I have to rate this location, because I think the ratings it has received are quite unfair, at least as of March 2024. I've been coming here for about a half year, and their prices are always good, their stock hasn't failed me once, and it's an overall fine experience.If anything was ever wrong with this place, it must have been before I started being a customer, because I like this Fleet Farm location. The only feedback I have is that I'm not a fan of having to pick up certain items outside - especially the keeping of soil over there when turf builders and the like are found indoors is a mind-boggling choice. Regardless, I'll put up with it. The prices and convenience of this location are worth the bit of extra hassle.

I love the selection of items there, but they tend to run out of products especially when they are on sale. I wish they would make the store bigger, as well. It's good to have in town for sure because there aren't many options here.

This store is charming and does not feel like a big box store. I enjoyed how small town feel of this store. It is not a very updated store, and in some cases, that translated to product assortment and aisle width. I still had an enjoyable experience and intend to return. Melinda, my cashier, was very friendly.

Clintonville Fleet Farm is a great store that provides the lowest pricing AND TOP NOTCH true & SINCERE customer service!I shop here at least once a week since moving to Clintonville in 2017. Staff here is & has always been friendly as well as willing & eager to help me as & when I’ve needed… Prices are as low in this small town as in the much larger cities. In the past year alone, I’ve received above & beyond, TOP notch sincere help & service on 3 separate occasions from 3 different employees- trying to find specific items & once I accidentally purchased the wrong item & needed to exchange it for the correct one. The employee called up by service desk to help me, spent almost 20 minutes going above & beyond helping me find the correct one as well as explaining things to me in the most helpful ways..You don’t see customer service with a sincere smile like this very often anymore in todays world & culture but you do & will at Fleet Farm in Clintonville. They’ve EARNED my 5 star review all day every day!

Didn’t make a purchase because the tire area closed before I got there, but I stopped at the gas station and tire area of the facility to check out prices anyways knowing I’d be back, and the old lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Before I had even gotten to ask questions the customer in front of me didn’t hear her ask if he used the correct number, within 5 seconds she goes “SIR DID YOU USE THE RIGHT NUMBER????” I don’t care how long of a day you’ve had, the guy trying to pay was just as old as the lady if not older, so for her to be that rude all because he simply didn’t hear a sentence was ridiculous. Customer service involves TAKING CARE of the customer, this lady clearly doesn’t like her job or simply has no patience and considering her job is to take money and say have a good day, her attitude was terrible. Nobody needs to be spoken to like a child for simply not hearing what was said.

Be careful when using a card for purchases at their Clintonville location. Went to return an item and instead of refunding they charged for the purchase again and then refunded that purchase not the original charge, which just washed the transaction and never refunded the original charge. They will then argue with you about it when you have the proof in their face. Thankfully my bank was competent enough to see the error.

We needed rock salt for salting driveways and the Appleton location was outta salt. So I called the clintonville location and Jim answered the phone. He was a big help and transferred me to Becky in home and garden. Becky confirmed they had a pallet of rocksalt available for me. She put my name on it ( CAPTAIN ) I drove to clintonville. The forklift driver set it in the back of my truck. And I headed back to Appleton. Thank you Jim. Becky. And nice seeing you again Tony. 😁

This Fleet Farm seems to have a problem keeping anything stocked. They will be out of certain fittings for weeks, sometimes even months. They will constantly be out of their hardware, pvc fittings, and drill bits. No other Fleet Farm I have been to has been as bad as this one.

Compared to the super centers, I was surprised to see that this small location has a good variety of products in stock normally. Although, I've noticed that they don't always reorder/replenish out of stock items promptly.

Quaint little Fleet Farm in quaint little Clintonville. Friendly staff with a willingness to help. We traveled to this store for a seasonal item that was clearance priced but sold out at every other store in the state. I made a phone call to the Clintonville Fleet Farm to be certain they had what we were looking for, and the associate was more than happy to help us out.

This store has limited stuff, for the most part, you can find what is needed and some extras, but it's a small one. It can be hard to navigate through the narrow isles. People are friendly. Goodnoption if you want a small store.

Sure, this store is very small in comparison to other Fleet Farm stores in Wisconsin. It doesn't have a huge selection of clothes or wine, but it does have the best customer service I've experienced at any of them.Tracy was phenomenal. She answered my questions on the floor, checked me out at the register, and helped me navigate the rewards and today's special discount. She made sure I understood how it all worked and never once stopped smiling. That's really important for an older guy like me.

Clintonville Fleet needs some help. Once in awhile they even have what I need or want. When I was looking for water heater elements, they had 1, I ended up at Menards. Their wearables are way over priced, we looked at their clearance stuff, and didn't find a thing. I did end up spending about $50 though

The aisles are pretty small. To the point where you can only fit one cart. They do have a decent selection on items. It just feels like the shelves are going to fall on you, if you catch my drift. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Small store no more good clearance. Sad to say 50% $60 for a champion long sleeve woman’s tee shirt. Selection of merchandise is very tight difficult to browse.

Fleet farm is a great store! Their employees are helpful and know their products. It's clean and well lite. They will help you take "big or heavy" items to your car. Bonus for us ladies or if you are older. Regardless of which store you go to service and products are 👍

Don't keep shelves stocked. Always a excuse. For example supply issues. Yet you can go to almost any Fleet and find pallets of products they claim to be not available. Bad deal all around.

Typical Fleet Farm. Many of the items that I look for are not available at Fleet. So often when I go I get very frustrated. Why is it Lowe's, Menards and Home Depot all have plenty of inventory, but Fleet does not? I really don't like being unkind to any store, but Fleet really really struggles.
