Placed an online order for posters, they were supposed to be ready by 8:50, I came at 9:30, 3 people behind photo counter messing around and swearing, when I requested my posters they said they were not ready and that I was screwed because no one knew how to load the machine. Needed posters for a weekend event, tried transferring order to Beaver Dam, they don’t know how to work the machine either. A lot of wasted time and costs. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from here.

Worst customer service experience ever. Sat at the window for about 25 mins before someone came to help us. There was 5 people just standing there why did it take so long?!

I bought some wet Swiffer pads and various supplements and everything was put in the same bag. I usually wouldn’t be upset by this, but the Swiffer pads were bagged on the side (upside down) and they leaked all over the vitamins. I asked her to bag them separately and she said she couldn’t because they had a bag shortage. Normally bagging chemicals and supplements/food separately is common sense, but not from this cashier…and she wanted to argue about it. 😐

Rude, unfriendly customer service in pharmacist. The pharmacist was ok. Picked up medication for my husband and it cost $78, and she didn't ask for health insurance. At least with that much money she should have asked or was aware and asked the customer if we have health insurance to cover the cost of meds. She does not have any critical thinking at all. She just rings the cost like that until I told her that hey we have health insurance to cover, and I pleaded that she check. At the end of the day, the cost was lowered to $4. Please, next time, tell them that you have to check if someone has health insurance, since they looked as if they were never aware of that; otherwise, they are gonna rip you off.

Went in 10/19 to get help printing photos off my phone for a birthday present. I was having a difficult time. Jenny from the photo department was busy with many tasks and still took the time to help me. She was so patient and kind. She is an A + employee. Thank you.

Just bought a phone card wrong one brought it back immediately to exchange it no they wouldn't do it or give my money back ,I feel that is very wrong to make me keep a useless card when it was an honest mistake

Drive through is crowded and they haven't had a add since Mother's day. Only 2 disabled parking space on 1 side. No auto cart.mn

Rude staff in pharmacy. Good thing they have a monopoly in town now. It’s a shame too because the other staff are sweet. Management doesn’t seem to do much except make excuses.

I don't trust Walgreens, I had my medicine filled there for the first time a certain medicine and now I'm getting cookie adds from Google on this medicine.The staff is wonderful!But I don't trust there web servers..
