I haven’t been there as of yet.My cousin sent me a stick of sausage in the mail because of a discussion we had about the sausage that his family used to make on the farm. The sausage totally satisfied the flavor that I remember!I will be making the trip to the store soon!

There is a reason this place has great reviews. I shop there for day to day items. But for holidays I pick up speciality meats (prime rib, beef tenderloin) and they are soooooooo good and fresh. Not only are their products delicious but their customer service is top notch. So friendly and accommodating.

A must stop for me when heading up to the cabin. The large selection of meat products and quality is consistently great. Wisconsin wines and cheese a bonus! I live in a town with a meat market and its very good also but Rays in my book is a step above. Love the heater 3x hotter sticks!!

I’ve been going to Ray’s for almost 20 years now. I take my venison there to get hot sticks made because they are THE BEST!!! They have a nice smokey flavor. I live about 4 hours away, but it’s worth the drive. Old world quality that you just don’t find anywhere else. Thank you Alan!

Lots and lots of unique cheeses, smoked sausages! Love all the variety. I purchased some delicious wines, landjaeger,3 types of cheese,mock chicken legs etc. I always bring a few smoked pig ears for my dogs who love them❣

Very friendly service. Saw this on line and had to stop. Fire smoked meats! We bought a variety of different sausages. Love the cheddar summer sausage and the extra dried salami. Theses two were my favorite. My husband liked the headcheese as well. Great selection of gifts and wine also. I would definitely stop again, you can count on it. :)

We randomly stopped at Ray's on a trip to visit my brother in Balsam Lake. We purchased a few items including their smoked bacon. I just used the last of it and I'm still thinking about this bacon!! It's absolutely divine! We are taking a trip soon up that way and will be stopping to buy more.

Ray's is worth the detour off of HWY 29. A great purveyor of home made sausages and bacon, the State Fair award winning smoked ham is a definite must buy. If you like summer sausage, try the jalapeno and blue cheese summer sausage. The regular and garlic is also great too. They have a nice cheese and other "Made in Wisconsin" products selection as well. I highly recommend stopping and shopping at Ray's.

The smell as you walk through the doors is amazing! They have a great selection of products at a decent price, you know the meat is fresh and good compared to buying at some stores. The staff are friendly and they also give samples in case you are unsure if you will like before purchasing.

We moved to Idaho from central Wi. Always liked Ray's products. Now we get the SMOKED CHEDDAR CHEESE and METWURST shipped to Idaho. Friends out here are amazed at the smoked cheddar cheese. Also get maple syrup shipped here. Can't find a meat market out here for good ol sausage. Try the smoked cheese. YUM!
