Haven't made a google review in years. Love the closeness of this place and ease of booking an appointment and great environment of the place. Would say great place for daycare or boarding. BUT went here to get dogs nails cut and groomer was not very nice. Maybe just having a bad day after being gone on vacation but still. Would have given her a much better tip than 10% if she didn't come back out just plain rude. Sorry he was so excited he heard million of other dogs barking in the gravel fenced in area

This place is reasonably affordable, with flexibility to manage my old and not good with other dogs Chloe (she thinks she’s an alpha, but has literally no teeth behind her bark). And look at the photos when done with grooming! Haha

Our vet recommended Unleashed's grooming and boarding services. Amy groomed our puppy today and did a beautiful job. The photo that the Unleashed staff took was adorable. I did have a concern when the appointment took more time than they expected. They said to expect 60-90 minutes but it took 4+ hours. I was absolutely fine with the length of time but I wished there was some kind of communication. I wasn't able to get through when I called. I left a message and they did return my call. It would be nice to get updates when there is a delay. Overall, the experience was good.

My dog Bendi used to hate car rides...since taking her to Unleashed for daycare, she literally drags me to the car when I ask if she wants "to go play with the dogs"! She was not at all like this with a previous daycare she attended, so it's great to see she actually enjoys being there! She comes home tired and happy. The staff got to know her quickly, even though she goes sporadically, not daily or even weekly!Easy to book online, even last minute, and easy pick-up process with my card on file for payment. While the price is higher than I'd like, it's well worth it for the facility and staff. And your first day is free!! I feel safe sending my dog to daycare, and don't worry about her coming home injured. I've worked behind the scenes in dog boarding and daycare so I have some strong opinions about where I put my own dog. I have no concerns about Bendi's time at Unleashed. I haven't used the boarding here yet, but plan to later this year, will update review to include my experience with that.

We have been going to unleashed for about a year. I can never imagine going to another place. For instance our "Frank" missed an appointment and we chose another place. They could not get him properly groomed. He whined and cried the whole time. So, we resumed taking Frank back to unleashed. A close family friend opened her new business as a groomer, and she has been doing it for years. Our Frank would not allow her to get near him. She called right away and we picked him up. Frank is always excited to go to unleashed, we are always overjoyed when he returns.... Happy, smelling good, and well groomed.

The folks at Unleashed have been so wonderful to our pup. We were completely new to all things dog-ownership when we adopted her earlier this year, so finding a place to take care of her when we needed to be away felt daunting. We contacted Unleashed on recommendation from a friend and nervously showed up for boarding. They were so kind and had such nice things to say about our pup when we returned - it felt like they really got to know her and cared about her. We have felt this same way every time we’ve come back. All of this and their prices are very competitive - we’ll be sticking with Unleashed!

I am always impressed with unleashed. i have met the people who spend time with my dog and they are wonderful. also i am assured that my dog gets ample time outdoors. i see the pictures of him having fun. if you get a chance to use the bath and groomer here do so you will not be disappointed

We've kenneled our dogs here for years. Always great service wonderful groomers and our dogs come back happy.This last time, we were quoted a little over $1,000 for a 15-day stay. It turned out to be a 17 day stay and when we went to pay, the final price was $1500. I was quite shocked at the difference in pricing.Keep in mind that the price you get quoted is not going to be anywhere near the price you are charged.

We took our dog George to unleashed as we were out of town all weekend and pets were not allowed where we were going. The workers at unleashed are always so amazing with him! He absolutely loves going there! He has always been a little skittish, but the workers there really know how to handle him well and keep him happy! When they were walking him out to me after his stay, he hadn’t seen me yet but I could see him. He looked so excited to be with the worker bringing him out! You could really see he was extremely comfortable and happy with her! Thank you Unleashed for all your help with him and all that you do! You are an absolute Godsend and we are so grateful for you all!!!

