This pharmacy SUCKS!! I had prescription sent in on Friday by my dr. I waited until Monday to go pick it up because of how slow this place is. I get there and they didn’t even know about the medication my doctor sent in on Friday instead they filled the other prescription cause it had a refill left. Four damn days later and you haven’t noticed a prescription my doctor sent in??? There was nobody there when I got there today so what do you do all damn day??

This pharmacy is ridiculous. I have a son who gets very important medication. Without them he could have seizures, or worse. On MANY occasions I asked to refill a specific medication, they would hand me THE WRONG medication, OR tell me it’s filled, then when I show up tell me they “cant fill” the medicine after being told it would be ready.As pharmacists they should be aware of the harm they could be doing to the people they’re handing the medication out too. For gods sake, stop lying. This is the laziest, most rude, and untrustworthy pharmacy out there.

Nichole Culp and Stormy (Sam Hickman) were the rudest anyone has ever talked to me. Horrible customer service at this Walgreens. I would never do business here again.I was told by pharmacist to come in to pick up an RX. I got there and waited over 90 mins. Just to be told they couldn’t fill it because it was sent to a different Walgreens 30 mins away. Then Nicole shut the window in my face and said they were going to lunch and would.not fill it. To go to other location (where it hadn’t been filled yet) to get it.I'm not sure who Nicole Culp even was as I had been dealing with the pharmacist and one of their assistants who were both very nice. Nicole just walked up out of no where and inserted herself into the conversation.I called to complain and asked for the store manager. Store manager Matt was not there so they had me talk to Stormy (Sam Hickman).Stormy told me the pharmacist said it was a controlled substance and that’s why they couldn’t fill it.1st they did NOT tell me it was a controlled substance and that’s why they couldn’t transfer it. Nicole was obviously trying to leave early for lunch and lied.2nd the RX was the antibiotic Amoxycillin and is NOT a controlled substance so they lied about that too.You can google that it’s not a controlled substance, but I run healthcare facilities for a living and have multiple master degrees. One in substance abuse so I know it’s not a controlled substance.Over 2 hours waiting on an emergency RX and still don’t have it filled. The infection can spread and cause serious health issues now because of it.If it does my next call will be to my lawyer for their overwhelming incompetence, horrible customer service, and putting my health at risk.I had a little kid and a baby waiting with me as well. My family has used that pharmacy/store for many years but we will never go back after this. I recorded the entire interaction with both Nicole and Stormy which I will post publicly.What a horrible way to treat people in pain with a swollen mouth because of an infection in my gums.

Regarding Walgreens Store on Main Street, De Pere WI - disrespectful of customers.I scheduled via online an appt. for a flu shot (11:30AM, November 19, 2023). When I arrived, I was told to fill out the hardcopy paperwork, which I had already done online. When I asked why I needed to fill it out again, I was told "we can't print it." The person at the pharmacy counter was rude and off putting.At 11:47AM (for an 11:30 apt), I asked how much longer it might be. I was told "the pharmacist is filling out a prescription which is a higher priority."At this point the 11:45 apt. had also arrived and was filling out paperwork which he had already filled out online.I went to front of store and ask to speak to the manager. I was told the manager would "be out in a few minutes." After waiting for five minutes, I left.The entire experience was disrespectful, and lacking any notion of customer service. Why have us schedule an appt online, fill out all the paperwork online, show up on-time (at stores convenience), and then be treated like this?

Tried to get my prescription. One of the women behind the counter kept blaming the computers when at first they couldn’t find it and then again when they said my insurance was no good. I came home without my meds, called my insurance provider and they put us on a 3 way call with Walgreens. Once again the woman from Walgreens was extremely rude, to me and the insurance lady, and did nothing to help figure out where the problem lies. I’m now trying to set up my meds thru Optum RX. I’ll never set foot in a Walgreens again.

Getting prescriptions at this pharmacy is terrible. In multiple occasions my prescription is not ready and i have to come bwck. This time, 3 times I came by from Date of prescription - it's still not ready. 4th time (5th day after I was suppose to pick up) - they can't find my prescription and said they will just call me back. I'm done with this place and changed pharmacy.

These people can not seem to just simply get stuff right. I don’t know if it’s their system or the people but seriously 9 out of 10 times I go there they always have a problem! Y’all go to CVS or even anywhere else you’ll have better luck

When they are busy, all the time, they are rude. My wife just got yelled at by the tattoo lady for asking about a coupon. She was not even the one helping us. Whoever manages these people should get a kick in the butt.

WORST Pharmacy EVER!!!!! Poorly managed, understaffed, and RUDE personnel behind the counter! (girl with arm tattoo's and hair in a bun). Look, get more help! do what you have to, raise wages or is it just a management issue? Look we need our prescriptions, we are hurting and do not want to wait 24 hours or till the next day to get them. We don't want to hear "oh we only have two people here and we have 400 prescriptions to fill". I would go to Walmart but my insurance will not let me !GET MORE HELP a pharmacy shouldn't operate like this !

I was given the WRONG MEDICATION in a bottle that was correct, and took it without noticing (pills looked similar). I went back the next day, they didn’t care at all, just gave me the correct meds. Recently they canceled my refill of an inhaler I need to breathe, without any warning or explanation. I wondered why it was taking so long, checked online and it was canceled for no reason. They close early all the time, their hours cannot be trusted. I’ve been turned away during their “open” hours many times. This pharmacy has consistently, for years, been the worst retail business I’ve ever known.

