It's a nice Dollar general they are well stocked I have several different varieties of paper towels toilet paper and other necessities that you need. They don't have that many staff on duty so I had to wait to check out. They had a wide selection of freezer items.

This is by far the worst store I've ever been in. Open cases of product on the floor in every isle, their prices are higher than a regular grocery store, cash register not working. They never have what you need. Even with gas prices being up, I will drive to wautoma to buy one item. This place is terrible!!!

This is the only store I go to in Plainfield. I avoided Plainfield all together before they put Dollar General in. I live 30 miles from a bigger town so this is my quick and convenient one stop, last minute, shop for me. It has enough for last minute quick food shopping for me in between major shopping trips. Workers are usually in a good mood. Depending on the cashier, if they are stocking shelves and you have to ring the bell for them they can be quite slow getting up to the register. Being a smaller town it's nice to have it right up the road, but if you get certain cashiers whose friend is there talking with them and you get up there to check out they may just keep talking around you. Not even acknowledging you as a valued customer and just keep going on with their personal life conversation with their friend. This Dollar General isn't my favorite, but it's also not the worst. Just don't expect customer valuing, super friendly or enthusiastic workers when you are there. There are a few workers that do a wonderful job at making small talk, smiling and making you feel valued as their customer, and those workers make me feel like I'm happy as I walk out.

We had items that rang up the wrong price and we asked for the items to be price corrected and the 2 ladies working had attitudes. The register didn't ring everything up after we had 7 bags filled and in our cart, so we had to re ring everything. And finally we were over charged $16 and they wouldn't give me the $16 and said they had to re ring everything AGAIN. We forget it and we just returned everything. We still were $3 short. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOLLAR GENERAL.

Didn't receive correct change had to call and go back to get my money. They have sales but the products are always out before the sale even starts !!! Extremely messy store, can never find anything !?!?

Very disappointed in the they sold me a Green Dot card and it wasn't any good so I took it back right in right away didn't leave the parking lot brought it back in with my receipt and Rosie the manager would not refund my money TNT and she was the one who checked on the register she wouldn't do anything she told me it looks like you got scammed what the hell the store needs to be shut down no good store in Coloma Wisconsin,🖕🤡

This place is much needed in the community but has become a running joke with the locals because there is never anybody at the register and the wait times are insane at times. And that’s just to get someone to check you out. Today three of us were in line, hoping we don’t catch corona, and nobody helped. One employee walked by and called for another employee then promptly disappeared. Finally I set my stuff down on a table, walked out and went to the gas station to pay double for what I was about to buy. The gas station had a cashier waiting at the register for me. If this was a one time thing I wouldn’t waste my time complaining but it’s becoming an everyday event

Most times not bad the rest of the time seem to stand in the check out line for to long when I'm the only one in the line.Not a big fan of the current manager he always seems slow to help out people and doesn't give me the impression that he wants to be there. Don't know the man personally but I'm pretty good judge of people!

It's a Dollar general... Usually they have everything that I always need. sometimes you do have to wait for someone to come to the register though. I think that is due to being short-staffed in a small town. But the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The store is nice and clean but I counted at least 6 signs for mandatory mask use and I was the only customer using! Store clerks were masked but no other customers. Rather disheartening to say the least.

Same as most Dollar General locations. This one has beer and wine. Clean and organized but not well stocked. Every store has that issue now though.

The employees are all friendly and helpful, plus they keep the store clean, and are doing a great job at preventing the spread of Covid-19! The manager Shelly is the best!
