Extremely pleased with my experience at Comfy Critters. Kel was able to arrange boarding on very short notice for one week for my pup Sammy after dealing with an unfortunate situation at another local boarder. Drop-off was simple and I was left feeling very confident that Sammy would be well taken care of. I received photos and updates several times throughout his stay, ensuring me that he was having a great time. At pick-up, Sammy was exhausted and very happy. I love that the dogs get their own little rooms during the stay vs. sleeping in a kennel. You can tell that the owners love what they do and take amazing care of the animals that stay with them. Thank you!

Simply fantastic! Kel and Dani have a true passion for pets and to my knowledge will host almost any pets and are knowledgeable enough to give me the peace of mind that my furry friends are safe while I'm out of town, plus their day care options are incredible! They even have pick up and drop off available!

We just had our 2 dogs there for a week. We got pics/videos everyday. My boys seemed to have a great time. We will definitely use comfy critters for our boarding needs. I love the fact that they are not just in a caged kennel and that they have a room like if they are at home. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.

Had heard nothing but great things. I registered my animal through them and everything seemed to be accepted and approved. However it seemed as soon as I wrote “pitbull” mix we were essentially ghosted. There were no breed restrictions on website. I had requested a couple future dates for her to stay at this facility. Both on the website and leaving a voicemail for callback. Each time no email or callback was given. Would have just rather received a “we are unsure about the breed” call than the unprofessional ghosted you. Extremely disappointed. Most facilities don’t require extra vaccinations and negative fecal tests to be done. We did all the extra steps just to assure our puppy would be able to stay. More disappointed as I had done my research and it seems to be a nice facility. However who is to know if you never get the opportunity to get a call/email back. Better customer service

Staff was very nice and welcoming and were happy to care for and play with our cats. They sent an update picture of the cats and the staff really seemed to enjoy having our cats there. We would have loved to see the inside, but we had to do pick up and drop off on the porch. Overall much better than any kennel!

Rick and I board our doggies here often. They are always well cared for. Owners are very kind and accommodating. It's so nice to have trust in the care of our fur babies.

I don't think there are enough stars for this place 😀 I have a hard time leaving my pup, but I trust them completely! They take so well care of my dog and are always willing to work around my schedule and even take him last minute! Thank you, Comfy Critters, for always making me feel at ease and taking such good care of my fur baby. 🐾

I'll admit I was nervous leaving my dog over night somewhere for the 1st time. But I will always feel comfortable and confident about leaving my doggo here! My dog was so sad to leave, and excited to go back. They take such good care of her!!

Dogs were so happy and it was their first experience at boarding. Australian shepherd's 12 years old and 7 years old. Both did very well!

The owner is very friendly. I never went to them, but had emailed her some questions and she was very helpful!!
