I used their website to order a deluxe arrangement of flowers for a child's funeral. I live over 2 hours away and was not able to attend in person. I called the morning of the visitation and asked if they could be so kind as to send me a photo of the arrangement. They said they could -- for $5. Shocked, I asked, "You charge to send a photo?" The person answering the phone double-checked with another person and confirmed that they sure do charge extra. The takeaway is that the cost of the arrangement isn't enough for this floral company, and they really want an extra $5 just for the customer to be able to see it. I declined to pay extra and just hoped this business wasn't a scammer.At the service, the family of the deceased saw the card and texted me a thank you with a photo of the arrangement, so I got lucky and ended up being able to see it. I can see why De Pere Greenhouse & Floral doesn't want to share their work openly. I paid for the deluxe arrangement and the arrangement they delivered looks much more like the standard arrangement depicted on the website. Definitely false advertising going on here.I would recommend going somewhere else for your floral needs. This company lacks integrity in their business dealings.

I've been ordering from De Pere Greenhouse & Floral for years. It's worth mentioning that I don't live in De Pere, but my parents do. Every time I want to get my mom flowers, for Mother's Day, her birthday, and more recently a Get Well bouquet, I order from this shop.Their arrangements are great, and they go above and beyond with customer service to make sure my mom gets the flowers I think she deserves. It is hard to express how thankful I am to have a locally owned shop near her that I can trust. Thank you.

Wanted a corsage for my wife. Stopped here. They made one for me. Very pretty. My wife really liked it. It was for our anniversary.Not sure of the going price for a corsage but it was minimal here.I definitely recommend the De Pere Greenhouse for your floral needs...

I have mainly purchased plants for my home and vegetable garden here, and occasionally roses for a special occasion. I have had success with their plants in my home and garden. They have friendly staff and a great variety of plants.

I stopped in looking for a bear paw succulent to add to my collection all the had were two smaller ones in arrangements they were selling they were nice enough to break one up and sell me just the bear paw...the ladies working were kind their store is wonderful will most definitely go back in the future I also left with the mother of thousands succulent

To expensive to much money I will go to flower Rama and get a dozen of roses for 20 bucks come here and they are 70 to hundred dollars nah I'm good never will pay thay much for flowers that will die in 2 weeks

I was very happy with my visit. Experienced staff helped me put together a stunning combination of flowers and greens for a huge summer planter. I didn't know where to start but they walked me through the appropriate selections for my sunny front yard. This is eye-catching ! Very pleased that I went to DePere Greenhouse.

Nice selection with very helpful people. I purchased a bouquet of flowers and they took the time to go through it and make sure everything was just perfect even replacing a flower (that looked fine) with one that looked fresher! I must admit I am pretty impressed by the extra TLC.

My employee's mother passed away and I ordered flowers from this location. I asked the employee if the flowers were received and was told that there was one arrangement that arrived without a note card and the church thought it was for another service. The employee's description of the flowers were the ones I ordered. I contacted the florist to let them know my disappointment that the card was not secured to the arrangement. The response I received was extremely defensive ("we always attach a card or how would they get there" to "well, we always put a card on it") and then, the final comment was "well, what do you want me to do about it". I had no choice but to ask her to show a little customer service and actually look into the situation. After the way the florist employee spoke to me, I feel I will not receive a call back; however, it would be the professional thing to do. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of sympathy under the circumstances was not impressive.

My husband had flowers delivered to my work for Valentine's Day, the flowers were beautiful, however they didn't look like the picture on the De Pere Greenhouse & Floral website he had ordered them from. It's a bit frustrating as we didn't get what we paid for.

Called and ordered a bouquet that I'd seen on their website for 40 dollars. The only thing I wanted to change was the vase. Went to pick up the flowers and the arrangement was less than half the size of the picture online. When I questioned the sales associate she said "well i don't know what to say, this is a 40 dollar value". Disappointed with the false advertising on the website.

Very nice selection of plants but we couldn't find the Mexican cucumbers we had last year that were such a big hit with the family.they look like tiny watermelon but taste like a pickle
