Came across the most rude and clearly resentful cashier this morning. Sat at register on a stool and was put out that I had bananas and 4 boxes of donuts to ring up. Never felt as if I was such an inconvenience before in my life. Next time, I will spend my $50 somewhere else. Actually passed 2 other gas stations to go to this kwik trip. I work in town and promise I will never go out of my way for this store again. The other employees appeared "dead inside" too. Customers ahead of me were clearly put out by her attitude as well.

Update:I stopped in yesterday and the people working were so absolutely lovely. I spoke with three people and they were all friendly and helpful.I have literally never met a more unfriendly group of customer service workers than the women who work here. Everyone I know in town talks about avoiding getting gas and food there solely because of them. Such a shame.

I love Kwik Trip, use to work for them! But this Kwik Trip has some rude customer service. We usually go in in the morning. And every time we see this lady who sits in a chair(not that there is anything wrong with that) we try to avoid her because she is very rude. She never bags our stuff unless we ask for a bag and even then she only bags half the items.

Depending on the time of day, you may not have the best customer service experience. I love Kwik Trip as a company overall, but this location in particular the staff isn't always "welcoming" as most others.

Let me just say firstly I love kwik trip. Hands down best gas station in the nation. I've been to numerous Kwik Trip locations and they are all great. This location has to be singled out though. At this specific location their employees are so rude its horrifying. They have had the same employees for years and based on other reviews the consensus is that these employees either need to up their customer service skills or be replaced. I'm very shocked that based on all the reviews about how rude the employees are that nothing has been done by now. For some positives. I always find the store to be relatively clean. As far as gas station food this is the place to stop. Theres something for just about any taste or craving. It is a little small compared to other stores but still offers a good variety of foods, snacks, and beverages.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, incompetent employees with no common sense and act like they hate their job. Line of 10 people and only one cashier and the other two employees behind the counter don’t even recognize it and keep looking at their phones. Any other kwik trip is 1000x better. Hire new employees

Great place. I stop there almost every morning and am always greeted and taken care of nicely. Those are my girls and guys. I work next door to this Kwik-Trip and I'm in 2-3 times a day. Good coffee, great bakery items, and nice people. I'll be a regular shopper there for as long as I'm here. On a side note. One of the girls that works there is one of the prettiest women I've ever seen. Not going to mention her name. She knows who she is. Always get a smile and a laugh. This is a great small town Kwik-Trip!

Usually love stopping at kwik trip but the cashier Kathy is extremely unfriendly. Never smiles or greets and her tone is very off putting. I have heard from over 20 people from town that she is like this with everyone. People literally avoid checking out with her because of her awful attitude. I don't know why she thinks customer service is the right career choice because she's clearly lacking basic manners. Put her in the back!Everyone else is wonderful and friendly and I love my one stop shopping when I get done with work.

Every cashier I've had sense living in the area and have gone to this Kwik trip has been super rude. Today Kari checked me out and Made me feel lower than Earth for using my EBT card.Being new to the area and from Waunakee where every cashier was friendly and kind but this is not the case here.

We stop at kwik trips alot, all over the state, and usually the staff are the friendliest, but this store the person was extremely rude, like we were interrupting her "talk time" with her co worker!! I did not get her name, but we will be stopping else where the next time we go thru Columbus Its really too bad she has to work, but she should be thankful she has a job and...........she needs to be friendlier and smile!! I don't think she had a smile in her........

Rude Cashiers. I LOVE Kwik Trips. Make sure that I stop specifically due to how awesome their staff are.This Kwik Trip will forever be avoided from now on.First. Zero acknowledgement when arriving to counter.She was counting her drawer. Ok. But ZERO.UNTIL...she wanted to be abrasive.I use my phone to pay for gas and purchases. I have NEVER in ever be spoken to condescending because I didn't tell her.When stating that I have never had to say it before and I didn't mean to offend her, the fella working next to her then started in about how I have to say first before I pay because of how they have to push a button. I can't even remember her comments after because the two of them were so condescending.I will take my phone and my twice a week fill up and sometimes more and go elsewhere.

I feel that customer service is the Most important strength in any business that is face-to-face. I am traveling from New Mexico to Green Bay Wisconsin and this was our last stop before reaching destination. I walked up to the counter and the cashier just stared at me in a rude manner, with no greeting. But I proceeded to greet him and tell him that I wanted to purchase these items as well as purchase gasoline. Once the transaction was complete he did not give a parting greeting or say anything or even look at me. This was very unwelcoming and rude and definitely is bothersome for customers who care about how are they are treated.

Pretty steady shopper at Kwik Trip in Columbus until recently. I was viciously verbally assaulted by one of the morning shift workers by a woman who I believe was named Kathy. She was incredibly insulting to me and very demeaning. She blamed me for swiping my rewards card when it was inconvenient for her, she informed me that I should be “ashamed” of how I handed my money to her and when she put gas on my pump for me, THREE TIMES because it wouldn’t work,she told me it was my fault because I “didn’t know how to pump gas”. On the third time of attempting to pump my fuel she informed me that I couldn’t touch the pump until she came out to show me how to do it herself. I don’t understand why someone who works in customer service has so much anger bottled up. It’s very unprofessional, inappropriate, disturbing, disgusting and incredibly off putting.

Kwik Trip has always been my favorite convienent store to go to. It has a great selection of snacks,I love how it has healthy fruits or salads available. There's fresh produce and bananas! I love the chocolate milk there too. It's my favorite. The prices are good on all the items. I'm glad they put kwik trips in Madison and took the pdqs out.

Disappointed, I was at the roller section and really wanted the French Toast, the label was there but looked like egg rolls, so I deliberately asked the young man who was in charge of the food and questioned him about it, he said yes, those are The French Toast, so I bought one & one of the ones labeled breakfast sausage & egg. BOTH were NOT what they were labeled! Sure enough I got an egg roll & a Buffalo Chicken, which neither label was out for!

I felt treated NOT as a person, the cashier was rude when I asked her to call the fuel card company for verification, I also told her that the mobile app showed this place was accepted to fuel up. I like KT but situations like this aren’t helpful
