Don’t ever sign a rental agreement with the Combined Locks Civic Center. They blamed our baby shower party for putting a hole in the wall in an area guests were not sitting and didn’t have proof that the hole wasn’t there before. The staff was absolutely rude and we’re only out to get our security deposit. Mind you that it had snowed and was snowing that day and they didn’t even plow there parking lot for our guests and shoveled the pathway 3 hours before our event so by the time our party started they were fully covered. Do not let your family and friends be scammed out of something you didn’t do!!
