Sometimes they are not able to schedule a vet visit because they do not have some people there. Then they just refer us to Medford location instead of Colby. They have always been very kind to our dogs. I hope they can get a consistent staff there. I will come there more often for my dogs if I can.

Scheduled a vet appointment about 3 weeks ago after we bred our dog. We were told that around day 30 after conception they would be able to do a xray to confirm she is pregnant and how many puppies there will be. The morning of the appointment they called and informed me they actually wouldn't be able to tell if she is pregnant yet and we needed to wait until around day 45. I had already burned my last vacation day of the summer to take our dog in and celebrate the hopefully good news of puppies. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication received. Now we are still waiting to hear good news as we had been so excited for this day for weeks! We will be taking our 2 cats, 2 dogs, and litter of puppies elsewhere.

went here to simply have my dogs nipple looked at cause it was just a bit swollen. charged me about 50 bucks to tell me everything was just fine. i didn't notice till i went home think that i had paid for two bravectos since the bill was $120. come to find out that $50 it was just for her to look at he nipple and tell me everything was fine and we didnt need to do anything.. so i called them later when i realized and said that was disgusting. They then just proceeded to discontinue my service and also blocked one of my emails from leaving a review. STAY AWAY.

Loved it here, a nice low cost for a veterinarian office and they saw my cat no longer than a minute I got there. Very good service and even better workers!
