The Vets at this clinic have been taking care of our furbaby since we brought her home 14 yrs ago at the young age of 10mths. They were with us when we said our goodbyes, and everything in between. Never even thought of taking her anyplace else. Caring and compassionate.

Very pleased with our experiences here. The front desk staff are always very helpful (especially Sue), and I appreciate their willingness to answer questions when I call with concerns about my dog. Also really appreciate Dr. A's detailed explanations about diagnosis, causes of illness, treatments, and prevention of illness...I have learned a lot about my dog's health in my conversations with him. Would recommend!

The staff and docs at Deforest Veterinary Clinic are awesome! My cat has severe anxiety and FIC that has caused some behavioral trouble. They've been listening and working with me on this issue. I swear I have to talk to them every few days and they are always patient and kind. Love them!

We've taken our maltipoo, Kiptyn, here since he was a puppy. They are all to friendly and caring, which is important for pet owners because our pets are like our children. Kiptyn is now 7 and doing very well. Dr Spohn has been treating him for ongoing ear infections, and we've nearly got it beat. Yay!@

Dr. Spahn and her team are truly amazing. My dog has severe vet anxiety, and they deal with it so well. It's clear staff at this clinic have genuine compassion for animals. The doctor has always called with necessary care information in a timely manner, the techs and receptionists have been so helpful... maximum stars for this caring and professional clinic.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I went here as a strong recommendation from a friend when my cat was pretty sick and they took such good care of her and ran a really good set of tests. I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and care they had when it was needed most. Will definitely come back as long as I live anywhere close.

I took my kitten here for his first post-adoption vet visit and I’m so happy I did. I was nervous about not being able to be with him inside the clinic but the employees were patient and helpful with my many questions, and I knew my kitten was in good hands. The vet called me less than 20 min after I dropped him off to explain how his visit was and then answered all my questions. My kitten was happy leaving the office and came home with a cute neckerchief, bag full of goodies, and his normal playful attitude. It’s hard trusting people to care for your pet when you can’t be there, but I’m glad I put my faith in Deforest Vet Clinic.

I am very disappointed in the experience I had at this vet clinic. I just got a new puppy so I took him in to get checked out. The vet briefly looked him over the first time. Less then a week later I had to take him back in because he had green snot coming out of his nose... like a lot and he also was biting at his skin. Ever since I got him he has been biting at his skin a lot. First trip they didn't notice he had a skin rash. Second trip I told him he was biting a lot and they asked me if he was on flea and tick medicine. The vet did not check for fleas or ticks nor did she tell me how to help his skin condition. The vet did not go into any detail about any of his symptoms other then telling me he had virus. Didn't tell me how to help him or what to look out for. That is terrible service especially since I'm a first time dog mom. How am I suppose to automatically know what is going on or what to look out for? $105 later and I left with barely any information. I then called to complain about my experience and the receptionist made it seem like I was in the wrong. After I got off the phone I called a new vet clinic. I talked to the vet there for 20 minutes on the phone and he was able to tell me more information about my dog and my dogs symptoms then the vet here did. That vet has never seen my puppy. Moral of the story is, this place is not worth your time or your money. I was really looking forward to having my puppy go here because all of the good reviews I saw, but I received nothing compared to those reviews.

We have 3 dogs (1 small breed puppy, 1 small breed elderly and 1 big dog age 3) and DeForest Vet Clinic has done an amazing job with each one. We love working with all their employees and vets. We've always felt they have been honest about options and cost when it comes to care and treatment. This is our 4th year with this clinic and we have no plans to leave or desire to try another vet clinic.

The most caring and supportive veterinarian services you could ever find.they have always made themselves available when we thought something was urgent and always treated our dog with love and kindness. Unfortunately this was our last visit. It was the most gentle and caring procedure that we have had to endure and witness out of our last 4 pets. This clinic is/had been SO good to all of my animals. I adopted a homeless cat from them too :). I have had 2 dogs and 2 cats and 2 rabbits that have had treatment from this clinic. Great care, friendly ask and, knowledgeable staff that will take the time to make sure you understand what you need to know about your pet's care.

This clinic has gone above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. We had adpoted 2 kittens that ended up being very ill and had to be put to sleep before they were even 6 months. Me and my boyfriend both very upset were comforted by thier care. The had also taken 2 in kittens the same day that we had to put our little leo down (thr last of our 2 kittens) and they told us that because we had just lost our 2 babies, that they were willing to wave the adpotion fee if we took in these other 2 who needed homes. It felt like fate as our new babies settled into there new homes. I love this clinic and will highly recommend it everywhere i go. Very sweet and caring staff as well as wonderful care for your fur babies. ♥️♥️ thank you so much for all you have done for us. You have truly found a wondedful home for Tigger and Pennie ♥️.
