The flowers were delivered within an hour of ordering them! I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to turn over my order! But make no mistake, not only was it fast, but the work was beautiful! I've ordered flowers for my Irish wife for St. Patrick's Day for as long as we've been together and this was certainly one of the most beautiful arrangements she has received. Highly recommend!

Sent Mom a floral arrangement for Mother’s Day, with delivery set for the day before. The arrangement was lovely, as always, but I was disappointed it was delivered on Friday instead of Saturday as I requested. The address tag even has Saturday written on it. Oh well, I guess that gave my Mom an extra day to enjoy it.

Was told that they were unable to get hydrangeas that were ordered. I placed the order over a week before the delivery date, so I find that hard to believe this time of the year. Called me to ask what I wanted to do and didn't give me time to decide and answer. Seemed like they were too busy to talk, so maybe shouldn't have picked that particular time to call me. Very disappointed with the customer service and I will not be going back.

Suzanne worked with me to create a bridal bouquet as well as flower girl bouquet. I didn't have much creative vision so I chose some colors and she was able to make a beautifully crafted bouquet. It was so gorgeous and way beyond my expectations. Her work it true artistry. Thank you!

I ordered 2 beautiful floral arrangements that were delivered on on 9/3. The recipients were thrilled. I received a text from each of them (oddly on the same day) on 9/14 including pictures. They were delighted that the flowers were still just as pretty as when they arrived. See their pics below.

I was Never told the store no longer delivers at a specific time. Also not told they no not deliver to Hales Corners. Missed my granddaughters 18th birthday with flowers. When I cancelled the order becuz they could not deliver after school hours I have yet to receive my refund. I have used and recommended this flower shop for several years( more then 30) . Never more

The women who answers was beyond helpful and empathetic. When I arrived to the funeral and saw the arrangement it was more beautiful in person than it was in the listing photo. There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazingly wonderful Suzanne and the staff are. My family and I have been ordering from here for more than 30 years. This past weekend they made dreams come true by providing the most exquisite bridal bouquet and wedding flowers. I sent pictures of what I was looking for and they worked to make it happen. I recieved bday flowers from my sister who lives out of state. They were supposed to be delivered on January 11th. The shop told my sister they wouldn't be delivered till Monday the13th due to the weather. The delivery man was very nice and joyful. But the flowers looked like they were arranged a week before. Half of them were wilted and half were fresh looking. I'm assuming they put the arrangement was put together on Friday and would have been fine if delivered on Saturday the 11th but by monday they were Not fresh looking. Needless to say I was disappointed in my bday arrangement. I gave the 3 stars to the delivery man!
