We rent carpet cleaners here for 3:16 Church in Abbotsford. We also buy most of our electrical and plumbing supplies for the church here. They have been great to us. Never had a bad experience with customer service. They have always been great.

I bought a $1300 roto tiller from these guys. I used it for just over an hour and the belt shredded. They said they could come and pick it up for $60 and tell me what is wrong or buy another belt for $50. I found an exact replica of the belt on Amazon for $15. If the next belt goes I will sell the machine. Don't buy from these guys, they don't stand behind what they sell. Just want to keep charging more and more.

I am parked at a nearby truck stop and took Zora for a walk. Dogs allowed!!! They had her specialized Dog Food which I've had problems finding. When I sheepishly said I could no longer carry a 50Lb bag that far, an employee agreed to deliver it to my truck. Kudos! Compassion, understanding and helpfulness is one of the reasons I prefer to shop at local stores instead of chains.

The customer service we received last Tuesday was terrible. We all know that ammo is hard to come by right now but when trying to buy 7mm08 the price rang up at $47.99 for one box of shells. The person working there said supply and demand right now. We decided that we weren't going to pay that price so we quietly left. The employee then stated, I guess you don't want it bad enough. We were more upset about how we were talked to rather than the price.

Terrible service. They would not return wrong size hardware. Over $50 for one water heater element and thermostats. Menards had both elements and thermostats for under $30 and they fit. I try to support the local businesses rather than the big box stores but in this case the service is too bad.

If you are desperate for an item found commonly in a hardware store I would suggest to keep driving.I was in desperate need for 1/2in and 3/4 plastic tubing for an espensive piece of equipment, and doing my part by shopping local, I drove to my local hardware store; Foremans. It's almost too comical to comment, but they had 6ft of one and 2 ft of the other on the wall with no other stock available. Upon asking the manager what was the logic of having no addtional stock to replenish the shelf, he replied:' how am I suppose to know how much this product is taken in a day?... I'll have more in a week.'For a buisness that bosts several UTV's for sale, Milwaukee power tools, and a gun store, you are going to tell me, with a strait face, that you can't afford to have a roll of plastic tubing that probably costs you $9.00 for 150ft? That's baby-town-frolics, management.It's sad that my nearst option for my mechanic and hardware needs is 30 min away at fleet farm or menards.
