Whenever my family and I visit this Walmart, we always have our expectations met. This Walmart is always organized. The shelves are always stoked fully, and the staff is friendly. I would only say that although the store is clean, the bathrooms are not always in the best shape.

Woman who is always at the grocery entrance needs to go get a job at Sam's or Costco since she feels the need to stop everyone on the way out and check receipts. She's awful, she's rude, and last I checked, I didn't sign up for a membership that requires my receipt to be checked upon exit. I'm so tired of it, I purposely avoid that side when I can because of her. Yesterday when asked, I said I'm not at Sam's Club and yanked that receipt right back and left. I'm done going to this Walmart all together now because of her. I hate the other ones in town but at least there we're not always being accused of theft for using the self checkouts (you know, the ONLY registers left). And yes, asking for receipts every time is equivalent of accusing me of theft, in my opinion. It's offensive.

This review is for the De Pere Auto Center.Customer service is very, very slow. So slow that most of the times the techs are sitting around waiting for the old lady's behind the desk to bring in work for them.I waited for awhile for my turn to talk to one of the ladies to get my vehicle serviced (because the service I wanted they told me was a first come first serve basis), but after 15 minutes of waiting and very slow data entry and decision making from the ladies I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I felt sorry for the customers having to deal with them because business was being handled so slow.I guess if you really want to come here, I recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand.

Love the store but am really getting tired of always being treated like a thief every time we leave. And the ladies who check the baskets and receipts are so rudeIf u do not trust us to do self check out then get rid of them and ho back to actual cashiers.

So both me and my boyfriend absolutely adore the De Pere walmart, their store so much cleaner well laid out and their Associates are always friendly. Definitely a good environment, and I've had Associates direct me to the more fresher veggies or fruits when they've noticed the ones I had wasn't good! Both me and my boyfriend trying a more active and healthy lifestyle, so they definitely have more choices versus the one on the west side! I love that I can absolutely find a lot of my favorite Brands like ugly chips, got my boyfriend obsessed with that lol!

Every gallon of Great Value skim milk I have ever bought tastes terrible! It was the only brand available, though. Gee, I wonder why? 🤔 Great Value milk is poor quality, that's why.

Great store. Always well stocked. Best times are Tuesday and Wednesday mornings to get yellow tag specials on meat.

The auto care center told us they wouldn't make an appointment to change my tire. They told us to just walk in and they would take care of it. Came in and they told me to leave it with them and it might be a few hours. Not sure if they take appointments for other things but that was very frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience! I had my 4yr old granddaughter with me and getting to walk straight to the Christmas Trees and see her face light up and not having the toys right there was a plus!. We got to focus on our shopping and enjoy our time together

First time visiting this Walmart. Wish it was closer to me I'd definitely come here more often. Very clean, decently stocked (it is almost Thanksgiving), very helpful and friendly staff. Each Walmart seems to carry different things, I'm assuming tailored to the area. I found fresh bagged Coconut chunks (and yes they are delicious), big score from me.

Wal-Mart doesn't believe in Santa Claus. All you have to do is say Merry Christmas to a Wal-Mart employee or greeter and they do not reply or as the greeter said this morning "hello" and then when I left saying Merry Christmas the greeter smugly said "have a good day". I mentioned Merry Christmas to 4 other employees during my visit and nobody replied at all. Needless to say I now am spending my money elsewhere. What's next Wal-Mart doesn't believe in the Easter Bunny?

Very good neighborhood. Crowd is managed extremely well. Never a huge queue in this Walmart. Calm and pleasent staff. Great New pickup service!!!, Cuts my shopping time in half. Order online, quick pick up in store. Can't get groceries through pick up yet though, only Appleton stores have it as of now.

Automotive department went above and beyond for me. Had the wrong tires order . They made sure I didn't leave until I had the rite tires for the same price. Very much appreciated

Still not happy they make you self check, and it's still really expensive compared to other grocery stores. And then they stare you down when your leaving. But there is 20 people running around shopping for pick up orders. Guess I can go to another store for now on. Self check out on Black Friday! Crazy.

Place is a joke. Store manager is ultimate in lazy. Have on occasion found moldy produce, outdated salads, they don't even make an effort to make the store look good.

This store is quite possibly the worst in town. The shelves are always a mess and no one is ever smart enough to figure anything out. I asked for help at the locked cases for cologne and it took them 15 minutes to find someone with keys to open it. Let alone 20 minutes to figure out how to unlock it. I run a business similar to Walmart in North Carolina that runs so much better than this store. I tried to do curbside pickup and an employee welcomed himself into my passenger seat and would not give me my groceries until I brought him to buy alcohol. This is tremendously ridiculous and unprofessional. When I finally forced him to give me my groceries he called me the n-word and told me to go f myself. The store is in the wrong hands and corporate doesn't even care about my complaints. Get better at serving your customers and actually start caring about where your company is going.

Nice to see you can now buy veggies with a source of protein. I don't normally buy fruit and veggies from walmart because of quality, and I know things happen, but this is a reminder of why I don't. I do love the store for other supplies, but this is possibly a reminder to double check for those who do.

I try not to ever shop here unless it’s an online order I’m picking up or something being shipped to my home.Watch the videos people post online of what goes on inside of any Walmart.I’ve witnessed some of that crazy stuff myself and can’t do it anymore! 😳

I go to Walmart about once a year if I'm desperate for an item. Because I love feeling like a criminal from the moment I step foot into the store. Side eyeing me as I leave really shows you train your people for customer service instead of correctional facilities. Do better. Actually don't. I hope Walmart goes under.

Rude unprofessional staff. Multiple times people doing online orders running through the stores almost knocking down my kids. Front end worker tried to fight a customer… terrible experiences over the last month and refuse to go back.

DONT EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. I have had 3 different orders delivered to the wrong address including today's. My 200+ dollar order delivered to an address 4 miles away. The drivers don't work for Walmart but they have no clue what they are doing. I had to go pick up my order at the wrong address. Thank you to Chris in delivery at the store for all her help.

I absolutely despise having to use self checkout lanes. Yes it may be quicker sometimes, but I reap no reward from you saving money on wages. Hire more checkout people and don't be so greedy.

Sent 4 people to get help to open cologne case. Finally someone comes without keys. No one ever showed up. Waited 20 minutes. How do you sell anything from a locked case if you won't open it?

Never enough human cashiers, which makes you wonder how much they value their customers. There's no point in having 40 checkouts when they're never being used. Otherwise, overall this is the cleanest Walmart in the area and possibly the safest one also.

Convenient to shop, as it is the closest store like this near my house. It is nice to be able to buy food and Tennis balls at one place. Hours are good. Pharmacy is nice for shots and prescriptions. Buying on line and being able to pick up at the store is nice. Walmart seems to be trying to sell everything that is being sold in the world on line. Lease expensive place to buy Wilson Tennis balls. Don't believe their sale prices; items often say on sale but the sale price is higher than the item was the day before. Managers specials can be over ripe fruit or items one day from expiration date. Remember roll back prices: original price $1.98 - Roll back price $2.49. Returns are easy and no questions asked.
