I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they couldn’t run it through my insurance because there wasn’t enough information on my card. I said I’ve had this card and this insurance for 10 years and never been told I need to call my insurance company for more information. The pharmacist told me in a snotty tone that she had been working at CVS for 10 years as to imply she knew better than I did. I told her then it must be time for her to have some continued education. She called me rude. I called and had the prescription transferred to a competent pharmacy and CVS took over 5 hours to do so. Long story short…the new competent pharmacy and pharmacist filled my prescription quickly even after much delay from CVS. Out of curiosity I called my insurance about the missing information on my card. They said typically the pharmacist would call in quickly for the information while you wait but they must not have wanted to bother with helping me. The second and competent pharmacy took care of it without a mention. Save time and headaches and stay away from CVS on Main in DePere!!

If only the company I work for could change to Walgreens. All these years and never had a good pharmacist and staff. This CVS is just a nasty place. The staff are so angry and unpleasant. P.S make sure you do not go when they all on lunch at the same time "yes at the same time"

The best pharmacy team I have ever encountered. I moved 20 mins away and still go here even with a CVS 2 mins away because of the pharmacist Kiera and the rest of the pharmacist techs and team. They always go above and beyond, even tho they are always busy, it’s a small team that I always see working what seems like all the time. But they remain so kind, understanding, and willing to work with me. My first experience with Kiera, I had snapped at her because I was very sick and having issues with medication being refilled, I called after I left and explained why I was in that state and apologized and she immediately understood and was just kind and non judgmental. Especially with me being a recovering addict, she or any of them have never shown judgment over medications, versus other pharmacies I have been treated like a drug seeker. This makes a huge difference for my life and I just appreciate that kind of no stigma no judgment attitude from medical professionals with so many negative experiences in the past.. they and Kiera especially have built personal connections with me, they understand my schedule, get my prescriptions ready so quickly, and if they can’t because of timing, I give them all the time they need as I understand they will put it as priority and won’t forget. They’ve gone out of their way to do things for me without even asking. I just really appreciate them beyond belief and what they’ve done for me over the past couple years, and how easy they’ve made getting the medications I need & how much relief it’s put on my busy schedule. Kiera needs some recognition and praise for her wonderful character and how much she truly cares for each person and how it shows through her consistent bubbly and caring personality. And every pharmacy tech are amazing too.

Cvs pharmacist was supposed to call about returning a libre 2 reader. Did.not need and returned it immediately, she stated it was prescribed and could not be returned. Not a drug, unopened, 65 $ later have never heard from her. I will look into this and call you. Never heard from this woman and she was the pharmacist. I understand laws, but at least call me when you say you're going to. This was de pere cvs on main.

Every experience I’ve had with the pharmacy and pharmacists has been unpleasant. They are rude and not helpful and prescriptions take over 15 minutes when you try and pick them up. I am switching to another pharmacy with kinder employees and I suggest you do as well.

Was here on 8/28/2021. Nice store. Clean inside. Staff was helpful. I am glad I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. Inside the lone was huge and there was a lot of cars at the drive thru window. What I don’t like about CVS is they like many stores are understaffed. I believe prices are much higher than Walmart of Target. . Having said that, I don’t go to those huge stores like Walmart or Target cus they are big and in most cases(Walmart, ew) gross inside. CVS is easy and they have a good selection. I would go back to this CVS in a heartbeat.Until the next review,Yelp Steve-O, out!

I have been a regular customer of CVS on Main St. in De Pere for many years. The store is clean and is run well with the main Manager and Assistant Manager. However the pharmacy has bottomed out in the last few months. The staff is incredibly rude, many new staff in and out. Many medications out of stock at times. It once was a great place with excellent customer service and quality care! I miss those days! I still love CVS. But not this one!!!

Drive thru is ridiculous. Takes forever to get helped, employees take their sweet time even when the line is around the building. There’s two lanes but they don’t take cars in order. Don’t go if you don’t have ample time to wait. Also will send a text to pick up and when you get there they don’t always have all your prescriptions ready. Or not at all. Very frustrating.

