If you go anywhere else after reading this review know you just made the biggest mistake of your pets life. NO ONE cares for a strangers pet with more love and compassion then Marci and her team. You are getting your moneys worth and then some here; VERY clean runs in the kennel, heat & ac for care any time of the year, bathing area I would shower in its so clean and a fenced in area outside for them to run around. We took our dog Zeus a few years ago but my sister currently takes her two Huskies Luna & Oden and they absolutely love it here!! Don't be a fool and take them somewhere they are going to get beat, bring them to Bed & Biskit where they are given the best love and compassion around!!!!

I would highly recommend Bed & Biskit LLC for your boarding needs. We have taken our two Springers there for a few years now and they always have a very positive experience! Marcie is very kind, caring and accommodating to our needs; especially after one of our dogs suffered from a spinal cord injury and lost some strength and mobility in her right rear legs and foot. I was hesitant about kenneling her again after her accident but knew that I could trust Marcie to give her the care she needed. Our dogs are always happy and relaxed when we pick them up which is very important to me! The facility is extremely clean and comfortable and overall, a very pleasant environment for our pets. Left our dog here for 6 nights and 7 days. Asked to receive daily updates via text/email and didn’t get one update the entire time. Called twice to check in on our dog and ask if he was doing ok, they replied “I THINK he’s doing ok.” When we picked him up we asked if he had eaten and they responded “I think he ate a little.” Out of 7 days, not knowing if our dog was eating or getting attention/excercise is concerning, to say the least.Very upset with the experience, and our dog was very eager to leave.

They are great with my dog and took the extra time when needed to get her accustomed to the facility have used them for years and they were great with our previous dog when he had a medical problem due to his age

This place is great. Very clean. And they are great with our dog Charlie. I have never had a problem getting Charlie in.I have a problem cutting Charlie's nails. I ask Marci and she cuts them for me. She is great. I love the fact that her children play with Charlie. You need a place for you pet, this is the place.

"Great kennel in picturesque country setting"My wife and I had our annual family vacation planned for a late August weekend to stay at the Silvercryst in Wautoma, WI. We are from Germantown, WI and the week prior to our weekend getaway we had been calling the many Milwaukee area kennels trying to find room for our Rhodesian Ridgeback and Mini Schnauzer without much luck. It seems in the summer, unless you book weeks in advanced, you will be hard pressed to find anywhere with openings for two dogs let alone one in any bigger city.On a whim I decided to email Bed and Biskit on the Thursday night before we left on Friday and Marci from Bed and Biskit promptly emailed me back Friday morning stating they had openings for the weekend. The rates were much more affordable ($15 a night) compared to the usual places we take the boys to in the Milwaukee area. My wife and I also liked that the place was out in the country and had a lot of room for my big dog to run around.After a few emails exchanged Marci from B&B agreed to meet us after hours at 7:30 on a friday night to take in our two boys. We finally got on the road on Friday around 5pm and as luck would have it our one year old daughter decided she needed to eat three times on our 3 hour drive. I knew we would not make our 7:30 drop off so I emailed the owner back asking if it would be possible to come latter and mentioned we would pay for her time if she would be willing to meet us at 8:30PM. Again she emailed back quickly and said that would be no problem and that we did not have to pay extra. We finally arrived at 8:30 in Coloma to drop off our guys. I helped get our two boys in the kennels which were very clean and spacious compared to some other we have been to in the past. Often times kennels are not always the cleanest places or have a strong scent of dog urine. Bed and Biskit was both very clean and smelled of normal dog smell with no offensive odors in the air. The kennel itself, the customer service, and the overall value were all beyond excellent and easily deserve five stars.
