved to Texas, all of the interactions we had were great. We dropped in a few years ago when we were visiting Wisconsin, and one of their service Reps expedited a longer shank for our equalizer hitch. It seems as nothing has changed there from the dedication to customer satisfaction to the quality of their work. I don't often recommend an RV Dealership, but I wouldn't hesitate to go here...one of the last family owned Dealerships around.

Everyone at Wisconsin RV World was so friendly and helpful, from the owner to the sales staff to the service folks. When we did our walk-through and picked up the unit, the whole staff was cheering us on and congratulating us.They even took us for a test drive to walk us through a few things, because neither of us had pulled a trailer before. We could not be happier with our experience at Wisconsin RV World, and we feel we got a great deal. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a low-key, low-pressure, and professional but friendly experience.

We’re very happy with the purchase of our Winnebago Mini Plus. We were impressed with how well built and the attention to detail we found in the Mini. It surpassed our expectations and had everything we wanted in the floor plan.We especially liked the longer length awning, the lower and easier to enter shower and abundant storage space that wasn’t offered in the other models we were considering.Service has also been there when needed. Went to pick up a part to sell our camper, the sales person sat on his computer never acknowledged us, so we left and we across the road to Camping World. We will be upgrading our camper to live in for at least a year. Big missed opportunity. Terrible customer service.

A great buying experience from beginning to end. Chad was a fantastic salesman, Kurt was a great sales manager and helped us get a great rate on our financing, and Allen did a very thorough walkthrough, answering all of our first-time RV buyer questions. Even Tiffany did a great job showing us everything we’ll need, from toilet paper to sewer hoses. They get my highest recommendation.

The folks over at Wisconsin RV World are super nice, helpful, and all around good people. We rented a Camper for the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games and it was the perfect way to enjoy the festivities up close! The staff showed all of us everything we needed to know before we took off in our rented camper. Everything was clean and fresh as expected. Drop off was easy and convenient. We will definitely use them again next year!

Our Winnebago was delivered to our campground the very next weekend. They were busy with multiple sales that week, but still managed to make it work for us. We rented an RV from the dealership for an August 2017 vacation. I worked with Kristy Holmes. The front end rental experience was pleasant. I had opportunity to review the contract and ask questions. I think it's fair to ask for a deposit, although $1000 seems a lot of money.The deal was for a 31 foot RV; we were given a 28 foot RV. One of their staff walked me through how everything works. He also took me for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. I appreciated the time he took. The RV was in fairly good shape upon visual inspection. It was one of their more used rental vehicles (53K miles), so there were some scratches on the outside and stains on the upholstery in the interior. Visually the RV was of acceptable condition. On the walk-thru I noticed the gray and black water tanks indicated there was some liquid in each. I appreciated that they took the time to empty them (they did, indeed, have a bunch of stuff in each.) We were given a red binder with insurance info, some basic instructions on handling and usage, and turn-in instructions. We were not given a manual for the unit.When we reached our destination, we discovered the heat did not work in the unit. Where we were staying it got pretty cold at night--35 degrees F cold! So we were chilly in the AM. I called the shop to ask what we were doing wrong, and they could not help us. They recommended we take some things apart to find fuses and maybe a breaker? But without a manual, and since it wasn't ours, we were concerned we would do more harm than good. No extra fuses were provided, so had we replaced fuses that would have been at our expense too. We just dealt with being cold. I also want to mention we flipped the main mattress over, since it had a sink hole in the middle of it. It was pretty funny to find a stash of bras and underwear--NOT OURS--under the mattress. Guess you're gonna have that.Upon returning the RV, I met a different staff member, who checked me out. My understanding was we were going thru equipment inventory, and also making sure I was leaving the RV in acceptable condition. Kristy approached me and asked how it all went. I said we had a good time, but had some problems, including we didn't get the size vehicle we paid for, and also the heat didn't work. Her reply was, "Sorry about that." and that was about it. I asked when I could expect my deposit refund, and she said she would process the paperwork by that Wednesday.It took over two weeks for the office to process our $1000 deposit for refund. Their reasons for the long wait was they were very busy, and then they needed to check how clean I left the RV (remember, I did an in-person walk through with one of the staff members!). There was no discount applied for dealing with the nonfunctioning heater or receiving a smaller unit than what was listed in the contract.Bottom line: I feel we paid a premium price for a below average experience. They've had my $1000 deposit for several months at this point. We paid nearly $2500 for the rental including miles. I would have been happy to pay it had I gotten the unit promised in the contract and in good working order. It appears there will be no allowances given for the issues we dealt with. I appreciated getting instruction on using the vehicle, and no one was impolite or rude. Wrapping up the back end of business was slow, and I left feeling I was treated unfairly.
