You know the saying “the customer is always right”? Not at Klein Auto. I took my Wrangler there I purchased at different dealer to have warranty work done. I hooked my scanner up before hand which pointed to bad thermostat which I told them! They said it was vacuum pump which was a live code fine it’s under warranty. Then next day check engine light is back on same code so I had to take it back 2nd time. As I’m sitting in waiting room a guy waiting as well said they forgot to tighten something after oil change and oil from his truck went all over when started. Then this salesman calls me over to his desk to tell me it’s thermostat which I knew and they had to order it. He’s talking like he was right and I was wrong? He told me the check engine light is not important until light starts flashing. I took it to competent mechanic to replace thermostat no issue since. I’ll never return.

Went in with a battery drain issue on a recently purchased battery. They thoroughly checked everything out and could not identify a drain. As they were putting it all back together, they noticed the negative cable was a little loose and tightened that up. No problems since then. Worked on it for better than an hour for no charge! Brad Cupp is a great salesman! He is very knowledgeable on selling vehicles but is also willing to just shoot the $h!t for a bit and connect with his customers. He comes highly recommended from us!I'm a bit frustrated with service however. Recently, called to make the appointment, explained most issues in great detail to 1 service advisor - she even acted as if she was taking notes in great detail. Arrived the next day, spoke with a different service advisor and needed to explain everything all over again. And at one point, she got a bit snotty toward my husband.

After my valet service I stopped to drop off a coupon I had for my oil change. The girl at the counter was not nice at all and made me feel like an idiot. She didn’t want to take my coupon because I didn’t present my coupon prior to service. I couldn’t because they picked up my car. She asked if it was in my car and I said yes but I hoped they wouldn’t go looking through my stuff. Then she said she would “honor” the coupon just this one time!!!! She made me feel like I should kiss her feet when I wanted to rip up the coupon and tell her…don’t bother!!!

Brad at Klein Chevrolet was outstanding. We live in MN and we found the Bolt EUV online in Clintonville, WI. Brad (sales) & Aaron (finance) provided prompt communication including all documents needed prior to our arrival. Brad sent the MyChevrolet app while we were enroute and verified it was working. Brad went farther than the extra mile. He went 30 extra miles! We were stuck 30 miles away waiting for a Lyft & Uber for over 2 hours and Brad came to the rescue and picked us up. Brad explained and taught us how to use the various systems. It was well worth traveling to WI to pick up our Bolt. It's the best dealer experience we have ever had. There is a great advantage to buying from a dealer in a small town who provides unbelievable customer service.

Our car buying experience at Klein Auto with Jim Huebner was no pressure, extremely informative. We looked at three different vehicles, even going to 2 other dealerships to look at other cars. But in the end came back to Klein and Jim to make the deal. Jim walked us thru everything, even in the end, walking us thru how to setting phone to auto answer in our newer car. Wanted some accessories installed and everything was on hand when we dropped the vehicle off. Only got one key when we took delivery of our vehicle.
