Employees should stand farther away from the door when they go out to smoke at the new dollar tree/dollar general location. Nice place but the whole store reeked of cigarette smoke.

The employee working on 09/02/23 on his 2nd day was beyond rude. My husband checked out on one register and then he told me to go to another and rushed us through our orders. I entered my phone number for the digital coupons and the 10 off of 40 didn't work, when I brought it to his attention he showed me the screen and said "look lady I can't give you something that isn't there" I had 44.00 worth of products before tax and proved I clipped the coupon. Clearly it wasn't working in his system, I told him I didn't want the products then and he said "okay fine the customer isn't always right you know". I understand help is hard to find but this man needs some training or a different job. I'll drive to Antigo for items I need before ever visiting this place again.

The store was pretty well stocked but also hard to navigate due to merchandise still sitting in aisles and not on the shelves,which made staying social distancing difficult. There were no 6 foot markings on floor in check out lanes. The employees were friendly and helpful and wore facial masks. And prices were the same as a grocery store. I would shop here again but be more mindful of the am out of vehicles in the parking it next time.

It's a great place to stop to get odds & ends or buy groceries at a reasonable price. This place is a great asset to the city for keeping the locals to shop in the area & not have to travel. I would have rated a 5 star but when you need to check out there is usually 1 cashier & a line of people being checked out.

The other: The ailes are not well organized with several impassible with merchandise for restocking as if not sufficiently staffed.. The manager was short/rude to the person in front of me and the staff member starting. Scolded both in front of multiple customers. The checkout had difficulty counting my return change amount calculated by the register.The good: I was able to obtain what I needed. Very convenient location with easty access and sufficient parking.This business that provides essential, affordable items to our small town.

This Dollar General is extremely popular because of the limited options in our county. Because of its high volume it gets accolades from the corporation. But, because of the high volume, sometimes the staff gets overwhelmed, the store gets messy and the shelves get empty. That's not usually a big problem. Good prices and good hours.

The little dude at the register swore at me and my wife about some money he didn't put back on her card I will be filing a complaint nobody deserves to be treated that way at a store for any reason

The store needs renovation. It's so packed with goods in such a small footprint it needs a new location. Needs to hire additional staff. The product on the shelf has no attention paid to it and it knocked over, while staff is overloaded with customers at every time I have gone there. Staff was friendly and the only redeeming quality.

This store is the most unorganized store around. Sooooo many items to priced or in the right place. Not a very group of individuals working there. Only general store in this town. No one to give them competition so they can or want to improve their store. Last resort store.

This is a very busy Dollar General. Sometimes the aisles are blocked with new merchandise, sometimes the place is dirty and messy. But this is probably the busiest Dollar General in the state. Sometimes the shelves can be bare especially on weekends.

Pre-christmas the place was really busy. The employees were always restocking, so everything seemed fine.. at least I got what I needed on my several trips over my 2 week stay.

This place is dirty and unorganized. You have to search for prices and many times don't find one. On top of that every time I have been in this store there are large carts of products not stocked yet and in the way to see the shelves behind them. A very disappointing shopping experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

This place is a freaking dump. Always has been, always will be. It's a mess, can't even get through the store with rollrainers sitting at the end of EVERY. SINGLE. AISLE. Worst dollar general I've ever been to.

Lots of good products. Many things that you can't find elsewhere, but much lower prices. I like the health and beauty aisle. Many good bath products. Will shop here again.

Half the prices were missing, stocked carts were in front of aisles. so we couldn't walk down certain ones, and they are barely ever open. Why even bother opening?

Shelves are half empty but there are products on uboats everywhere to be stocked. Go in at noon should be 2 cashiers thar time of day! No reason to have to stand in line for 10+ minutes!

Dollar general has great sales. I get more value for my dollar. I went there because they had a sale on soda. At the same time they had digital coupons which saved another dollar on a 12 pack

What can I say it's Dollar General the one in Three Lakes is very nice and coming soon there's going to be one in Wabeno...This one in Crandon is very dirty they have a hard time keeping employees boxes in the aisles... However they say they're the busiest Dollar General in the Northwoods...

Found shoes and couple other items couldnt find type of pencil I wanted and they over charged on something that said buy 1 get 1 half off there was no discount and they claimed the item and discount werent the same but name and size even matched up

Never have much of what you're looking for, often dont even honor their own add prices, usually only one register open and you usually have to wait forever for help because the employees always disappear or plain out ignore you.
