Always is such a long wait for my prescriptions to be filled. The whole pharmacy staff is so slow. I have always had good experiences at other walgreen's, but this one needs new employees, restructure of how things should be done. Looking for a different pharmacy!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I had my prescription filled here. Appears I'm not the only one with complaints. Anyway long story long they didn't have the stock to fill my prescription so wanted to give me 5 pills and still charge me for a full prescription. I asked if any other Walgreens in the area could fill it but was told, even by the Pharmacy Manager Heather that they are just to busy to call and when they do call they too wait on hold for up to 45 minutes.Side Note: Napa auto didn't have a power steering pump in stock so they ordered it from another Napa store and had it there in 3 hours. Just sayin.They then cancelled my prescription and wouldn't pick up the phone to have my Doctor reissue it. Called corporate to complain and was basically told to leave a message and someone would get back to me.I try to support brick and mortar but Amazon can have it at my door tomorrow and its 33% less. Sorry Walgreens no longer a customer. Napa keep up the good work.

I would never use this Walgreens again. They gave my pregnant gf the runaround when shes sick with the flu and needs the meds she has been prescribed to be able to eat and keep food down and keep our baby healthy. We went to an urgent care Monday and today they are still saying they are being processed. Told us they needed to call the urgent care to get the proper dosage. Another call later told us we needed to call the urgent care ourselves and tell them to call the Walgreens. Seems very unprofessional and seems like they don't know what they doing. We call up the urgent care and they tell us that the Walgreens has not tried calling them once meaning the pharmacist just lied to get the call over with... The urgent care ended up resending the prescription to the one in South Milwaukee. The urgent care thought it was ridiculous considering the meds they gave us work best within 2 day of symptoms they understood unlike the Walgreens how important the medications were. If you work here you should be ashamed of how unprofessional and how bad your customer service.

Came here to pick up a friend’s prescription sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then when I call to say something to the store manager she wants to get an attitude and lie saying they are short staffed when I can see in the window and they have 5 ppl working in the pharmacy!! This Walgreens is even worse than the one on 14th and Burnham!!

I had an issue with something or another every single time I went here. Super disappointed in the whole process of refilling my prescription through the pharmacy. They are VERY slow. They didn’t give me my ID or credit card back when I was in the drive through one day. They made mistakes on my prescriptions multiple times and I had to wait while they retyped everything. Just Would not recommend if you like an easy quick process for your pharmacy needs.

Don't use this walgreens. I called in my prescription and the girl who answered the phone read my prescription wrong, told me I wasn't due for another prescription until August because I already received a 60 days supply. I told her it was a 30 day supply and I take 2 tabs daily,she proceeded to tell me I needed to call my insurance company because there's also a claim on my prescription as though it was being filled somewhere else. blah blah blah. Long story short, I called another walgreens location and filled my prescription no problem. I went to this location to complain and the girl had the audacity to continue to tell her weird story to pharmacist who apologized but was visibly annoyed. To the girl, you don't know what ur doing or saying. YOU should have apologized for giving me false information and admitted ur mistake. But u didn't because u didn't want to appear like u didn't know what u were doing..But ur boss saw ur incompetence in the system herself. Not sorry. Retrain

The main pharmacist here is awful. She is rude to patients, provider offices, and even has gone as far as shaming a patient for a medication she was taking in front of other customers. Walgreens should consider hiring someone who actually is in the field to be helpful to those in need.

I’m writing this review to warn patients to double check your prescriptions before taking or administering any prescription. I just learned my dad was given the wrong prescription by Walgreens. Thank god he noticed the pills looked different & the name of the prescription was wrong before he started taking them. When it was brought to Walgreens attention they just acted like it was No big deal. I’m not really sure how they should have handled it but a complaint should have been made against the tech and pharmacist. This mistake could have been life threatening! If my dad took a picture or video of this mistake I will be filing a complaint with BBB. So please double check your prescriptions!!! This happens more than people think and nothing will be done unless there’s a death. This is people’s lives and pharmacists need to be made accountable & documented. If it’s a regular mistake being made by a pharmacist or pharmacy technician then they need to lose their license. Do not trust a stranger w/your life bottom line! I hope this does Not happen to anyone else. My Father as changed pharmacy’s and other family who formally received their medications from this Walgreens has changed as well.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, submit refills and 3 days later still not ready. Excuse is they are really busy. Called to have prescription refilled was on hold for 30 minutes then they hang up the phone, had to call back and was on hold for another 25 minutes. They don't communicate when prescription needs a prior authorization so I'm out of meds until that's done. Then have to wait for medication to be ordered. I'll be going to a new pharmacy from now on.

Verying upsetting when you place a refill on prescription yesterday and it tells me it will be ready tomorrow at 10am. I get there after work and I'm sitting at the window watching them just standing there. Then he starts cleaning and the other person walks away for 7mins. Then he finally ask me what do I need.. then looks me up and stays they don't have anything.. we need to call your doctor for a refill.. they should have called me and told me this.. what a waste of time.. other walgreens have called me..

I will never shop at another Walgreen's for the rest of my life. I scheduled a Covid vaccine for this afternoon at 12:05, received confirmation emails and all that fun stuff only to arrive and be told that they wouldn't give me the shot, and I would have to re-schedule.This is incredibly irresponsible considering we are still in the middle of a global pandemic.They are playing with people's lives.

I went to pick up my medicine after my urgent care visit, and they told me to come back in 2hrs. I did and they said to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes and told me they didn't have the medicine in stock. Wasted my entire day since they decided to not tell me from the start that they didn't have the medicine for my infection. Never had trouble in the past with them until now.