Stopped in tonight in search of a hard to find pro biotic. I was warmly greeted by Oscar who helped me search high and low. There was a young lady working as well that I didn’t catch her name. She also came to help search, and actually found what I needed after asking questions. Thanks to these two hopefully I will be on the road to recovery. They have a website listed on the bottom of the receipt so you can fill out the survey however the link doesn’t work. Hopefully management reads this and gives the two employees the praise they deserve!!

The employees at this CVS are exceptional! They were helpful, kind and eased my apprehension about getting the vaccine I needed. I cannot say enough about everyone that I talked to which was at least 4 different people. My name is not Bobbie Vercauteren ,it is Bobbie Rebman, I just don’t know how to change it in this review

My call to CVS was very helpful (once I got through to an actual person). He was able to look up pricing information for me and I got a quote for 2 prescriptions (3 month supply) which was $720 lower than Walgreens. Needless to say, I am now a new CVS customer.I also like the fact that they don’t sell tobacco products. It never made sense to me for a pharmacy that sells cancer treatment medication, to sell the very same products that cause cancer.

I have never experienced a slower pharmacy. Today inwas told a half an hour for my scripts. I came back 45 min later, waited in line 20 min, and they still were not ready. I came back a later to get them, i sat in the drive for 7 minutes before i was greeted, and you can see them inside laughing an joking... I can honestly say that nearly every visit is a frustrating one!

Meh. Pharmacy employees are disorganized and unhelpful. Every month I have to call and sit through long hold times so I can explain all over again which manufacturers I need for my meds. Every time they say they'll put it in the notes, but they never do. Long wait times, long lines for drop-off and pickup. Products in store are ridiculously overpriced (but that's true of all chains). Overall pretty and will be looking for an alternative pharmacy.Update 4/15/18: Changing my review to one star because they screwed up once again. I've been getting my meds filled here for over a year, and have asked them several times to put it in my notes that I need a specific manufacturer of one of my medications. They finally did, but the last time they messed up I was told "well, they (the employees) don't always check the notes". How is that my problem? Perhaps you need to make it mandatory to check said notes, because I just got home with a refill and opened the bag to find that I have the wrong mfr. YET AGAIN.As of my next refill I will be taking my business to another pharmacy. I filled at the same CVS back in MA for almost 6 years, and they never once screwed this up. If it had been once or twice, I'd brush it off, but to put it on me like I have to make sure you do your job right is ridiculous.

Probably filing a lawsuit. I have never seen a pharmacist when I go in there to get my medication. I was prescribed to take 75mg, but they only had 37.5 and would only for months. One month, they change it without tell me. So I was taking 150mg instead of my 75mg. Now, I'm having complete withdrawals from my antidepressant from suddenly stopping and they will not give me my prescription even though I've been going through this for over 3 days now.

Very rude pharmacist, she looks Japanese or something, just saying to describe her, no ambition to help you other than what she actually MUST do, sarcastic, lied to me, I've had the same experience with her before, I left there and went to Walgreens, they helped me happily and eagerly. I only go to CVS because my insurance mandates it. The woman I'm speaking of should be terminated.

Picked up scripts on 7/13/18. The pharmacist (female) was SO rude. Apparently, she forgets that I, the customer, pays her salary. Because without customers, CVS folds. Exspecially with Walgreens a block away! That’s who will be getting my hard earned money going forward!!!!

Went there...and never had a bad experience until the rude pharmacist with the long blonde hair (in a ponytail) yelled at me telling me "it's not there problem", when she transferred it to the wrong competitor whom had it in stock, after I asked if she could fix it for me (at this point I waited a week to find out they dont have it in stock). Then tonight I got a text from and message by phone saying I could pick it up there.. and to no surprise she said "it cant be a message from here " with wide eyes over her mask cleaning towards the window well another customer watched from the window lane and was in the middle....no "I can see if we can transfer it or let me help you...just a middle finger and not my problem. She shouldn't be working there AT ALL too bad they are probably hard up for help. But they wont need if she keeps being a rude, unhelpful, no people skills at all and it will scare the customers away...imagine a elderly person dealing with her....just yuck.
