The daily photos posted to Facebook were a highlight, ensuring peace of mind seeing my dog happy and well taken care of. The place is clean, welcoming, and clearly run with love and passion for animals. Highly recommend Paws Paradise for anyone wanting top-notch care for their pet from a great local family.

Karen is so warm and kind! Our usual pet resort closed unexpectedly without even telling us when we had boarding set. When I called paradise paws, they immediately got our boy in for the day for a visit and got him all set for boarding. So grateful for their kindness and empathy. They are welcoming and the dogs are so happy. Thanks so much and sloppy looks forward to visiting!

We’ve taken Noodle there for grooming since she was a puppy. We recently took Noodle to the vet for her ears and they said they haven’t been cleaned out in a long time. She had SO much hair and wax built up in her ears that they got infected. We took Noodle to get fully groomed (ear cleaning included) just a few weeks ago. I will NEVER bring her back to this place, they clearly cut corners and don’t take care of our pets like they claim to. Also, they are a complete disaster upon walking in, I’ve never walked into a more chaotic, unprofessional business. As I was texting with the groomer during her last grooming appt she told me she was done and asked if I could come in 45 mins since they didn’t have anyone working up front, I asked if she was still nervous (she seemed terrified to be there when I dropped her off) and I mentioned she really didn’t like to be locked up in a kennel, the groomer never responded and put Noodle in a small enclosed area to wait, against my wishes, all because no one could be up front when she was ready to be picked up. I decided to come early since she never responded and walked in to the owner up front with her feet on the desk leaned back. She yelled over the walkie to pick up Noodle while answering the phone at the same time and had to tell the customer on the phone she wasn’t talking to them.

I cannot say enough good things about Paradise Paws. This is the only place I will take my little girl. Karen and her staff are amazing! The philosophy is like no other. Thinking too many of us know what a wonderful facility this is as spots fill quickly and sometimes it’s hard to get in. This just shows the high level of care your pet is getting. I’ve recommended to many of my friends and everyone has thanked me and now are loyal customers as well. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful place in our area. Thank you Paradise Paws!

I have been taking Kota to Paradise Paws for over a year now. Kota gets so excited she cries the entire drive... She gets so worn out she sleeps till morning lol I always look forward to the pictures they post of our fur babies.Karen and her staff are all wonderful! I love the amenities they offer, I am able to have her groomed and ready to go by the time I pick her up after work.I couldn't imagine taking Kota anywhere else :)

We love Paradise Paws! The fact that they do open boarding was what made us make them our number one boarding choice. They do great with complex dogs who have behavioral issues, as well.

When I called to make a nail trim appointment I told the groomer I needed an early or late appointment because I work 3rd shift. I got an appointment at 8am. I arrived early so I sat in my vehicle to wait for 8am but fell asleep. I went in an hour late and was told she was ABOUT to give a dog a bath and blow out, and said I could wait. I realize the importance of keeping a schedule but I needed to go home to get some sleep so I couldn't wait. A nail trim takes 5-10 minutes. The dog bath COULD have waited because the dog's owner was not waiting on the dog. Not trying to cut line but just appalled that she couldn't give us 5-10 minutes of her time.

We’ve been bringing Ivy to Paradise Paws since the start of the year, nervous of how she’d adjust after we adopted her and she was a bit skittish of a puppy. Enrolling her in half-day doggy daycare has been the best thing we’ve done - she love love loves 💕 camp at Paradise Paws. It’s boosted her confidence, provided great socialization skills, and when she gets home, she is the best dog ever. 😴The best extra benefit is that she can get a bath and nail trim when she’s there as well. 🛁 And while we haven’t had the need to board her overnight, when we do- it’s the only place we will use.I try not to take it personally when she doesn’t even look back at me when I drop her off in the morning, as she’s always excited to see her camp friends and the staff at Paradise Paws. 😄

Karen and her staff are incredible! We were referred by the rescue that we adopted our 3 yr old Saint Bernard, Jordy, from. He's a big guy at 150lbs and had never been to the groomer before so I was nervous. Aliah took care of grooming Jordy and he looks (and smells) AMAZING!! I'm certain he'll be coming back for grooming and once he's ready, we will try out the daycare, so stay tuned 😉

As all the other low reviews state, the lady who sits at the front desk loves talking down to people when she gets the chance, 0 professionalism. Notice how in her replies to other reviews she never apologizes for her behavior? Total narcissist.The dogs are treated well, but the people are not

Paradise Paws is the best place I have found for my doggo. He has high anxiety and does not function well with crating. Paradise Paws is kennel free and I’m always confident my dog is receiving the best care, love and attention while I’m on vacation. It’s like a vacation for him too! Super friendly staff and i highly recommend 💕🐶

My Golden Retriever is 2.5 years old. I brought him there for four days but they refused because they said my dog was too energetic and not behaved when they should know how to handle him, and to not bring him back. When I brought him home, he was suspiciously tired and slept for 2 days. I don’t like this place.

