What happened to the pharmacy? I got a text telling me my medication was ready for pick up and however when I got there Mohammad and the black lady told me it wasn't ready and and I had to wait 20 min, it took them almost an hour to prepare a 50 count bottle. They made the excuse of my insurance not being in file and I had to give them my insurance card. This is the second time it's happened to me the first was with the old white lady with the nasty blonde hair. I never had a problem with my insurance or the pharmacy until these people showed up, Such disgusting people like them should never work in any medical field. I hope they get fired soon and never work as pharmacists again.

Uncomfortable shopping experience. The staff was bothered that I kept scanning different deodorant brands on my target app to view reviews. After hovering over me they finally approached me to let me know that it wasn’t allowed and they had seen me scanning products in the beauty aisle a while back. I told him that wasn’t possible because I recently moved to the neighborhood and that was my first time at this CVS. Either way I don't understand why doing a bit of online research before purchasing a product is a problem. Rude staff, I don’t recommend this location.

-0 stars.I can't believe Mohammed is the "managing" pharmacist, as I've never been treated so rudely before in my 40 years of life. This man in an unprofessional joke who apparently thinks he can just withhold children's ADHD medication when someone speaks up to him about the importance of not missing doses and doesn't like their "tone."After calling several pharmacies to find my son's ADHD medication, I finally found it at this store. I came in 5 minutes before close, unknowing they had impractical hours and closed their pharmacy at 8pm. He didn't fill my son's prescription because he didnt have insurance information, which is absurd. After taking the remaining 5 minutes they were open to enter my son's insurance information, he refused to spend the time of 6 swipes of the spatula to count out 30 pills, so that my son wouldn't have to miss his dose this morning. I was pretty upset but didn't yell or swear. I explained the importance of him not missing his dose in the morning for school, pleading with him to please just spend the extra minute to fill it for me. He refused.When I came with my son at store open, the next morning, it was Mohammed again, to my displeasure. Apparently he told the doctor's office, "because of our unpleasant encounter with a family member(me!), we won't be filling your son's medication today or ever again at this store." 😲🤯😡So, because of me pleading with them, as a mother and expressing the Importance of his adhd medication, TO A PHARMACIST, they choose to withhold it from him completely.I work in pharmacy myself and Never in my 20 years, would I ever treat anyone so rudly and with blatant disrespect. I hope this pharmacy burns to the ground because they're utterly worthless and so is their "management."

The majority of people that work in the Pharmacy are unprofessional. I'm not sure what happened to this location. It used to have the nicest people working in the Pharmacy. Now it's trash! They don't answer the phone. I have been hung up on. They talk to customers in the nastiest ways. I've held my tongue with these people far too long. I'm forced to go to CVS for medications due to work. I have chosen to go to this location due to where it 's located from my home. At this point I will have to make the switch to another CVS. Honestly, they need to fire this group and start fresh in this Pharmacy. This group needs training in customer service and in being decent human beings in general.

If I could give negative stars I would. Open at 9am is far too late for people that need medicine right away when they work next door at 5am. Walgreens is far better. I hope this store closes for good and Walgreens buys it. Couldn't buy a small bottle of cranberry juice only the big bottle. Workers are disrespectful. Please close for good.

Always a great experience! Also, Shawn & Mo, R.PH are kind & patient. Rita, Ph Tech, & others are fabulous! Never a bad experience there, even w/Don up front! Jess too & Sue. I enjoy their 😃. Keep up the great work.

This pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies me and my co-workers have had to work with. We have a sick patient who has been trying to fill her medication since this morning and the pharmacy staff will not answer calls, not even from provider offices! We have sat on hold multiple times today for 20-30 minutes each time. If you do not have the staff to run your store in a professional manner, maybe you should consider closing.We also tried contacting the actual store, but the person who answered that call was unprofessional did nothing to resolve the issue. What he did was transferred us to the pharmacy after we specifically said they are not answering and we wanted to speak to a manager.

They do not deserve the one star I am forced to give. They hire unethical, lazy and incompetent employees. I received an e-mail on a Tuesday that my prepaid prescription was ready for pickup. I go to pick it up the next day on Wednesday and am told by the employee that it isn't paid for. I received the e-mail that states it is paid for and my HSA online account also shows the payment was made. She stood around playing on her phone before she told the manager or pharmacist (not sure who it was because he did not speak to me). She then came back to the drive thru to tell me to call corporate. She had the prescription in her hand when I left without it on Wednesday. I called the district manager and left a message, but have had no response. On Friday of that same week, I receive an e-mail stating my prescription was picked up!!!! Unbelievable! I wouldn't trust them with anything! Now I have to work with my HSA servicing bank to get the charge removed since I never received the prescription. Thank goodness I have the CVS mobile app screenshots and the e-mails. I had to contact my doctor and let her know what happened, so she sent a new prescription for the medication that I need to take daily to another pharmacy for me. Stay away from this pharmacy!!!

