Lane is incredibly friendly and resourceful. He doesn’t pass judgement and is quick and helpful. I usually use the CVS in Target on Lien Rd. but I’ll be changing everything over to this pharmacy because they’re much better staffed with better inventory. The store is clean and neat inside an out. I’m always greeted at the front when I come in which really makes me feel welcome even though I don’t use this pharmacy often.

Pharmacy has been closed for two days "due to an emergency". How am I supposed to get my medication? Not impressed. Apparently this has happened a few times now. Considering a change. Too bad. Maybe a Walgreens will open in Cottage Grove.

It’s a shame that such a conveniently located CVS has such abhorrent customer service! “Wade” is a total jerk & “Ginger” is far & away the RUDEST person I’ve had the misfortune of coming across in several years! HOW do these two even have a job there?! It’s laughable!

Quite a few years ago I was very sick. I was driving around looking for Primatene mist to help with my breathing. I spoke with both men at the pharmacy that day because the first one wasn't very interested in helping me, he passes me off to the other guy. He proceeded to tell me that product didn't exist (it does). Shocked by the rudeness, I said to myself that I'll never shop there again.Fast forward to this year, we ended up moving here to Cottage Grove. I had my prescriptions transferred here because the drive to Walgreens was too much for me with my health problems. I had my first prescription filled and went through the drive through. The lady who helped me was so nice and helpful, I was happy those two guys weren't there. Well, next prescription filled I needed to get a few things so I went inside to get my prescription. I immediately realized that those two guys were there! I was treated the same way as years before!! How are they still working there? I've read these reviews and left my own with CVS. I'm going to try to figure out what to do, maybe struggle to get to Walgreens where they are nice and friendly to their customers. Come on CVS, they are still jerks to the customer because they obviously get away with it. Do better!

Pharmacy is good, staff is helpful and professional. However; it’s a good thing the self checkouts were installed, as “Ginger” might need to relearn customer service training.

Trying to get our prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy for the second time. Evidentally Wade wasn't in the mood to do his job ( again ). The rudeness of the staff there can only be matched by their incompitence. Wish they would hurry up as I am quite excited to never go there again.

My wife and four-year-old daughter went through the drive-through to have a covid test on my child. while it did take a little longer i guess than an adult test, the pharmacist was extremely rude and treated them very disrespectful. not sure what's happened to common courtesy

Terrible, I had to wait 35 minutes for a drive through covid test, and still didn't get it. They had multiple errors, including not being able print a simple thing.3 people left the line behind me. 2.5 stars is too high a rating! Worst of all, they just asked if I could come back?! Not call, just circle back to waist another good portion of a hour! Avoid this place!

My dog and I were waiting outside while my husband picked up some medicine. A worker was in her car smoking and got out of her car to yell at me that I couldn't dispose of my dog waste in their out door garbage can. Very rude.

Worst pharmaceutical experience of my life. The Pharmacist was rude. He was actually mad that I was there at 9 pm and was throwing stuff. Who hires these people?I'll gladly take the drive to Middleton for now on. They understand customer service and respect.

NEVER EVER again will I use this pharmacy! Justin who is a pharmacy tech basically accused us of filling a prescription when I never did and then hung up on me and never said bye after I told him we never filled that prescription!! An hour later we got a text that the script was ready but NEVER was apologized to for being accused of something we never did. Worst customer service that our family ever had!

Never had bad experience here!I buy regular grocery stuff here and weekly deal items. Did not use it as pharmacy.So far the staff have been polite and friendly with me. Helped in finding and using coupons.Although very rarely I see same staff, not sure if they have different shifts/working days or attrition.

Just called the pharmacy and was hung up on when I asked if they had any covid tests.Ummm ok, thanks?? I understand it’s stressful you work at a pharmacy during a pandemic but The guys in the pharmacy have always been SO rude. This is my final straw. How are they still employed there!!!!

By far the worst pharmacy ever!! They are beyond rude and make you feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Wade and Justin have no business in customer service. My insurance requires me to use them but I will be looking for a different location. Who hires these people???

Shopped there until my number stopped working and everyone is afraid to work the counter. Self checkout is great but not when you need a person to come fix the machine. Terrible staff and even worse experience. Never go there if you have self respect.

Charge me $351 for a prescription they said was not covered under insurance, went down the street to Forward Pharmacy and I’m now filling the exact same thing for $40 without insurance. Wow, Everybody needs to pay attention to what they’re paying for prescriptions these types of companies are ripping people off big time, No wonder they’re popping up on every corner

Pharmacy man was the rudest man ever.. We called before arriving because we knew they closed at 6pm and told him that we would be coming through the drive thru at 5:58pm just to pick up a prescription and he just hung up on us.

I stopped coming to this pharmacy a while back because the pharmacist wade and the pharmacist tech there were so rude and don’t know how to treat customers I will not fill my prescription here unless I have too. I go down to forward pharmacy now for my prescriptions.
