I don’t review, ever, but wow. Bad produce, no stock, and it’s absolutely obvious that they are mistreating the remaining staff they do have. I keep seeing people working 2 different departments and it’s clear they aren’t being given any training before being tossed into a new role. It’s like every month they have an entirely new staff because they can’t keep anyone. They’re the only game in town and they definitely act like it.

I have to give them 5 stars because although this is a small grocery store, they seem to have everything! The only thing I could not find was canning salt but I think that the home town care you get from the employees out ways that little issue. Every employee was smiling and courteous. They are the best grocery store in town!😉

Typical grocery store. However, they put in self checkout. About 15 years after every other place has. I don’t have any questions how to operate it, and I really don’t appreciate being hovered over and stared at while in the self checkout. Isn’t that what the cameras right above all of them are for? I don’t know who came up with that, but back up. I’m not going to steal the cream cheese.

I will do 3 stars, on Monday I went to get some basic items, went to selfcheckout there was a really nice woman helping out, slouched over a cooler was a very large man, that could not have been more unfriendly, his name was Robert due to his large size he did not attempt to help me just kind of rolled his eye sand called out instructions across the room, not very welcoming, I don't want you to roll out the red carpet, a simple smile or hello would of suffice. Will avoid pick and pack for now

The people that works there are a great group of people very very nice and helpful and they take time to answer your questions and help you find things if you can't find them which I know that's an all stores but it's just the way that they do it that makes it special. My experience of every time I go there is very good I can't find one product that I've been looking for but other than that they're great. Great people bring great customers. Thank you

The produce is not fresh, I've bought food one day and cut it up the next to find it's rotten or opened the berries to find them moldy in the middle. I've stopped in for a quick purchase and been cornered by an employee telling me details of how his life was falling apart, I did not know this man nor did he seem to have me mixed up with someone else. If you're lucky enough to be asked whether you want paper or plastic and choose paper, the baggers are audibly and visibly upset with your choice. I would understand a decline in service during COVID but this is how it always is.

I do most of my shopping here when they have sales. Some meat sales are unbeatable here. Great deals on wine and deli baked breads. Its priced normal for a grocery store otherwise. I enjoy the staff. They are always friendly and helpful, never to good to say hello. I like spending my money here instead of gas for Wal-Mart.

I would suggest a 20 or less lane open for customers with fewer items. Some customers hate to wait for those of us with weekly amounts.

I'm giving it a 3 because the aisles are not handicap friendly and they are very narrow. I can't tell you how many times I couldn't turn around and had to go all the way around. The staff was friendly and the sales are decent sometimes.

I asked if masks were required in the store, was told their not enforcing this even though their sign says they are. This is extremely disappointing because masks don't protect the wearer they protect everyone surrounding them. I am so so saddened by this, I expected more.

The isles are organized in a different way from grocery stores so nothing is where you'd expect it to be. For example candles are with the spices on the opposite side of the store from other party supplies like paper plates/cups. Signage is incomplete.It's generally clean though. Some of the staff was helpful.

A little cramped and a smaller store than some, good variety and competitive prices. The salad bar items were a bit dried out bit was still fresh. Staff very helpful and friendly. Newly refinished.

A good grocery store. A lot packed into a small space, so occasionally when they run a deal, such as 10 for $10, or 4 for $10, etc. on some items the shelf will be empty.. but catch a stocker and typically there is more in the warehouse. Part of the Kroger chain of stores, so expect Kroger brands for "generics". Tends to be a busy place but checkers get you out the door reasonably well.

I had pick up often and Lisa is AMAZING!! she’s so friendly and goes out of her way to provide an outstanding service!This is small town grocery store you won’t find everything, but this store has some a long way!

Inside if store looks very nice, the produce section looks a lot better the produce itself looks a lot fresher than in the past. I like the addition of the salad bar and the sandwich and drink cooler. All in all very nice.

I am a truck driver who ran out of time and needed a safe place to park for the night and not knowing the area, Pick n Save allowed me the safe haven of their parking lot. They care about people n safety. My hats off to them. Thank you😊 sincerely Steve Smith.

Don't be disabled and try to money orders to pay bill you'll just get blown off by intial employee and treated as joke then lied to by costomer service and by manager . Will never step. Foot 100 yes near buieness thanks pick n save Columbus we can't pay are bills cause we went to your service o and refuse to make it right

Sure it's an older building tucked away, but it's much cheaper than the new Sentry in town. I think the new Sentry(good looking store, no question) will fizzle, as I thought all Sentrys were doing. I shop at Pick n Save because they started Organics seemingly before most. If you want to stay competitive, offer an even larger selection of REAL food, Organic, Non GMO verified foods at fair prices. Stay ahead of the Organic curve, because there is a definite movement back to real natural, low processed foods. Even Wal-Mart has started a huge Organic push. I want to see not only LOCAL foods in my store, but Organic local foods, as local chemically sprayed foods are still junk.

I don't always find all the brand names that are at the bigger store's, but it is clean due to the cleaning lady. It's much better then going to Wal-Mart and not finding a cashier!

Fairly small grocery store with less-than-stellar selection of items. Service is acceptable, but cashiers can be a bit chatty which makes the wait longer.

I live in Columbus was in there today they changed things around can't find a thing you go down the ieles that you knew we're things are and they moved it.Moved everything around.My wife and I call the pick n save a convenient store you go there when you run out of something.We shop at Woodman's only go to pick n save when we forgotten something that's all there good for will try kiwk trip first if they don't have then will go to pick n save.

The isles keep getting narrowed its difficult for two customers to use the same isle. FRIDAY FISH AND NO BAKED FIISH AT 5 P M SERVERAL TIMES. Mangement please address this issue.

Was very shocked to see spoiled looking meat in there display case, I'm not a big shopper at any pick n save, but that is a bigger turn off to see meat that discolored and turning to the point of being spoiled looking!! Disgusting!!

I shop here multiple times per week. A bit pricey but to be expected for a small town store. When you take advantage of coupons and sales it can be almost as cheap as Woodman's. Friendly staff.