Our dog, Lulu, loves it here for boarding. She has anxiety about almost everything, but not about going here. They take good care of her. Kennel free sleeping is an option that she particularly loves. I highly recommend!

They love our dog here and I am always very confident in dropping him off.Update 7/10/2023They typically have a 72 hour (I believe) cancellation policy, well my dog was supposed to be in day care today, last night his face ballooned up, allergic reaction to something, they canceled his visit today with no hassle and completely understood. The owner, and one of the employees actually reached out today too later on to check in and see how my dog is doing. I definitely know that my dog is loved just as much as he is at home at this facility. I WILL not take him anywhere else. Cedar loves his friends at PP and is always excited to go and reluctant to leave! Even staff I haven't seen before know who he is and he is not shy about running right in. Extremely thankful for them ❤️

I can't say enough good things about Paradise Paws! Karen and her staff are amazing! I have two little dogs who were unsure about being somewhere new. Karen worked with me and my dogs over the course of several days so we would all feel comfortable with them staying there for a week while I was out of town. While I was gone I was able to check in with Karen via text and even got some pictures and videos. Paradise Paws is truly a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to send my dogs there. More and more people are finding about about Karen's wonderful facility and spots fill up fast - so book early!

We boarded our Bernese Mountain dog for 2 weeks during our vacation. I was very worried how she would do, as she is extremely attached to my husband and I. No need to worry. Our dog seemed to enjoy her stay, was eagerly looking forward to her next daycare visit, and returned home happy and healthy. The staff have been wonderful, and I could even text with questions or updates while we were gone. Very happy to have found Paradise Paws.

We boarded our dog at Paradise Paws for a 10-day stay while we were on vacation out of the country. We also requested a grooming session and the groomer did a great job! We were very happy with the care and communication the owner and her staff provided both before and during our dog's stay, and we also really appreciated their flexibility on our requested pick-up time. Our dog was happy, relaxed, and appropriately tired when we picked her up. So glad we chose Paradise Paws!

We brought our puppy here so he would learn bite control, not regress in potty training on our long work days. Best thing we have ever done for our pup. He now goes weekly and it's obvious he enjoys his time with Karen and her team. I couldn't say enough about this place. If you're even thinking about dog daycare give it a try. Shh. We secretly tried another one in the area, yeah three times there was enough for me to know Paradise Paws is where he would stay!

We brought our 1.5year old Teddy Bear here for 8 nights. We are so thrilled with how they treated him! They asked us if they could add some toppers to his food if he had troubles eating and if they could give him a probiotic if he got an upset tummy. We loved that it is kennel free and daycare all day! Karen even sent me a text update with a picture of him sleeping right next to her :) We have taken him to 2 other boarding facilities and Paradise Paws is the one we are sticking with!!

We love Paradise Paws! They are unlike any boarding facility we had ever used, and now we will never go anywhere else. We're trying to give our lab his best life so he now attends daycare a few times a week, & its 100% worth it. I can't say enough about the staff & the facility, I feel like Tua is loved & cared for while at Paradise & for a crazy dog mom that means a lot. Another great thing is they remember your pup & you, pick up & drop offs are super easy.

We discovered Paradise Paws after moving back to Madison and were very impressed with the spacious & clean building and grounds! Karen, (the owner), and all the staff are super friendly and genuinely happy to greet you when you arrive. They share lots of pictures and video while you're away from your pup so you can catch a glimpse of the fun they're having! Additionally, the owner is very responsive to texts when you want to check in or have a question and we have greatly appreciated her flexibility when our plans change! We all love it there!!

My puppy has been there for two daycare sessions and one overnight so far. These guys are truly amazing! My dog was shy at first but now he ditches me to get right in there. The staff are super friendly and answer any questions I have an the owner treats my dog like if he was her own. He will be a permanent member of the daycare as long as they have us! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a way for their fur kid to burn energy and have fun!

My Cavalier King Charles loves it here! She uses their daycare and boarding and always comes home happy and tuckered out from a day of fun. Staff are friendly and treat all the dogs like family.