I’ve come on several occasions to the pharmacy only for it to be closed DURING THIER OPEN HOURS…what? The sign says a pharmacist is not on duty so I can even pick up my meds that are ready for pick up… so annoying to have to come back.This is the only pharmacy close to home so that’s why I haven’t changed but I’m seriously considering it now.

Poor service. Insanely over priced meds, and other items. Pharmacy is completely clueless, cannot mix an RX. Open untill, whenever they feel like it....pharmacy till 6pm...good luck you'll need a day of PTO to pickup your rx. On 2 separate occasions I came to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription at 6:30pm and they were closed. See Picture of the quality class mix job in the pharmacy.

I have a prescription from my doctor for Vitamin D, stop by to pick it up and the cashier tell me they didn’t have yet to come back later, Stop by again the next day they said they got it but. Its not ready to comeback the next day, the employee even told me will be $2.51 to pay I said I’m I’ll pick up next day , third time stop by for that prescription and the pharmacist told me it’s over the counter to get in an get it myself. What a waist of time in this pharmacy and very rude and disregard of other people time and needs

I encountered a very rude tech at the pharmacy counter. She actually told me I was confused when I related what I just read on the CDC website. I wasn't, I rechecked. Communication skills need improvement. Morale seems very low for the most part and I know this is a tough time for the Health Care Industry. I am patient but do not tolerate rudeness. Now I find this pharmacy is closed on weekends. My doctor phoned in a medication on Thursday and I made the mistake of giving them a couple of days to fill it so I will have to wait until Monday to pick it up. I am stuck with Walgreens for insurance reasons. I will drive further to another Walgreens and hope this is not an example of the entire chain.

The first time I got my prescription here, the pharmacy tech was abnormally rude and snippy. They also seem to take their sweet time, not sure why their wait times are so long for the drive thru. I come one more time for a refill and the worker asks for my name and thats all. No checking address or asking if I'd had the medicine before. Just "$xyz amount". No have a great day, just pay and go. Im not sure what's going on at this location with the repetitive angry and upset workers as well as an inferior experience will be going else where

I wish I could give zero stars as one is way too many for the pharmacy. One tech was completely disrespectful when I came in to get my birth control. It took him almost 45 minutes to find my prescription and to check out. It is not a Speciality medication and it should never have taken that long to get it . He asked me if I was prepared to pay $200 for the prescription and I told him he could keep it if it was gonna cost that much. I said that it should cost zero dollars normally with my insurance . At that he just laughed and said I guess you’ll have to use “other methods” hehe. Many women don’t use birth control just as a pregnancy prevention method. I told him my insurance was under my parents and should be on file. He the proceeded to tell the pharmacist that I told him I didn’t have any insurance and must be on Medicaid or something. After that I went and told the pharmacist I DO have insurance and don’t understand how the tech got that after what I told him.I then went back to the pharmacy a month later to get antibiotics. A different tech told me the pharmacist was “indisposed”. And it would be 45 minutes to an hour to get my medication.I don’t what kind of pharmacy the are running, but every time I go there is some type of issue. 100% would NOT recommend.

Was using them for years then all the sudden the couldn’t process my insurance. When my wife called they kept giving here a story if could run thro insurance. I called insurance who go involved and called them. They then refused to process it with insurance helping them since it was covered under my plan. In the end they would not fill the scripts and my insurance explained they have never felt with a pharmacy that refused ti fill a medication much less process it. Our insurance recommended transferring to cvs down the road. They called there and got the scripts and had no issue processing or filling them with in the hour. Mind you these or for a child. We have now transferred all service to cvs and will be reporting Walgreens to Corp as well

Pharmacy personal are rude and unprofessional. Went to pick up me wifes medications and when I asked the pharmacy personal if it was ready he turned his back to me and told me it wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes and walked away.

My recommendation is to shop around for prescription prices (especially if you are on a cash basis) and to save time, avoid Walgreens altogether.Here is my example: I no longer have insurance coverage for medication and I needed to fill 2 common generic prescriptions. I usually get a 3 month supply right away. These prescriptions were Atorvastatin 20 mg. and Metoprolol succ ER 50 mg.When I went to pick them up, I was told that the total cost would be $788. I complained about this pricing because I had done some research beforehand. I was told that Walgreens does not jack up their prices for people without insurance (like the hospitals do - Chargemaster Rates). I told Walgreens to put my prescription on hold and I would get back to them.The first place I called was their competitor CVS. I gave them all the information (same 3 month supply) and was quoted a total cost of $60. That’s a price difference of nearly $3000 for a years supply of medication. What Walgreens tried to do was dispicable. The moral of this story is: that it pays to shop around and to save time, don’t bother to check Walgreens pricing because their prices will most assuredly be the highest.New CVS Customer

Horrible experience. Called ahead about a seasonal item and asked to put 10 on hold for me. They told me that they would and when I got there I was told that they have a store limit of 4 per item and they would only allow me to buy 6. I was buying this item to put into Easter baskets for my nieces and nephews. When I asked why, all the front person would tell me is “it’s our store policy” and was very rude. I will never shop at this location again.

Pharmacy closed 10-22. Only notice posted was in store or drive thru window. Should have phone message stating Pharmacy is currently closed due to staffing issues. Or store staff answering Pharmacy line telling ppl they are closed. Not leaving ppl on hold for 30min.

Very nice pharmacy. The staff is always friendly, they have a nice selection of items, their sales could be a bit better, but the rewards program is alright- I usually have points that I didn’t even know about that I am able to redeem right at the register.

You know you should be grateful that we get our medication from these people they're doing the best that they can and you can blame Biden in the basement for no supply and lack of staff and just remember our pharmaceuticals come from China
