Went to get some assorted beef sticks and jerky as a Christmas present for my 18yr old brother in law. They were a bit busy, but the attendants at the counter made sure everyone got a ticket, and were very good about going in order. The jerky tasted amazing, and the beef sticks look very good too. Also found some fun blue raspberry licorice!

What a great group of folks that work/run Sorg’s!! They can help you with any of your meats needs or questions…I wanted different bone marrow bones for our dog and they got them and I couldn’t get into my beef sticks in the car (with my teeth) so they cut the bag open and placed it into a zip lock bag for me! I was so anxious to get into the package!!!! 🤗 Good laugh for them!! Excellent prices and cuts of meat.

Sorg's is a family owned processing and butcher shop. A local establishment for many years, processing and selling locally raised meats. They offer all cuts of beef and pork and chicken, as well as lamb, bison and veal. Many varieties of sausages, brats, and hotdogs. Fresh cut and frozen meat available in the store or you can order custom cuts. They also sell frozen vegetables and pies and desserts. They also have a case of fresh Wisconsin cheeses!!

What can I say? Sorg's is an institution.I don't know of a better place to get meat and more meat while staying local. I grew up in Delavan and fondly remember going on tours of their farm when I was in elementary school.Now that I'm older, I go there for their food, as it is a treat when I visit Wisconsin. Their brats, bacon, and beef sticks are delicious and, while a bit pricey, are worth every penny. They have cheese, lamb, and a variety of other meats to boot! We even get some smoked beef bones for our neighbor's dog.I only wish I had a cooler that would keep their bigger cuts of meat for a 6 hour trip back home to Indiana.

This place is my wife's and my favorite meat market! We visit at least once a week. Today we bought New York strip steaks! The meats are great for grilling! Today they were packed, but service was great! Very good staff!

A bit rustic, but I'll be damned if they didn't have some of the best meat I've had in ages! We got a little bit of each variety of beef jerky they offer and were blown away by their quality. 10/10, we will be adding this as a must-stop on our future road trips in this direction.

We love Sorg's! We get meat from Emerald Acres and Sorg's does the processing. They are very friendly and professional. We get it portioned to our specifications and packaged well to hold up in the freezer with no issues of freezer burn. We've been going to Sorg's for years, even before getting meat from Brad and Linda at Emerald Acres. Their chickens are great and all the beef and pork they sell. My husband loves the head cheese! Not a lot of places make it fresh anymore. I'm not a fan. Nowadays you have no idea where some of the beef is coming from in the grocery stores but at Sorg's it's all local!

Great selection and great prices! They have so many things besides their delicious cuts of meat. Beef, poultry, pork... Homemade sausages and bratwurst! Stuffed chicken breasts, beef jerky, sauces and seasonings too! Local honey from Lake Mills. Friendly staff and clean store, this place is great!

I have bought my meats from Sorg's for over 20 years now. The staff is great. If you don't see something you want, they are more that happy to look to see id there is any in stock. You want a special cut of meat, they'll do it for you. My last visit I wanted 7 Porter House steaks and there only 3 in the case. Next thing you hear is the saw start up and within 5 minutes, my other 4 were being handed through the window.The best thing I have noticed is when the Covid-19 started. They didn't shut down. They turned it into a drive in service. You'd call ahead and they would ha e your order ready when you got there. People in the parking lot carrying big boxes and bags of meat and they were still happy and pleasant with everyone. It a great place with wonderful people, and extremely fresh products. Thank you to all that work there, I appreciate every last one of you.

I always drove by after they closed or before they opened.Today, my schedule let me stop in, and HOLY SMOKES. This place is a candy store for foodies like me! We grabbed a whole rabbit, and I just finished my share! It was phenomenal!But the store is clean, and well organized. I can't wait to try the pie we picked up! I would have warmed it up tonight, but I'm full of rabbit and potatoes!I am so glad we stopped in!

We always get excellent meats here. Beef, brats, chicken...its all great! They have a good local and small shop variety of jams, jellies, salsas and other tasty jarred and fresh items. We love visiting and always come home with amazing meal items and treats.

Sorg's is always amazing... They have great quality meats, chicken, and pork. I also love going there, and picking up some beef jerky, and a couple packs of flavored beef sticks. I would definitely recommend you check this butcher shop out.

A great place to buy your meat. They are always helpful. Make sure you get a number from the counter when you arrive in store. Their pot pies are fresh and delicious as is all of their meat. They have meat box assortment in yhe freezer next to the counter on the left for $50 with either a mix of beef and pork or all beef or all pork. They also have Granny boxes for $25 with small single person assortments.

This is an exceptional place to get quality meat. Customer service is always excellent. You'll be hard-pressed to find a higher quality beef in the area, as well as chicken breasts. Restaurants are kind of ruined for me now :)

We had never been to sorg's before, so we picked a number and we're inquiring about boxes of meat to purchase and also asked about how much a quarter beef would cost. We didn't get the name of the lady, but, she had short dark red hair, and unfortunately she was not very forthcoming with information. She could tell it was our first time and we did need assistance. but we wound up looking around the store, and then we spoke with another lady who was very helpful and we wound up buying over $200 of meat.

My Husband took me to this place and I wasnt disappointed, great meat deals and a variety of things, they also sells pies. And everyone is friendly and kind. The meats we got from there were awesome and well worth the trip.

Drove 40 minutes to finally shop at a place that friends have recommended. A sign on the door said 5 customers at a time. No one was there to provide information so we walked in. A woman behind the counter said we had to "get out and wait." Her tone was rude. We waited until 2 people left and went back in. The same woman said we had to wait outside. There were still more than 5 in the store. Her tone and word choices were incredibly rude. Took my business elsewhere.

They have fresh and very high quality meats. Breakfast sausage is great, steaks and chops are wonderful, and I've had one of the best chickens I've ever roasted from there. They are simply the best!

I visited sorgs. Just wanted to get a couple of pork butts. I received 2 about 9.5 lbs and 9 lbs. Or at least that's what I was charged for..I went home to cook them and weighted them to find the end time they would be finished.. I was very surprised to found out they was only 8 lbs each.. I expect honesty and didn't get it.

So we were out there twice last week and we ordered over 1000$ worth of meat. Because we trust that it was a reputable buisness we told them what we wanted and trusted we would get that. We got home we asked for 2 chuck roasts (before they limited just 1 per car) we received a chuck and an arm roast. Also we asked for several stuffed chickens with the bacon around them. We know they had a variety. But we specifically asked for a Hawaii style flavor which we received none and we had been given all Spinich and feta cheese. Seems to me we had received the chicken that was not being sold. So my suggestion is to check what you have purchased before leaving the parking lot. We have tried calling them and surprisingly you are unable to leave messages.
