Great restaurant and bakery. My server was AWESOME and cute too!!😊😊Men's restroom was acceptable. A lot of trucks unmanned and a lot of dropped trailers. I hope the locals that use this place as their person driveway to park, takes care of this business.

Great food. Know that the upstairs truckers mensroom is super clean and roomier than the downstairs one.

Went there for dinner. Was okay. Food was smothered in gravy. Steak was a lil raw in the middle(I don't mind but I'm sure someone would). I do love their bread, excellent bread to go with my meal. My biggest complaint was my breakfast the next day. The biscuits & gravy was like soup. I ordered a full order & got, 1 biscuit smothered in a ocean of gravy. The coffee was awful this morning. I never leave a full cup of coffee behind & usually ask for a togo cup. It was so bad i went next door to the gas station to by a separate cup of coffee. You can see my reviews, I rarely complain about the food if the service was good. Unfortunately the waitress was more interested in chatting with locals. Stood waiting to pay for a few minutes. The chef in the back had to flag down the chatty waitress. & NOTHING is more annoying that they have signs everywhere with $250.00 fines for not wearing a mask yet employees don't wear masks. If you don't practice the policy, take down the signs........

Potatoes were burnt, chucken strips were over cooked, but the bakery items were great! Had an apple fritter, and hubby had a cinnamon roll. Bothe were huge and tasted fresh.

We ate there twice in 3 days while traveling to and from Wausau from the Madison Airport. Lunch one day and then breakfast 2 days later. All I can say is…Wow!!!

my favorite truck stop I've been to. they have bathrooms open all night, I think there are beds upstairs, and they have free showers. they also have laundry, but I don't know if it's free. just down the road from a TA. they have a lot of parking for such a small lot. everyone I've met here has been super kind and considerate. never got to experience trucking in its heyday, but I assume this would be how many mom and pop truck stops would run. the pine cone cafe is closed, but they have another restaurant, the highway cafe in its place. haven't been but looks good.

First time here but this a very nice truck. People are really friendly. Great shower nice and hot. The only fault was restaurant needs to open a little bit longer. This place beats the pilot and love truck stops. Keep up the great work. I will be back.

I had 1/2 BBQ Chicken - very small and Very Dry.My husband had Pork Chop covered in mushroom gravy. About a 1/3 of it was fat. Now I know why it's covered in gravy.Once the food and bill was brought, we never seen the waitress again. Also when we paid, she never asked how the food was. I guess she already knew better than ask.

Usually good. But this morning someone stole my coffee mug I had set down to use the restroom, and the employees wouldn't lift a finger to help. There's a camera pointing right where I left it! Some thanks I get for giving this place my business.

Love this gas station but the guy on 3rd shift ALWAYS smells like B.O SUPER bad!! Send Like a nice guy…. Don’t know hope he can’t smell himself tho?? Because the entire store smells like BO when he’s working….

Maybe their food is great. But the main reason I stopped here was a diesel. Price was competitive but station itself was dirty, diesel fuel spilled all over. BTW it says it's not Shell product so what I am buying here?

The pastries here are a second to none. Really big parking lot next to an outlet mall, so if you're on your 10 hrs break or 34 hrs restart, you won't regret parking here. For all of my truckers, this is a good place to park for rest.

The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that I disrupted her eating n put her elbow on the counter and rested her chin in her hand n just glared at me as I was getting my money out!!I told her she seemed absolutely delightful!!Wouldn't stop there again

My wife and I would go to Pine Cones. When it closed and we saw a new restaurant had opened thought we would check it out. The place was clean, well staffed, the bakery counter full and looking good. This was a Friday afternoon a couple weeks ago. We both ordered Fried cod, the meal was good, the batter needed a little more time in fryer to get more crispy. Soup, potatoes, large baked dinner roll, were all real good. Service was excellent, I did pass on our comments on the batter and he said they would be passed on. We will return. Mike

Food was good, portions were good, prices were comparable to other restaurants of the same type. Server was friendly, fast and pleasant. The decor is typical truck stop, could use a upgrade. All in all we will go again.

Great service! They very willingly prepared the burger and fries with no salt or seasonings. I was able to enjoy a good meal while traveling 600 miles by car. Good food. Good bakery.

The restaurant is up and running again! New owners/management/name, but the bakery is still the same as before. Hot turkey sandwich w/fresh turkey and homemade mashed potatoes was spot-on. Service was prompt, and the staff was very pleasant. Stop in and give them some business!

They had great showers and it fealt wonderful after all our travels. They were very nice crew. I also found the perfect road Atlas and I'm tickled about it.