The Pharmacist, Mohammed, should not be able to practice, and/or work with people. It is an absolute shame to continously feel on edge, when simply having to pick up my prescription. Since this gentleman started, he has never exemplified the slight bit of kindness, and holds an undeniably disrespectful demeanor; especially towards women. I have witnessed this first hand, in person, via phone, and when he interacts with other patients.I have personally endured the most indisputable form of reverse discrimination from Mohammed, and would like someone with authority to discern his unethical business character. If this situation is not addressed through CVS Management, or higher roles, I will fulfill my initial instinct, and file a formal complaint with the State Board of Pharmacy for further investigation. There is no reason that myself, or anyone else who chooses to use CVS, should be treated with such contempt. I am not sure who this man is trying to be exactly; however, he needs to change his ways, and be forced to take courses that aid in engagement with the general public.

My doctor put my prescriptions in yesterday morning for antibiotics that he wanted me to start right away. I went in to find out why it's still in process and that I was supposed to start it yesterday. Then asks if I want to wait in the store for them to fill it. When asked how long it's going to take she replied with "uh, an hour at the earliest". This was all after I waited 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Horrible!!!

I have never been treated this way before. The Pharmacists are rude and unprofessional. I have had 3 back surgeries over the last 8 years. Every month I pick up my narcotics and they look at me and roll their eyes. My doctor puts the prescription 2 days in advance and I can't pick them up until 1pm or later. I was told if they don't like the way they handle things here I can go somewhere else. I have left CVS and started going to Walgreen's. So much nicer and easier to deal with. It is more than 2 miles away from my house but If i don't ever have to deal with them again it is so worth it!!

I had an excellent experience getting the Covid vaccine from CVS today.After a horrible experience at Walgreen's earlier in the day, I returned home to re-group and decided to research other available vaccination sites.CVS had an available appointment, and their pharmacists were fast, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour.Thank you, CVS!

The pharmacy is ridiculous. Prescriptions are never ready. Today I called to make sure it would be ready when I needed it and was told an hour. Gave them 3 hours knowing how they are. First time I went I was told its not ready and will be 25 minutes. (Gave them 45) second time told its still not ready and will be another 10 (gave them 20) the third time it still was a wait but I told them ill wait right here in the drive thru considering I've been more than patient. Its ridiculous people need their medications to live how do they not u derstand this?!

Completely unhelpful. I needed help and had questions on switching to a new medication after my doctor sent it over to the pharmacy and they did not go out of their way to help. Simply stated, call your doctor. I am in healthcare and one attribute of a true healthcare worker is someone willing to go out of their way to help a client or patient. Theses employees do not seem to like their job and do the bare minimum.

I want to leave 5 stars to gentleman manning the front desk, Elvis. He was kind, incredibly helpful, and had a great attitude. He helped us find the test we came in for. Would highly recommend this store, but please please go to another pharmacy.negative 5 to the "professional" pharmacists in the back. We were looking for home Covid tests and asked the pharmacy first. While we waited in line a senior was told he can't get his 2nd shot (there was 3 people in the store, myself included) to go online. He said he didn't know how to do that and asked for help, they said nope figure it out. The 2nd person in line was there for a script he called for 2 hours ago and they said wasn't ready, he can wait or come back. He said he called and it would be 30 minutes... they said too bad. I asked for tests and they said they didn't have any. I told them I called and they said nope, nothing. That's when I went to the front desk.

This CVS has the most unprofessional pharmacist. She’s screamed at me through the drive through, hung up on me for asking questions about the cost of my prescriptions: these things have happened various times. Ironically I’ve worked in retail pharmacy for 12+ years and value my job as well as my role in the community. That said, I can’t understand how someone in a similar role thinks she’s somehow above providing basic customer service.

I was present when the tech told a temp Pharmacist they were months behind filling Prescriptions! They no longer answer the phone, trying to get prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy the new pharmacy is required to call the old and since they dont answer you cannot get the Rx transferred.

Do not by any means get a package dropped off here. Had to go in 3 times and mention the name of the employee who accepted the package(a small box that contained a brand new expensive phone) until it was mysteriously found under a pile of empty boxes behing the register.. I was told to come back the next day and ups was to blame.

Terrible customer service. I waited for a prescription in the drive through they would not wait on me in line 2 only the covid testing customers . I had come earlier in the day to pick up the prescription and was turned away because their computers were not working. The prescription was filled but they not only wouldn't listen to me they wouldn't help me find a way to get the prescription. If they don't want to help people get the medications they need they should close.

Tried calling the pharmacy all day and no answer. My wife called the front store and asked why the pharmacy is not picking up the phone. Their answer was that they are 2 - 3 days behind orders and decided to not answer any calls. My wife said what if we were calling about an problem with a medication we are taking. No answer on that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Check your perscriptions before you leave! They filled the wrong prescription and told me they can't do anything about it bc I left with it. My bad for trusting they know what they are doing. Their mistake but not willing to make it right. Always seems to be issues with this place. The staff seems to always be in chaos with any small amount of customers. Slow and always confused

Horrible pharmacy. They don't answer the calls. I actually got through to them a week in advance to make sure my medication would be ready and they still failed. Stay far away from this place. Any other CVS in the area is better.

Rude staff. Made me extremely uncomfortable, n I was only shopping for soda. Sad that a person can't walk into a pharmacy without feeling like a criminal, and even sadder that the staff doesn't even TRY to hide their distrust. Not everyone is a junkie, just like every pharmacist isn't a judgemental prick...just saying...

On hold for over 10 minutes to check a prescription that was suppose to be ready at 12:00. However , at 1:30 it was still not ready . After waiting for over 10 minutes on hold I hung up ..Very dissapointed in the Customer service ..
