All 3 orders of fries (1 large, 2 medium)were half full at best. We could fit all 3 orders into one medium container. Ordered the Cajun bacon chicken sandwich. The bacon on the sandwich was burnt and not even a full piece of bacon. Dime size sauce at best. No pickles. The bun was way over toasted and dry. I was appalled with the quality. To pay over $30 for 3 drinks, 3 fries, a sandwich and a few nuggets... to serve this low quality is just not acceptable. Each time we've gone to this location it's been awful, but this was the worst.

My slip said one thing but my sandwich shows a different thing…. No cheese but paid the extra amount for cheese, asked for no pickles but still got pickles. I can’t get cheeseburgers without them making it wrong then scrapping the extras they put on it. I’m allergic to onions and everytime I see that they scrapped off the extra topping they had on a sandwich I can still go to the hospital. This is just getting to be ridiculous. What’s the point of ordering food from Clintonville if they can’t follow slips. I am just done coming here. I’ve spent between 29.00 to 40.00 every week for food I can never eat ever. I am just so disappointed in this location.

As a mother of 3 I run off of caffeine, there’s not a single good coffee shop in this town so I come here and let me tell you what EVERY SINGLE DAY there’s an issue. I can’t even say it’s the morning staff because I’m pretty sure the blonde is the manager and I wish I knew her name because she truly is amazing , she’s so enthusiastic knows my name, and my order I never have to tell her and that’s dedication. She alone deserves 5 stars. But the night shift is absolutely terrible. Every day I’m sending my coffee back to be remade tell me why it’s never consistent? Shouldn’t everyone know how to make everything the same? Today was my absolute last straw with it as my coffee tastes like solid milk. Who wants to spend and waste money on stuff they can’t even have? Doesn’t that defeat the whole purpose of getting it to begin with? Not only that they have terrible attitudes and get so irritated when I want it remade. But then it gets made right in the 2nd attempt? So the “coffee” I got today goes right into the trash . If I wanted to drink milk I would have just done that at home. I should f have to ask for remakes everyday. Especially when it’s always the same people working. There’s absolutely no reason why staff need to make customers uncomfortable with their attitudes. It’s not my fault you didn’t do something correctly and even when my stuff is messed up whether it’s my coffee or food that I get for my kids it’s always something. I always use my manners and speak nicely even when my order is messed up and I expect that same energy back. Didn’t know common decency was too much to ask for.

Anytime I go to this McDonald’s doesn’t matter the time of day, I normally use curbside because I order my stuff on the app. I’m always missing something, but I don’t even understand how, I worked at McDonald’s. The order comes on the screen and shows 2 medium drink and 3 kids drinks and the type then it will show 3 6 piece happy meals extra fries and a toy. Then comes on the rest of the order. The kid walks out with just 4 drinks and one bag of food no happy meals. I looked at him and said where is the rest and he was just shocked and asked well what are you missing. I was still miss 3 happy meals and another soda I got the happy meals but not the other soda. What a joke. I’m just going to take the 25min drive to new London McDonald’s from now on because this place no one seems to care. No one smiles ever, no one looks happy to be there. I can go to new London and at least get greeted with a smile. I rather waste the gas driving to a better place then keeping going back to a crappy place that can’t even get my order right, even when I’m sitting there for 10mins waiting.

We just went through the drive-thru for a coffee. But we're very surprised and well pleased at how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Thank you Clintonville McDonald's.

This McDonald's was remodeled during the pandemic, I believe. Anyway, it looks great inside now. Had two better experiences recently than one visit a few years back which kind of kept me away. My orders were correct, and the food was good. The McGriddles meal, one morning, was especially tasty. Staffing is probably still an issue like everywhere else, but the place is improved.Parking: Decent lot.Kid-friendliness: Of course...Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.

We did a few separate orders and did curbside pickup, the service fast, easy, and fun. The food however needs a little work. All the burgers red in middle and all the way through. The dog ate well this night. We called them and they offered to send out coupons for replacements. All in all we will certainly give them another try and they did attempt to correct a mistake.

Wrong food. I paid for a quarter pound deluxe meal and a Big Mac meal and I got a 10 piece chicken nugget instead. I either want the sand which I ordered or my money back for the wrong food again. I usually check before I leave but we were tired from driving from Milwaukee and hungry so we just took it home and ate it. I took pictures.

