I don't know how it can be legal for a pharmacy to be temporarily closed? This place houses your prescriptions and some people have meds that literally keep them from dying.. Luckily I'm young enough to figure out what to do, but I feel really sorry for elderly people who have a hard time with this. My suggestion, find out who your insurance providers prefer home delivery pharmacy is and stop using Walgreens, it will save you time and money..

Consistently made me wait a day to pickup my prescriptions and consistently made me call ahead, waiting a half hour on the phone, to tell me I could pick it up anytime. Understaffed clearly since the wait times take much longer than any other pharmacy. Employees clearly overworked because of constant errors when there is a rush. I don't normally leave reviews but felt this necessary. Intend on changing pharmacy. Shouldn't be a hassle each time I need a refill.

Went to pick up 3 photo books I ordered. Got there and only 1 was completed. Manager, kept telling me there is only 1. Why does my confirmation she 3 quantity etc. Etc. Well here it says one. I was upset and said then just cancel my order, I will go elsewhere. I left store , read my email whichshows order canceled for 3 items. I went back in store, and they had looked and someone put all three sets of pictures into one book. 🙃 grrrrr and Manager kept trying to tell me I only ordered one book. No, and I am not paying price for 3 and getting 1.

I don’t come to this location very often. It’s super small and weird. If you have an appointment for a vaccine, be prepared to wait for a while after your appointment. The pharmacy staff was nice and trying the best to get everyone taken care of but it was very clear how short staffed they are. We bought some other things while we were here too. The first clerk at the checkout counter was on their cell phone and wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge us. Another clerk announced she could help us. It was really rude and strange of the first clerk to ignore us. I prefer the West De Pere location over this one.

A prescription that would normally take 5 minutes to pickup takes 30 minutes because of how long you have to wait. They randomly close their pharmacy & limit hours. They also don't follow thru on when meds are supposed to be ready -- received notification that meds would be ready by 11am, and when we show up at 1230pm they haven't been filled yet. Why send out the alert if you have no intention to fill meds on time? Crucial/necessary meds cannot be delayed just because you're too lazy to fill them. And no one cares to do better. Everyone here is completely unreliable and unhelpful. I hate this pharmacy.

I really like the location and staff but the pharmacy hours are so weird and never has the same hours as all of the other Walgreens pharmacy. They seem to close when they want and then when they do open back up they are so backed up from being closed that the line is huge and the wait time to get a script filled is twice the time as before. There are no notice to these closing times or when it will be opened back up. Just really disappointed

We went there once for the flu shot and another for the Covid vaccine. Both times, the pharmacist gal was extremely rude. Both times were scheduled and the customers at the counter and drive-through took precedence over us. When confronted, she said she had to take care of the other customers and that it isn’t her fault that they just happen to be busy. While I understand this, they should have staffed accordingly and made sure those sitting in the waiting are with appointments were taken care of - what makes them any less important? They were in line too! Regardless, this does not excuse the arrogant attitude of the pharmacist - we exchanged a few words and I was basically told that she will take care of us when she is ready. If you do schedule an appointment, make sure to give yourself an hour extra time if you schedule around 5pm as they are going to push you to the side and take care of the prescription folks first. Makes me wonder if this is a Walgreens culture thing….

Every time I need my prescription it's out of stock. When they finally have it in stock and I go to pick it up I had to wait so long I finally had to leave because I had an appointment. So today I go in to pick up my prescription before I leave on vacation and the pharmacy is temporary closed today so I'm supposed to call another Walgreens. I called Walgreens on the west side of De Pere, he checked all the Walgreens in the Green Bay Area and they are all out of stock. Transferring all my prescriptions out of Walgreens!!!

Multiple times I've had issues with getting my son's prescription filled. Get a notification that the prescription is ready to be picked up and every time I get there to pick up it's not ready. This time that I went I had the prescription on autofill, got the call, confirmed that I wanted it filled, waited at least a week, went to pick it up and SURPRISE! Not filled and the person working refused to fill it saying that I needed to confirm that I wanted it filled. I tried telling her i had confirmed it and she cut me off saying that she could have it ready for tomorrow or I could go to the 24hr pharmacy in the opposite direction of my house, 20 mins away. I told her I couldn't wait until tomorrow and I couldn't drive all that way because my son was out of medication and I had my two small children in the car. She cut me off again and said the same thing. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing but problems everytime.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been too. The pharmacists are lazy and rude. They always shut the drive through down early. I've utilized Walgreens in multiple cities and states in the lower 48. This one overall has been the worst. They won't even make certain your scripts go through your insurance. I have to call them every month and ask them to put them through, or they just sit there at full price. Please go elsewhere.

Always polite and professional when I speak to the staff, but consistently have errors made when I try to refill my prescription here, like sending it to another location or cancelling my refills. Very weird.

Really rude unhelpful old/older man in Pharmacy. Asked for all my scripts to be refilled which I do monthly. They used to automatcally refill them and call but that must have changed. He wanted the names and I said I dont know. I have them in pill keepers and no bottles and normally they just refill them for me. He said no...you need the names. Flat out refused. Lazy and usless help...no personality and in customer service. There are a lot of wonderful people out there needing jobs. Just a suggestion if you wish to keep your customers as he could care less.

I went to Walgreens with a few of my friends to go pick something to drink, and this woman would not stop looking at us and following us around, and when we passed by a woman taking care of the coolers, she gave us the flip eye as if she hates us. We are going back today to make a complaint because it was very immature of staff working on duty on 1/17/2021 later in the day. We even tried talking and asking the lady for help and all she did was ignore us. Rude

Please save yourself your time and do not come here. I’m currently standing in a line of 20 people at the pharmacy. I came last night and the inside was inexplicably closed with the drive thru line being out to the street. I came the day before and the drive thru was closed. Go to any other location.

Extremely understaffed in the pharmacy department. If you don't mind waiting in line 30 minutes for a prescription, this is the pharmacy for you.

Very unorganized. Prescriptions never ready when they are supposed to be ready. Drive thru has been closed, making you walk in to find out your prescriptions aren't ready.

Typical Walgreens with Walgreens stuff and a Walgreens layout. Staff was friendly. The parking lot is horribly under sized and people have difficultly parking within the lines.
