Misty was wonderful to work with getting me Deerfield Lopi pellet stove. I was having issues with another company in my area not delivering on their promise to get it installed after I had removed my heat and had a hole drilled for the venting. Misty came thru with delivering the stove and venting so I could get heat into my home. I highly recommend their company to everyone I talk to about my experience !

Kindled Hearth did an excellent job with our wood stove install! We just had our first fire and we couldn't be more pleased. They were excellent to work with and everything was done perfectly and as requested. Work was completed in a very timely manner and the results were everything we were hoping for.

We saw in their website that all the fireplaces have stone surrounds and hearths with mantels. We sent them a picture of what we wanted. We assumed the estimate we received would have included all those items. But in the end they just installed fireplace. And said we are done with your project and your on your own to finish it. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I’ve added a photo for reference. This is what you get if you have these clowns do a job for you. UNFINISHED. Nothing like their website. Buyer be warned!!!

Started out very pleasant to deal with and more than willing to put me in the list for a chimney sweep. I was told the list for this service was quite long and was looking like they would try to get it done around Thanksgiving. Called to try to confirm, they said they were still very busy which is understandable, they said maybe before the end of the year. Finally in January they made contact and said they could fit me in for an agreed upon price of $225. The gentleman came out and looked at the chimney and said he didn't have the proper tools to sweep it as it had a heavier than normal build up. He told me to remove my heat exchanger, which I did and he put the original pipe back in place and put in a few screws. I asked him about payment he said he didn't do anything and would have to get the proper tools for the job and would call back when he was properly equipped. I never received a call but did receive a bill for $263.75! I called to verify this and talked with a nice lady that said I would be charged for a service call even when they did nothing but put a couple of screws in the pipe. I was asking for a clear explanation of the bill and was accused of wanting to argue when all I wanted was to understand what I was being charged for exactly. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but this is not the proper way to deal with customers when they are asking for an explanation.. I hope they deal with other's in a more professional manner in the future.

I purchased both a wood burning stove (a Lopi) and a gas fireplace from Kindled Hearth for my cabin outside of Prairie Farm. These guys were great! They knew their products and gave me solid recommendations. When we had some technical issues that were unique to the project, Joe and his team found practical and workable solutions. Great service on the installation. I doubt I would have achieved the results we did without their help. My hardiest recommendation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was able to repair old gas fireplace so it could be used until new one arrived. After installation, took time to explain how to use remote and yearly maintenance.

I Purchased an iron stove. The #1 thing I wanted in a stove was glass on 3 sides. They didn't know their product well enough to know the base model comes with 1 side glass vs 3 and that was the stove they ordered for me. Once I saw the error after install, they turned it around on me saying I ordered the wrong one and to get the stove I want I have to pay for the full price of upgraded model and pay shipping and install fees again. I would not recommend doing business with them, go somewhere you can trust you will get what you expected to receive.

Could not have been happier with the job performed by kindled hearth. We provided the surround and though they had never done one of these they really were careful and oh so accurate with all their calculations to get it just right . I love my fireplace.

Try 2 times in a two year period to get them out to my house to fix our firer place finally I took it out myself took it to their business hoping they would then look at it, after two weeks I call them, they didn't look at it so waited a nother week, nope, call again, after 5 weeks they told me he can't fix it to come get it. I had boughten the fireplace from them. Conclusion, don't service what they sell!
