TERRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! BRING BACK THE HISPANIC GIRLS BACK!!!! the older lady i think shes the store manager again is absolutley RUDE!!! she hates helping customers when she is called to the front for help!!! people have to help them selfs because nobody is ever around they are always somewhere in the back! and if you pay at the self check out or walk too long looking around the store they will look at you like you are stealing VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!! i have been visiting this store for about 5 years now and the lady that is back again managing the store NEEDS to be fired and replace she has no manners!!

Employees can be less than helpful or friendly at times. With that said, a few employees are very friendly and fun. Prices can be really good. Soda and other beverages can be the cheapest in the area. I get some medical supplies, snacks, cleaning/living supplies here especially during sales. Easy to find what your looking for and budget friendly.

I went to this store about a half hour from home because we were in the area. I purchased a few items however, they were put into multiple bags and some of those bags got left behind. I tried calling soon after I got home and continued to call, even today, and no one ever answered. I spoke with a friend who manages the one close to our home and he reached out trying to help and was met with less than enthusiastic responses. At his store they tell you how many bags you have before you leave the counter.

Employees are always polite, and this is the perfect place for a quick stop. They have snacks, candy, drinks, toys, stuff for craft projects, basic school supplies, makeup, and a lot of other bits and bobs. Great for if you need to stop and get a couple things quickly for cheap.

Very rude customer service, my items were set aside while another customer got taken care of. My items were also thrown on the ground. I was told to leave for voicing why I wasn't scanned first. Michelle and Amelia were highly rude when asking for certain items where things are. The customer service was highly unprofessional I expected to be greeted at the door and was treated with the utmost disrespect

There's a couple items I always and only get from here since they're typically cheaper than everywhere else. Beverage, Household goods and cleaners. Personal grooming items and medications are always a bargain and the people are always friendly.

Clerk was rude when we left she laughed at us . When I said it was rude I wanted her name ..I said I would call corporate..she said her name and said go ahead call corporate.. I was from our of town but when I am back will never return to this store

Three people in line cashier ignored us. We waited 10 minutes for her to check a vendor in. Then was meandering when I said could qe get some help. Slow service. Don't try to go on your lunch break like me. I qas late getting back to work.

This place is always out of items or the shelves are full of the wrong item. Price tags are always off. Employees look devastated or overworked. The place looks run down. Manager is unfriendly and I wouldn't want to go there ever again.

I'm fairly new to the area and thought I'd stop in this store to check out what they have to offer. A few weeks ago I received a coupon in the mail (spend $25, get $5 off) so I purchased the items and tried to use the coupon at the register. Then I was told the coupon had expired. There was no expiration date on the coupon. I had cut the coupon out of the large mailing with the dashed box around the coupon still noticeable, meaning there was no expiration date printed on the coupon. After the clerk spoke with the another employee and called another manager I was told the coupon was indeed expired.No one could point to a place on the coupon where the expiration date was. I was then told the expiration date was printed on the flyer, which had been thrown out. I'm not going to carry a whole flyer with me, I'm going to cut out a coupon! If the coupon has an expiration date, PRINT IT ON THE COUPON! I left my items there and will not return. Any other place would have honored this coupon. The people were not accommodating nor were they a bit friendly.Went across the street and purchased the same items at Walgreens. They gave me $5 off my purchase. All it takes is good (not even great most times) customer service to NOT lose a customer. Dollar General has failed.

There is a different selection of items here than at the dollar general in my town. Had a great selection of Christmas decorations. Had a nice clearance table. Very friendly staff.

Its a good place to go to save money on everyday stuff. The people are friendly that work there. The store is crowded with merchandise but you can find what you need.

Terrible customer service. Rude comments while people are shopping this Dollar General needs new staff nobody wants to know on how you hate your job while shopping. Please quit being so rude I've been there numerous times and everytime it gets worst please check on your staff Management.

Best prices on all healthcare products, from deodorant to alkaseltser and band aids, service is friendly but do double duty at counter and restocking so don't be in a rush.

I am usually not a fan of Dollar General Stores..I feel they have a lot of items that can be bought at a Dollar store for $1. I do see some dollar general stores have that $1 store isle or two..
