Every thing was great! 1st we went to the Dale WI. location and our salesman Jake was very helpful! He explained our options for fireplace inserts. Then he told us about tax savings for the higher end inserts. He explained the warrantees. Jake made an appointment and came to our home, to measure and look at our fireplace. He was very thorough in explaining what we needed for electric to power the pellet insert. He also explained how they would install the exhaust pipe up our masonry chimany. We made an appointment and went to pay for our new Harmon 52i insert. Then to our suprise, he told us the purchase includes 3 tons of pellets, and really nice ash vacuum, and a pellet bucket! Next we get a goody bag with two shirts and can cozies.We then set up an appointment for our install, and it was only a two week wait, wich allowed time for us to get power run to the fireplace, and remove the doors, etc to prepair for them. One of the installers Aaron came out to inspect and measure to make sure all was set for the install.Once he came, and said it will fit perfect, I decided to get a skid (1 Ton) of pellets. I went to Dale with my truck and trailer. The guy that loaded my pellets on the trailer was really helpful explaining how the pellets will shift around when trailering them. This gave me the proper knowledge to be able to strap them safely for the ride to our home. He also told me how to store them.The installers Aaron and Bryan plus one other guy came on the exact scedualled date and on time! They were very careful to cover our floors. I was there through the entire install, and they explained everything I asked. They did a great job! We have used the insert constantly since they installed it! We have a 1,580 square foot house, and the pellet insert heads it beautifully. The Temps were as low as 5 deg, and we are so impressed how well it works, and how few pellets it uses. Earth Sense deffintently has there program together! It's not often now days, to get such great service!

We were very pleased with the salesman Jake. He was very knowledgeable about the fireplace insert we were interested in. He came out to the house to look at our fireplace, took measurements and answered all our questions. They sent their installer out a few days prior to the installation to look at everything and make sure everything was good to go. When they arrived to install they were very thorough and answered any questions. We absolutely love our new insert.

If you need a new pellet stove stop in by Kirk at Earth Sense in Dale. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show us all the different pellet stoves and was very thorough with his explanations on each stove. He even through in some bacon with the deal! Thank you Kirk for the enjoyable experince and helping to pick out a new pellet stove I can rely on. Down to earth, friendly service, quality products available. I was able to see the stoves running. They offer lifetime parts replacement. Not to mention the showroom has a beautiful display of antique items. I will be a lifetime customer.

I had ALL of the windows in my house replaced by Earth Sense Energy Systems. I chose the Builder's Pro (#3 on a scale of 1 to 5 of windows that they carry.) They were double pane, foam filled vinyl frame. Price was great - lower than the big name window places. I ordered them in June I think it was and they installed them in Fall. Jake was my sales guy.There were some communications issues between the factory and Earth Sense (the factory said the windows shipped, then they didn't, etc.) but I can't fault Earth Sense for that. The two guys who installed my windows were top notch. I can't say enough good things about them. I am very pleased. They replaced parts of the wooden window frame that were bad and wrapped everything in aluminum. It really looks fantastic. I wanted to wait to see how they were in winter before writing this and they are just super. They don't freeze up on the inside like my old windows did. Seriously, if you are contemplating getting your windows replaced, consider Earth Sense.

I had bought 10 windows and a sliding patio door from Earth Sense in Dale in may of 2021. Service was exceptional. About a week ago my locking mechanism had broke on the patio door. I contacted Corey Huttenburg my sales rep and in less than a week had an entire new door handle, no charge. This is how service should be. They back their product and would recommend to anyone. My wife started a new business this fall and created a showroom in our basement and I knew once winter came I would have to add an addition heat source to keep the space warm. I did a lot of research and then I decided on a pellet stove so I visited the Earth Sense Showroom in Dale, WI. Not only did they have a large selection, they had almost every stove actually burning so I could see exactly what I was going to get and what to expect. I was so impressed by the showroom and the salespeople I ordered a Harman XXV. Two weeks later the installation crew came and within 2 hours it was installed and the heat was coming out of the stove. Not only was I impressed by the showroom and the salespeople that installation crew was equally impressive. They made sure that the stove was exactly centered on the pad that I created and the feet of the stove were equally spaced between the tile joints within an 1/8". The stove has been running ever since with no issues. My wife has received compliments every time someone comes into the showroom and she makes sure that she mentions where we bought it from everytime. Thank you for the top notch service and products!!!

I wanted to take a little time and thank Corey in the office and Dale who works outside on the dock. I came in at about 5:45pm (closed at 6pm according to google at that time)to get a circuit board for my GMG, unknown to me the parts department was actually closed (at 5pm I believe) but THANKFULLY these guys went out of their way to get me what I needed for my late model pellet grill/smoker. Corey radioed Dale who was somehow luckily able to locate a service tech in the parts building that was able to confirm what Corey thought the exact part number was for my grill (He was correct). So thank you Corey, Dale and the service tech for going out of your way at the end of your shift to get me what I needed so I did not need to come back at another time. A+++ Service. I think these guys need a raise!!! This was March 17th if it helps track down the tech involved. Thanks again for the best customer service I have ever had. They could have easily told me to come back another day and I would have thought it sucked but would have completely understood that they can only do what they can but instead they knocked it out of the park!!!

My pellet stove motor went out on a Friday & a week to the day my kids & me are still in the cold because the motor has NOT arrived! We ordered the motor on Friday Feb 18, 2022 & received it Tuesday Feb 22, 2022 broken. The person that packed the motor shoved it in the box & broke a plastic piece off rendering it useless! We contacted the company & was told another motor would be sent FedEx & we would receive it by Thursday Feb 24, 2022! It’s now Friday Feb 25, 2022 & NO MOTOR! One week with a small heater to heat a big farm house with kids & pets in the middle of winter!DO NOT Purchase from this company!

Sam and Isaac in their parts department, who were extremely easy to get a hold of, helped walk me through every step of the way.At the Green Bay location, the sales rep Cody was also extremely helpful with trouble shooting, and showing me how to work on several different things.Never realized how easy it would be, and they saved me a ton by not having to call a tech to work on it. Couldn’t say enough about how great they are.