Service is from average to terrible.They say you'll get your table service, then yell out your name instead. Very confusing.Your food is bagged, instead of being on a tray. Kinda a big hint to take your food and get out!?Food is also "typically" cold. That is, it's right on, or been sitting awhile. For the record, my lunch time is between 11 am, and noon. So it near rush hour and food should not arrive cold by any means. Right?Tables are NOT clean, and the trash is falling out of the containers within the restaurant. Likewise for the restroom.Makes me wonder if a fully robotic McDonald's isn't such a bad concept after all. ;)Update. My break is taken wherever that I happen to be. And must be taken between 11 AM and noon. I have a variety of routes but arrive at Clintonville, WI, often. The table service has improved. Still, tables themselves are typically not wiped down between guest.Trash has been taken out more than previous visits I've had.Overall there has been improvements, and I would not call this the worse McDonald's (that award is reserved for the one that did not consider using the McDonald's app as a physical customer and made you wait until the lines (both drive-thru and register) were taken care of).All that said, I've never become physically ill eating here or had to wait for my food beyond normal time.11.15.2022 UPDATE requested by GoogleAgain, further improvement! Service has dramatically improved, while tables and trash are now kept up very well. Food is now served on a tray when ordering in instead of bagged.01.31.2024 UPDATE requested by GoogleWow. Just wow. Food is, again, bagged and name called out instead of table service. Was informed not enough staff to clean trays or bring food to the tables.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, one fry (with a meal) and two drinks. The food itself took over 10 minutes (receipt was printed 11:17 and it was about 11:30 before I finally got the order. Honestly I only saw one person who seemed to be really trying to get things going - even the manager on duty didn't seem like she was really concerned with much. Lastly, maybe things have changed since I worked for the company (not this location) but nobody had a tucked in shirt (including the manager) and it only added to the feeling of not caring.The food itself was fine and I actually thought the lighting inside was really neat, but I can't say this one left a good impression overall.

They have horrible attitude every time i come through except for the one guy at the window. They always have an annoyed tone over the speaker they take forever to get your food to you. They made all of our order wrong and didn’t give us any sauce that i paid extra for. One time i was in the drive through and witnessed the manager swearing and yelling at the young employees. Do better.

Couldn’t even order because every time I said what drink I wanted they told me “machines broken” “oh we don’t have it” as I named off frappe, mellow yellow, sprite & oj, maybe before I place an order tell your customers you have nothing to drink? There’s a reason I stopped eating Clintonvilles McDonald’s and that’s just 1 out of the many.

I went in to buy a toy for my kid not a meal.just the toy.. I do this all the time to get the whole toy collection.Just not this location . On the corporate site says you are allowed to buy just the toy! the manager was so rude an the whole staff.. I was kind an wasn’t rude at all..they would just keep walking away saying we are not allowed to do that! An kept ignoring me.. I just stood there and waited an kept asking politely.She said I have to call corporate.. I know she didn’t.. she said fine I guess we can! But they charged me for a whole happy meal for the toy! This location everybody that was working was so unprofessional an rude.. it bothered me for days.. it still hurts how mean they were to me..

Went this afternoon to get crispy chicken meal and 2 cheeseburgers. My total was 11.07 thenWindow was 12.10. Hmmmm kid said that was tax. It wasn't went in to get my money back. They said computer was not working right. Sandwich was sloppy as hell. Never again. Hire some decent people.

16 mins for fries & cheeseburger. Didn't even get it because it was still in process with 4 other orders. Complete ready to serve was 4 but the weren't done either. Turtles move faster. Managers attitude was horrible.had to order from kioski case mgr wasn't taking counter orders. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Would have rate 0 stars. At least 5 other people walked out without ordering.

Very dirty, terrible place 8 workers and nobody helped. 2 Q pounders sat there for over 5 minutes. Filthy tables no soap in woman room I was told . Sick after I ate . Going to call corporate office but was on vacation.

no point of going after 9, they close 10 minutes early and will ignore you if you go in the drive through and if you call the store will ignore that too, an employee looked at us through the window and we were still given no service. poor management and staff, employees are too concerned with getting out of work quick rather than actually doing the work there getting PAID to do.

Very disgusting pulled up to order had to wait 5 minutes to order. Went to first window to pay for food the lady taking the money had no teeth in her mouth and hard to understand. Went to last windows to pick up food person at window had nose and mouth piercing not just one or too several gross what a way to represent your business. You will never see me at McDonald’s again . To top things off the French fries were tipped over in bag and no napkins what a joke that place is .

GROSS. Cold and old fries with smashed buns and slopped on sauce. I don't expect much because it's McDonald's, but I do expect it to taste like every other one I go to. I also expect to be spoke to with the same respect that I have given to you, and not to have condescending responses from the team members. I'd rather go hungry than deal with this place again. You should too.

Stopped at Mcdonalds for ice cream on 8/23/22, Waited at counter 15 minutes and no service, drive up customers were getting waited on before us and drivers after us. We were told it would be a wait, lots of workers standing around, We walked out and so did people behind us.
