LOVE Klein Chevy!! no matter what is going on with my truck they are always courteous, respectful and making sure that the problem is being solved. Keeping in touch through text, phone and email from general maintenance like oil changes to transmission issues they listen to the concerns and make sure to go above and beyond to resolve every issue before you pull off with your vehicle. Highly recommended, I would not take my truck anywhere else.

Top notch dealership! Truck lost brakes while traveling and pulling a travel trailer. Was able to drive the truck a few miles down the road to this dealership. When I got there they were super accommodating. Luckily the part was in stock and they had me in and out in about 45 min! Couldn't ask for better service!! I was 10 miles south of town losing air pressure in one of my tires. Stopped to fill with air at a gas station and noticed a bolt stuck in my tread. Called Klein and asked if they could fix it. It took me 15 minutes to get to their shop. Once I arrived Ava was very helpful and I was back on the road in under a half hour. Couldn't beat the price at 25 dollars.

From previous experience in purchasing a new vehicle I would be in the dealership 5 hours waiting for everything to be processed. At Klein, I walked out in less than an hour, picked up the new car, everything was done and all I had to do was sign and drive away. They took care of the trade-ins, insurance, OnStar transfer and setup. Even provided a loaner for me when I brought the vehicle back for additional features installed. Overall a good experience purchasing a 2022 Chevy Bolt. The sales person I worked with Josh Effenberger was very knowledgeable about the car and moved the transaction along quickly. I would definitely recommend working with him. The financing agent kept pushing an extended warranty even after I said no. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

The report was very thorough and professional. All of my interactions with the competent staff were pleasant and they took the time to understand my concerns. Our vehicle was totaled in an accident. We wanted to get another vehicle relatively quickly as we have a big family and needed to get people to work, school and appointments. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Randal who was able to provide us with vehicles of interest to us. We went and looked and worked with Brad. We test drove a new van very similar to what we had. It was a perfect fit. Brad answered questions, we filled out paperwork, everything was processed quickly. We picked it up at our convenience shortly after and Randal was awesome with the paperwork and Brad went through the vehicle nicely explaining all the updated features our old van did not have! Both responded quickly with any questions and everything has gone smooth! Thank you!

I went to Klein's to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let me test drive a variety of Jeeps before I decided I really like the Cherokee. Before I even decided I wanted to lease the vehicle I did, Rick and Randal were working on getting me the best numbers possible. Everyone during the process was super friendly and the paperwork side of things with Randal went super smoothly. He explained everything to me until I was satisfied.
