I got the Strawberry blizzard one morning and the Strawberrys are soo good I could eat them forever but also the employees are so nice and kind I would definitely go back

Stopped in afternoon on 3/26/23. Good ice cream as always, but 2 very rude younger girls that work there. Don't care to go back.

Doesn't offer burgers or fries. But, I love their hotdogs and Blizzards ❤️❤️. Clean dining area, and very clean restrooms! Staff is super nice too! 👍👍

Very small but also very clean. Stopped for some quick sweet treats to enjoy on our ride home. Staff was friendly. Noticed that the food menu is limited (no burgers). Will probably only stop again for ice cream but not for dining.

Went in to order an ice cream cake for the next day and the man working didn’t acknowledge us at all when we walked in. He did not smile of course and when I tried to order he said he needed a two day notice and didn’t make any effort to accommodate us. We left and called the Hortonville Dairy Queen and they said they only needed a 24 hour notice. At least that Dairy Queen is decent.

I ordered a butterscotch shake n they used the butterscotch dip for the cones which tasted like wax. So I had it remade but no butterscotch topping. So I got chocolate and it tasted like peanut butter. I am allergic to peanuts. So our chilly dogs come out ice cold. The girl behind the counter was rude and acted like how dare I ask for it to be fixed. The chocolate malt was thrown away n No return of my money or a replacement shake. Dairy Queen gets an F the whole was a failure. I won't be back which makes me mad because I love Dairy Queen. Good thing there are other ones in the AREA

Very very disappointing! We had a coupon for $1 off 6 or 8 piece rotisserie chicken bites. Went to drive-thru and was greeted by a very loud and high pitched speaker that immediately gave me a headache. I attempted to ask what came with the chiken bite basket and all I could hear was a loud distorted voice I could not understand. Instead of answering my question, I asked what kind of sauce I wanted. Then I was asked another question, that for the life of me, I could not understand. I had to ask 3 times before it made sense. I then wanted to place another order and told I could not. I asked again but was told NO. I was very frustrated and finally said fine, I will just take what I had. The order came to $7 with the coupon. When we got home and opened the bag we found a cold 6 piece chicken bites, ranch sauce and a small bag of potato chips. When we called to complain, we were told that was the basket but they didn't have the extras that should come with the meal. $7 for that? Seriously? Yeah, we won't be coming back.

The young lady that was the assistant manager was very pleasant. She really went out of her way to provide great customer service and a great sundae too. Thank you.