Great service at the pharmacy but the checkout at the front needs work. Today isn't the first time that there's been an unusually long delay for a checker to come to the counter & when an employee does show up you're made to feel as though you're the inconvenience. Today was my last day shopping at this Walgreens.

What's the point of scheduling a vaccination if you aren't going to honor the time? Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the store at this location. Ended up just leaving after being ignored by the entire pharmacy. You would think that COVID vaccinations would be their absolute first priority to anyone walking thru the door. What a waste of time.

What a joke. Being told your prescription will be ready at a certain time, you give an extra 45 min, so not ready. The priority is the covid injections and testing. So what do they do, cancel the order. I had to be on the road out of town in 30 min, it was going to take them another 45 to an hour to have it ready. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened, no communication, no customer service, no answer on the phone, this place blows

I had the most awesome photo-printing experience at this Walgreens location!! Both Matt and Dan went out of their way to make sure I got the photo product I was looking for, walked me through the editing process and were extremely helpful with my 4 year old son while I was picking out my photos!! I couldn't be happier and all of my photos turned out amazing!! Great customer service :)

I mean, it's Walgreens, so it's expensive, but convenient. But, I implore you NOT to get passport photos taken here. I had mine done, paid like $15, sent in my passport application, and received a letter from the passport agency that my photo does not meet requirements. It's ONE photo, specialized, that they advertise. I paid that money to be sure it would be correct.Nope. Now my passport will take twice as long and I have to take another picture. I repeat, do not get your passport photo taken here. Take a few yourself and have them printed on wallet size. Wallets are 2x3", and passport photos need to be 2x2", so just make sure your head meets the dimensions within 2/3 of the pic and you're set. WAY cheaper, and they'll have a hard time screwing it up.

I took a Covid-19 drive-through test at this location on Monday morning. It is now Tuesday morning, an entire week later (8 days). When checking the online portal information on the sheet I was provided, it stated my sample had not even been received by the testing laboratory yet. This, despite the note on the sheet and website that states samples are sent overnight to the lab.

Had 3 prescriptions sent at the same time went to pick them up only had one said they didn't receive the others called my Dr they resent in case call back lady said they were relieved hours ago and now is telling me that I have to wait a few hours before my other 2 are ready I've never had so many problems at walgreens till this one on Packard

I’d like to give this location zero stars for the poor customer service and lack of decency the pharmacist exhibited today. Every time my elderly mother needs her prescription filled, there’s some issue with it being filled. Today we picked up her medication and got home to find out it was only a 15 day supply when it was supposed to be 90 days. And it had the wrong physician’s name- it showed a previous doctor who hadn’t been used in almost two years. When my mother asked what can be done to fix this, she was told she would need to call the doctors office. The pharmacist stated she needed to place her on hold. My mother was on hold for the longest time to the point where it would start ringing and someone would pick up and she would say she’s been waiting on hold for the pharmacist. This happened 4 times where it would ring, someone would pick it up, and my mother would say she’s still holding. Eventually the pharmacist answered with an extreme bad attitude and continued to say she would need to call the doctor. I took over the phone and explained she has my mother on hold for a long time and her response.. “We have insurance calls and vaccinations to give and she will need to call her doctor.” I was in shock that SHE placed my mother on hold and obviously had zero intentions on coming back to the phone. We thought she was doing something on her end to fix the issue but nope, she went on to do other stuff. I told the pharmacist i’d be reporting her to corporate for placing a customer on hold and not coming back- very poor customer service. She should not be allowed to represent Walgreens. We never had issues with Walgreens until using this location. And now I wish we would have read the reviews before using this location because every review shares the same experience, a terrible one. We have decided to switch all prescriptions to a different company altogether, never using Walgreens again. See attached image for 21 minutes of wasted time.

The pharmacy is horrible! Everytime I go the drive thru is at least 4 cars deep. Not sure why they don't have 2 lanes open like they used to. I'm going to start going to another pharmacy . This wait inside and out is ridiculous!

To be very honest the one star is being generous.they never have any of your prescriptions no matter how long you’ve gone there,they never fill all of your script,and your lucky enough if they even fill a script that’s been ready for over 2 weeks.they by far are the worst Walgreens I’ve gone to in my entire life,and good luck trying to talk to someone in the store or pharmacy you’ll be waiting for 27 minutes just for them to hang up.cant stress enough don’t fill your scripts here or give them business

The customer service at Walgreens is a joke . I tried calling over 30 min. I was hung up on, placed on hold, transfered and never was helped. I'd stay clear of this location . Thank goodness this was not an emergency. I would have given no stars if that would have been possible .

Been going here for years always felt safe when shopping in the store since the pandemic but yesterday two customers shopping together were maskless had plenty merchandise in there cart no one said a word about it they backed up the register lane so another register opened which was fine .many elderly people shop here why were they allowed in the store which makes it unsafe for other people especially the workers very disappointed .why have a sign saying masks required but you do not enforce it??

Spacious, well-lit parking lot. Clean store and friendly staff. My only issue is the Register Rewards/points that you are supposed to receive for various promotions often do not print, etc. at this location! That always resulted in an extra 10min. wait for the mngr. to fix the problem. I stopped shopping at this location for that reason.

the pharmacy was awesome just had dental surgery lots of pain and bleeding the staff worked quickly on my meds while i sat there talk about taking care of the customer ( very pleased )
