I can't thank Fox Chimney enough for the work they did on our fireplace and chimney. They were friendly, efficient, and answered all our questions. They even knocked $600 off the final price tag (versus what was quoted) because not as much work was required in the smoke chamber. That shows the integrity of their employees and owners. I wouldn't have known if the work was needed or completed either way.I'm excited for this upcoming Fall and Winter to get our fireplace burning again. Just an overall phenomenal experience, and they'll be who I call for any general maintenance needed on our fireplace and chimney in the future. Thanks again!

The whole experience went so smooth. All the people involved very helpful and courteous. When we had the install, they were great around my dogs and cautious about them getting out. Our old fireplace had been completely destroyed by the previous owner, and they took it all in stride. We had looked at fireplaces a few years ago, but were so disappointed in the service and pricing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new fireplace!

We contacted Fox to provide a second quote for a pricy chimney liner estimate. Jayson was very personable and knowledgeable, very thorough in his explanation of our options and provided multiple options for us to take care of our chimney issue. Their quote was considerably cheaper than Madison service providers. NOTE: we've booked the service and will provide follow up after the service is completed in a month or so.***Follow up. Service was completed. They showed up on time, communicated well with us throughout the work. They even charged less than quoted because they weren't able to complete some of the work due how our chimney was constructed (not their fault). Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Had the Fox Chimney Service crew out today after first use of my new insert to deal with some downdraft breezes. They showed up promptly (called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled time) and fixed the air leak! I have had Fox clean my chimney flue for the last six years. They are always courteous and professional. They leave everything spotless. This time they did a significant chimney tuck pointing and brick replacement on my 8’ x 3’ x 4’ high, five flue chimney outside. They did an outstanding job. It looks great and it was not an easy task. I’d recommend them for any of this critical work.

Jayson showed up at the scheduled time, and completed the service job in a timely manner. He cleaned up when he was finished, and cleaned up so well that you wouldn't have known he was here. He brought protective blankets to put down to make sure that he didn't make a mess. He explained to me everything that he completed and answered the questions I had.
