I bought a house with their tank already installed. I called about getting it filled and they said I had to fill out a credit app. and it would take a week or two to process. Ok not a problem but I need propane today can I put it on a credit card. Nope! Called Ferrell gas and guess what... got one of their tanks getting installed tomorrow and filled right off a credit card. To the lady I talked to, you need to educate yourself on your competitors and the services they offer and work on your attitude with people. I'm honestly not suprised the as you absorb smaller propane companies they their customers are switching companies. Seems like most of the positive reviews are the employees equipped with knee pads working for that Christmas bonus if they offer one...

The staff was very inconvenienced by my call. She did not want to help me and she did not want to send me to someone who could. It’s 53 degrees in my house even though they had a credit of $300. They would not deliver the 85 gallons that were prepaid. Been a customer for 45 years. Really disappointing

ALCIVIA is a great place to work! I am new to the company and am happy I made the change. Everyone is supportive as I learn the industry and support my teams. My thoughts and ideas are sought out and I am always treated with respect. Leadership is committed to building a culture that is collaborative and inclusive of everyone. There is a safety first culture. Employees are provided with proper training and the tools to accomplish their jobs safely and successfully. Multiple issues over the last 2 yrs, requested a leak test, still leaked after the test and had to come back again. Requested a refill in fall, it was denied, ran out in February and now charged additional fee

This company has fallen flat with the merger and change from Landmark. Terrible customer service, they now are introducing hidden fees to LP tank leases. They cant return phone calls and when you schedule your LP to be filled you most likely will need to call multiple times to remind them to not forget you. We have been a customer for over 10 years never a bad thing to say. Now in this 1 year of them being Alcivia I have had more conversation with then in the last 30 days then I did in all of ten years. Yes I will be looking at our options to move away from a company that has become ruthless and cheap and the lack of customer value! Be aware you can find a better service company for your homes LP or business LP

The employees that come out to do tank checks, fills, and removals are wonderful. The company in general is a train wreck. I've called their main office numerous times and left voicemails or gone to dead ends where a recording just says that they can't take my call and the call ends.Recently they started charging "minimum usage requirement fees" of $125/year. I had 1 tank removed due to this and another filled last month to avoid this charge. Today I got a bill for 263 dollars for the 2 "minimum" fees. I'm livid especially since I left voicemails last month ensuring I wouldn't receive this bill since it wasn't applicable to me, but no one called me back.If you look at the recent reviews for the company it's all employees. They are trying to fluff their ratings to hide unhappy customers. I'm hoping to have this resolved because I don't want to pay money for something that doesn't apply to me! I sent an email in hopes that maybe that is the secret way to get through to a real person at Alcivia...

Alcivia is a great company with great core values. They take Safety, service and accountability seriously. Businesses today have to look in all directions when making decisions to maintain a profitability to stay in it for the long run. Change is hard and sometimes customers don't understand the change. I have run my own business for years and making fiscally responsible decisions aren't always clear from the consumer side. I know that Alcivia is making the right decisions to be here for the long haul with quality employees, equipment and service.

ALCIVIA is truly an excellent place to work at. All the work locations at ALCIVIA does have that family culture feel to it. Everyone cares about everyone. At ALCIVIA, you have that perfect work/life balance, which is great that they promote this. The benefit package is top notch, and they are leaders when it comes to compensation. Lastly, ALCIVIA has numerous examples of promotions throughout all the business units, so the opportunity to grow is always there and the managers across the board do an excellent job with helping their employees grow and succeed.

Horrible customer service, never can get calls answered by complaining customers needing fuel, breaching contracts, no ethics with their employees, they don’t care about anyone except how their going to rob their customers and employees of $$$$. Check your contracts! If ALCIVIA breaks the contract your off the hook. Contracts are only binding if both parties are upholding it. If they break and stipulations of that contract you are no longer stuck in it! Check your costs too, your bank accounts, and billing & make sure their not stealing from you. Check your tank reading before the arrive and after to make sure they aren’t committing fraud! Take pics of before and after reading for your records. If you want a bad experience in one of their c stores go to the Baldwin city location where the employees especially older employees are cussing out employees and vender drivers. Never a dull moment! Keeping it classy and professional ALCIVIA!!!

The Alcivia team installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. The team was extremely friendly. The new system was quickly installed and with quality care. They were able to answer the questions and concerns we had being in a home built in the 1960s. We are very thankful for the Alcivia team and all the provided to us.