Best dog daycare and boarding in Madison area! Unleashed is our dogs’ paradise. Our dogs are always so excited to go there!All of the staff are friendly, professional, and dog-loving. Their passion for animals is evident in the way they interact with each pet, treating them as if they were their own. They ensure a harmonious environment for all dogs. Great staff-to-dog ratio, and separate play groups for dogs with different needs.The facility itself is spacious, clean, and filled with a variety of toys and play areas that cater to the needs of every dog. The outdoor area is a green space, perfect for dogs to run around and socialize. The indoor area is equally impressive, with comfortable sleeping quarters and a climate-controlled play area to ensure the comfort of the dogs at all times. Our dogs love the swimming pools in summer!The daycare program is well-structured, with a balance of playtime, naptime, and mealtime. I absolutely love Unleashed! My dog Milo has been going to daycare and boarding here for a little over a month now. When I say the word “daycare” he waits by my front door! One thing I really like about this place is how easy it is to schedule daycare on their online portal! In addition, the staff is wonderful and they take the time to get to know your dog by asking questions and assessing your dog’s behavior. They also give you a great rundown on how your dog did after daycare! Every time I walk in with Milo, he immediately runs to the staff with a waggy tail and all the kisses to give - then he is ready to go play with his friends! 10/10 place!

I have boarded my 2 dogs here twice, and I will Never subject them to this place again. The first time I was supposed to get text updates, didn't hear anything, not a big deal. But my dogs were sick for over a week after coming home. I figured it was just anxiety. I boarded them again this past weekend while I moved. I asked for them to be fed for 2 mornings and to pick up in the evening, got texts Right before morning closing about picking them up. They hadn't fed or given meds to them yet. After I got them home I realized that one of my dogs sustained a laceration on his paw, that the vet he seen for it started that it has been there for a few days (so right away at boarding), and Nothing was said to me about him being injured. So now I have an added vet bill, plus antibiotics for my dog, as well as him being hurt. I am Beyond pissed that this was allowed to happen and to go untreated for Days because they said and did nothing

Boarded our two dogs at Unleashed for 4 nights. Very happy with unleashed. Loved receiving text updates of our dogs having a great time. They came back happy, healthy and tired. Will definitely choose unleashed for future boarding and may even consider a day or two of day care in the future.

My Dog LOVES this place!! Unleashed is a great place for Doggie Day care, grooming and boarding. The facility is all updated and sparkling clean. The Groomers are spot on and even do well with my one fussy dog. Staff is very, very, friendly and knowledgeable.I HIGHLY recommend Unleashed for your pet care.

My husband and I love Unleashed! Our dog Mia has always had such a fun time, at least we think so since she’s ALWAYS exhausted when we bring her home :) The staff is so friendly and ensures our pet has the best care. We love that they put up pictures on Facebook during the day! Such a fun time to see them having fun. Affordable prices also!

My husky had a great overnight stay from what I could tell! He was definitely tired out and took a super long nap when he got home. Staff was very friendly and helpful, online set-up and booking was simple. Rates are fair, and they seem to be very attentive. Will definitely use again!

Unleashed is a great place to take your dogs. The facility is beautiful and incredibly clean. And the people there show a lot of care for our dogs, including one who has some special needs. We highly recommend Unleashed for dog boarding and day care. They do a great job.

Our dog Sally loves her time at Unleashed. If she gets overwrought playing hard non-stop with all her friends, she can have a little me-time chewing a bone on her own away from the crowd before returning to the fun. The grooming services are also awesome. We love Unleashed.

Our dog loves Unleashed. It’s his favorite doggy daycare out of the 3-4 we’ve taken him to in the Madison area and our favorite too. Even after moving from the east side to the west side, we’ll still make the drive over to take him there on occasion because of how much he loves it and how well the Unleashed staff treats him. Highly recommend.

Best Groomer EVER!!!! We had a really good groomer before Unleashed. Unfortunately they closed with no notice. After months of looking for a new groomer for my fur babies. Unleashed is amazing! I love the hours they have availability for the working class. Weekend availability. Even on Sundays.
