Generally overpriced, but I still stop for 50 cent vhs tapes. Just went last night and grabbed a CD- went to check out and was being charged $4, though the sign said CDs are 99 cents. When I pointed to the sign the woman at the register (who was already in a bad mood) absolutely lost it had started yelling that there's another sign somewhere in the store that says they're $1.99. And there are two discs in the case so that means it costs twice as much. Then the dvd I was getting was going to cost THREE TIMES AS MUCH because there were 2 discs and one disc had 2 movies on it (this was a collection of 30 minutes kids shorts). In the years I've been going here I've never had a cashier claim this was the pricing policy. Just wild. I've stopped here a lot only because it's a few minutes from Value Village. After this most recent visit I likely wont return.

Last 2 times I have went to this store the employees are more interested in gossiping with each other than helping the customers. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind people enjoying thier days at work with co-workers but if your in a customer service position, do SOME customer service. Last time 2 of the employees where arguing very loudly while I was trying to get checked out. Very uncomfortable. Also, it appears they are getting rid of toys and the hard goods section has been cut in half.

This store is wonderful. Jeff makes every visit an enjoyable one. Very clean and orderly store. It's so nice to shop at a store where the people are super nice and so friendly. Keep up The Great Job.

Absolutely worst staff I’ve ever seen, from the minute me and my friend walked in they were talking and whispering about us behind our back and talking super bad about us. I’ll definitely never be going back here which is saddening because a year or two ago when I first started coming to this location everyone was sweet and friendly. The two bigger ladies were the ones extremely rude and talking down on us, old lady is nice though.

It's a clean store. Prices for clothes are decent...cheaper than goodwill clothes. Shoes for infant went five dollars and up. Furniture and toys are over price. Saw a dirty body pillow in original packaging for ten dollars but you can go to Target and buy a new one for that price. Also saw a buffet but wanted five hundred for it...I rather buy a new one for that price. A baby Einstein toy marked for fifteen and nerf guns ten dollars. Alot of nice stuff just over priced for my family. It's worth checking out...I would stop in again.

Very clean, very organized! It's always been apparent to me that any Salvation Army sells furniture and toys at higher prices, but the clothing was very very cheap, granted I only browsed thru the boys clothing sections. I got a few shirts for under 60 cents a piece! Every employee was all professional and kind! I'll be making another stop this weekend to find some more "new" clothes for my son and fiance's son who both just a growth spurt!

I spent an hour in the store looking for some clothes and the tags had fallen off two of the shirts that I wanted to buy. The older clerk refused to sell them to me because it was policy not to sell an item with a loose tag so I asked her if she could find someone who could attach the tags... She refused. I know they only pay $8 per hour and maybe some people take an I don't care care attitude because of that but that was rude and I will never shop there again.

Pricers are smoking crack, 3X more than original price!Manager woman judy is very rude she picks and chooses who can bring in what bags and acts like certain people are trying to shoplift based on how she judges them. I was told i could not have my purse when others had much larger purses and she makes rude comments implying people are trying to steal things.

The store is always very clean.As a man,My biggest complaint would be that the men's pants rack is not well organized.Sizes are mixed a lot, making it time consuming trying to find my right size?

Unreasonable! When $8.99 tag got tangled and torn refused to sell to me. It was a special occasion dress needed this week. The only one it's size they had. When I tried to show it was obviously the same tag, torn edges matched exactly, she took it away and crumpled it.sayimg dress goes back downtown to be repriced. If policies are so rigid you don't trust your managers to make reasonable decisions maybe they don't belong in in those positions. The wasted time and frustration cost a lifetime of goodwill

I’m a stay at home mom who had an hour to her self and decided to look for some jeans for the winter I went to Salvation Army and tried on at least 20 different jeans trying to find a good fitting pair I picked out four pair one which was my favorite. Unfortunately one of the tags fell off no big deal I put it in the pocket and proceeded to the checkout I was extremely disappointed and frustrated when I was told I could not purchase my favorite pair jeans that I had spent my time trying it on and finding because the tag had fallen off .There’s got to be a better way a better system than to deny a customer to purchase a pair of jeans

Make sure you get there well before they close. I showed up at 5:40 pm and the doors were already locked. I'm even posting this before 6:00! Not very happy about making the drive over here but I do love wasting my time.

All the clothes are haphazardly put on hangers and placed randomly through racks making it impossible to find right size without looking at every tag. Prices weren't very good. Old credit card machine doesn't work. Waste of time.

Would be much better if clothes were sorted by size instead of color. I refuse to go thru racks of clothes to find one thing that fits and that I like.
