We have always been impressed with Smith Brothers catering at several of our friends’ weddings and our wedding in September was no different. All our guests raved about how delicious the food was! The staff was efficient and courteous; the food was great quality and reasonably priced. We even used Smith Brothers for our rehearsal dinner and were able to pick up hot crockpots of their fajita mix; our taco bar was a hit with our family and close friends. If you are looking for a wedding or special event caterer, look no further than Smith Brothers; they’re fantastic!

Bill Nolechek and I stopped in to get some Pork Chops for dinner on our way back home from Marshfield Clinic. In the fresh meat case were "Center Cut" chops and Boneless Chops. We asked for some of what was signed "Center cut", which were actually loin chops and mixed in were rib chops. Bill asked if she could give us the rib chops. Whoa! The woman working went into a fiery stance to let us know that what they had is what you see and it was either those or boneless. We don't think she had a clue of these cuts of meat.Lol She gave us 2 loin chops and 2 rib chops and they were very good. Kinda fun to go meat shopping with someone who knows their stuff and the help doesn't.

I bought a ham although not cheap this was the best ham I have ever made. Very little fat and very lean with the smoked taste just perfect and not too much salt. I will buy it again and if this is an example of the meats sold there I will drive from Marshfield any day for more!

Very nice and clean. Prices are competitive. Everything was perfectly cut and laid out for viewing. Staff was excellent, very helpful, patient, and informative. I will be making this my weekly meat market for all of my meats, cheeses, sausages and other specialties like sauces and spices.

Bought ham from Smith Brothers for Christmas it was the best ham we have ever tasted ! Service is A1 and they just have great meat period !

Today I stopped by Smith Bro to pick up a tenderloin for my Mothers Day meal for my family, I was surprised by the extravagant price, but the quality was good, so I was willing to pay the price. When I asked to have the meat trimmed, I was told that the butcher was to busy to take 3 mins out to trim this pricey piece of meat.But I believe if I had asked this in Spanish I feel I may have gotten it done. I felt alienated by the menu being written in Spanish first, I understand you have Spanish customers but this is America and English should be first! No lies some of the best Meats you'll ever have in your life this is how it was done back in the day and these boys know what the hell they're doing you will thoroughly enjoy anything you pick up at the shop I'll absolutely love their garlic summer sausage and I'll be back again for more and more and more and I'm hoping they'll ship to Canada cuz they'll be big time orders there thanks again guys you rock