Terrible. Called to have my tank filled. My tank is at 10%. Payed over the phone. There's 3% fee for using a card. Had to dig out my check book and give them my routing number and account number to avoid that fee. After they took down my information i asked how long it would be until my tank was filled to which they replied "i have no idea, i dont know whos driving this route, they have 7 buissness days." This company bought out waterford oil. I never EVER had an issue with them, they would come fill my tank and leave the invoice on the door, which i would call and pay. No issues ever. They have a minimum of 250lb, so if you heat your garage or have a smaller tank be prepared to dish out more money for fees. I will be switching to Ferrell ASAP. To anyone who is looking to switch, they do not charge to bring you a new tank and they will move alcivias to the side for free all you pay is your first fill.

Complete scam artists. They are thieves and will deduct money from your account without authorization or your knowledge. They fill your take without your authorization and then tell you they have to charge you to remove the Lp, but won’t refund your money on what they filled. Incompetent staff and unethical treatment of their customers. Do yourself a favor and look else where for your Lp needs!

The worst. Bought a home that had their tank and service. They don’t respond. They don’t show up. I’ve been requesting a fill now for over 2 weeks. And yes. I have credit with them. Still nothing. Can’t wait until spring when I can tell them to take a hike.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is the biggest joke. Signed a contract fall of 2021. Only to see our bill go to the 700.00 dollar range. They literally called to fix the problem, only to charge me 700 again the next month. When I called in to customer service, the lady yells at me saying I am yelling at here. I then said I can yell if you want me to. Only for them to hang up the phone. Considering we also purchase chemicals and farm supplies from them . They will also be losing that.I can only hope people read this and understand we need to demand customer service. Until this company changes we need to boycott them.

Got an incredible offer thru Costco and Alcivia. Zach, our salesperson explained everything. Andy and Jeff, our installers, were on time, super friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and got our new furnace and AC installed and we are SUPER happy with the experience!

The temperature was expected to be below zero and we had a dilemma... our propane company Ferrell Gas wasn't answering the phone, their website down, chat operator's off line, left messages but no call back for two weeks, and our 400 gallon propane tank was now at 5%.With the pandemic employee shortages, and cold weather demand for gas it made getting a new company to help us impossible!Answering the call to our emergency of having an empty fuel by others responded "we're not taking on new customers", "we may be able to help you in a couple weeks", " you got a problem but we can't help you" totaled six other propane providers.I finally called ALCIVIA and what a difference...!It was explained that I first needed to apply for an account, I was given the web site and all information to do so. I filled out the application on Wednesday, had a home site visit Thursday, a call back that same day to schedule the installation, Friday morning the tech crew came to site check accessibility, and the crew came in afternoon, set a new tank and filled it! Honest to G-d the job was finished within just an hour after the Ferrell tank ran empty. THANK YOU ALCIVIA! Your stars in our eyes! 🤩Still no call back or able to contact Ferrell gas.

I buy all my LP from Alcivia and my experience with them has been great. Our LP driver Randy Radle does a great job. He goes above and beyond and is very personal and easy to work with.

Countryside was decent. Alcivia is corrupt. Order 10 ton fertilizer they bring 9 but charge for 10. Have 34 acres sprayed they charge for 38. Where did the other 4 acres come from? Alcivia will forge the books as a way to scam more money out of customers.

Bought out Waterford oil forward slash franksville oil. Now removing the cylinder filling station in Waterford and also now not able to pay with credit card can only do it through PayPal paying an extra two and a half percent. Got to love it when big companies purchase out smaller companies and come in and destroy little towns.

Brand new customer to Alcivia, who seems to be becoming a monopoly in our area...buying up all the small, wonderfully run, customer service oriented propane providers in our area. You customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I am look for other options for propane.I sent emails to the two contacts I have for Alcivia - Jodi W and Constance L, never to hear from them again. I spoke with "Connie" on the phone last Friday and was promised a call back....still haven't heard from a soul...sent another email...crickets. If the answer to my question was no, that's fine...but at the very least someone could do the right thing and call me back as promised. I definitely don't have hope for positive customer service interactions with them in the future. Very sad when we are all struggling through two years of the stress and financial impact of Covid. You'd think a business would try their best to provide proper customer service...especially to a brand new customer.

Filling propane tanks when home owners not home.No contract never been there.never heard of them..sending bills nowmultiple threatening letters.we have a prebuy with amerigas in June.Oct they sneak in and fill the tankDane County does not need scammers like these in our community .Go back to where they came from.Install a gate or lock your gate you May b e next.

Called over a few days and left voicemails because no one answers the phone. We got a charge we never have gotten before and have no idea why it is being charged. Someone finally called me back but I was at work and couldn't answer, on the voicemail the lady said, "Guess we are playing phone tag, youre it"...how is that professional?

Company had us sign contract for 1.69 per gallon. County helped us with the outrageous prepay. Now they not honoring the 1.69. not sure if there is a government agency to report these practices to. Theft in my opinion
