Decent store. They have a pretty good selection of items for very cheap. The staff are okay and the store is pretty clean. I would recommend dollar tree for snacks, birthday cards, balloons, drinks etc. But while they have a lot of good items, just like any other dollar store you'll probably be sorting through some junk to get to the good items.

I just visited the Dollar Tree in De Pere. I was shocked at how messy it was. I've been shopping here for years and have never seen it so bad (especially in the back by the gift bags). I went to check out and couldn't find an employee. Finally one of the two talking in the office came out with a snotty attitude. I didn't need anything that bad from there. Needless to say, i walked out. Hopefully the whole store isn't taking a turn for the worst.

It's your normal Dollar Tree. I really like their seasonal decor because of how inexpensive it is- if I only get 1 season's use out of it I don't feel bad. The sales associate's are pretty friendly at this location. Every now and then they are out of something, but Wal Mart is right across the road so I'll just go there. Store is always clean and shelves are normally organized well.

I have been to many Dollar Tree's this store, was very nicely organized the staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for, the lady very kindly walked me right to what I needed, asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. Right now its rare to find that with this virus crisis going on wish I remembered her name. I think it started with a K. Nice Burnette women! Thank you so much for your kindness & helpful attention!!

Clean and well organized. The staff here is always nice and helpful. Keep in mind, all their prices are 1.25 now so some items are cheaper at other stores.

Everything's a dollar which is great. The silly string was too watery so we didn't buy as much as we were doing to. This is our favorite place to buy snacks because of the price can't be beat at certain stores. Good clean bathroom and clean store. Staff wasn't really around which was ok for us because we didn't have any questions.

I really like Dollar Tree stores. They always have a wide variety of products to chose from. I really wish, one day, I could walk in and see at least one employee that does not look like they have been sold into slavery. No matter the town, the race, color, creed, gender or the time; I have yet to find an employee that is happy! What gives?

Supervisor Kat was one of the most helpful people with her sidekick Katrina during my visit. Two of the best workers dollar tree has to make that store successful in its location. Keep up the good work you two

Service and cleanliness has really went downhill here. Ive waited in line for over 15 minutes the last 3 times ive been there; due to 1 cashier and the others listening to uncensored rap from their back room. The cashier called a woman insane and had his headphones on while checking guests out.I was really routing for this location to be successful, I hope they get it back together.

We came into the store in a rush trying to find a certain color of candle tapers for my sisters wedding. We asked Charles, as this store only had 2 packages of the specific color. Charles got on the phone and called all the stores around to help us find the color we needed! He found a store across town and they had them! Charles is a huge asset to the company and deserves a raise for the assistance he provided for us!

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Selection is a bit slim, considering this dollar tree is on the smaller side, but they have all the basic items available.

After patiently waiting in line with two little children, a rude older snot of woman just walks up to the register and the employee commences to wait on her. My wife & I said something to the lady; whom ignored us and the employee just looked at us and shrugged his sholders. Because he wouldn't handle this by simply bring to the woman's attention that we had been waiting in line, it turned into a verbal altercation that went on -with the customer- all of the way into the parking lot. IT IS CALLED BASIC MANNERS & ETIQUETTE PEOPLE. My family & I WILL NOT be back to this location.
