I love Culver's. However, the service at this location is questionably slow, and our order comes out wrong quite often. We once added a slice of cheese to a chicken sandwich for $0.60, just for them to not give us the add-in we paid money for. Really strange stuff.We don't have much of a choice but to stick with it, seeing as it's the closest one in over 20 minutes, but I did want to voice my concern.Parking: Parking lot is a decent size - more than this location really needs. Free of charge, of course.

This Culvers is clean and has great service. They have excellent butter burgers which are of the smashed burger variety. Accordingly, they have that trademark hard sear. If you get a triple, or at least a double, it compensates nicely for not getting a thicker, medium rare, patty like you might prepare yourself. The onion rings are great, and I tried the buttery pretzel bites again and liked them even more than last time. Plus, they have sizable cups for ketchup. One was plenty for my meal, but I saw a dude with three of them on his table. Holy jeepers...

Very clean inside and the food was fresh and delicious. A few of the employees really stand out like Dan he is the man. Very friendly and great customer service they also have a super friendly worker named Jordan 12/10 on great employees.Kid-friendliness: Great place for families

This place is always clean and the food always tastes great! The employees were all working hard and working together. I wanted to compliment them on how great they were working but I did not want to disturb them. Also , I learned that they have gluten free buns. Great job employees. My 21 year old son and even noticed and mentioned to me about how good the young employees were working. ❤️Vegetarian options: Harvest veggie burger on a gluten free bun.Parking: Alot of space to park. A place to park a little bit away from building, maybe for dog walking or for travelers to stretch their legs.Kid-friendliness: Just a great friendly clean atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors had wheelchair accessible sidewalks.

Always get good fresh cooked food here. I had a shrimp basket which was 6 large breaded pieces and fries. The shrimp and fries were perfectly cooked. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. I like that they bring your meal to you unlike most fast food places. My sister just got a Culver's deluxe burger and it to was hot and freshly cooked. She loved it!

My husband and I stopped in at this Culver's on our way home from Eagle River. We stopped for lunch and were greeted by Connor. He was very friendly and professional and took our order. Connor also delivered the order to our table and asked if there was anything else he could get us. He took the orders and delivered the orders including to waiting cars outside on a not so nice day. We both commented on what a great employee he was. Any employer would be lucky to have him. He's the perfect picture of great customer service and you could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. Whatever he's making....he deserves a raise! Nice job Connor! Thanks for making our day! Oh...and my grilled cheese sandwich and onion rings were delicious!

What a great place! This is a fast food place with sit down restaurant quality. The burger patties are made right there with fresh beef, the cheese curds are tasty and the frozen custard was amazing. I appreciate their support to the American farmer as well as their patriotic enthusiasm. This is a must if you are I Wisconsin. As someone from Alaska, we could use something like this. I'll be back!

Slow, slow and slow!! ordered food got my number and sat down. 25 minutes later seen people that ordered after us eat and leave so I went to the counter to ask what was going on and was told by some RUDE high schooler that we are busy deal with it!! Asked another employee and she claims the order was sent back? 35 minutes the food finally showed up and not even a sorry for the wait....never be back to this location again

One of the worst meals from one of my favorite places. Cheeseburger was just slopped together, and the stuff was on the bottom bun. Nothing on top of the burger. Had mashed potatos and gravy, instead of fries. It was literally like barely half a cup of potatoes, my husband order double gravy, the tiny little clear cup with lid was barely enough to put on the potatoes. We don't mind paying extra for extra gravy. But this serving was disgraceful and not up to the Culver's name. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for food was greeted by disgruntled employee. Washing entry door window door was locked so i couldnt enter building. Sign on window says lobby open 10am till 10pm and it was 1130 am employee preceeded to sit there and stare at me like I was some sort of spectical. I left and went to A&W atleast they want my buisness.

Food is always good. My fried food however tasted like onion rings, which I didn't mind, but someone else might. My shake was super thin, when usually they're seriously thick. So I was just a little disappointed, but they were busy, so I can understand and they were friendly as can be.

I decided to try the Harvest garden burger for the first time and was quite impressed. I was not able to say the same for the cheese curds though. Overall it was still a decent experience.Vegetarian options: Harvest garden burger is the best veggie burger I have ever eaten.

Decided culvers was the perfect diner after Christmas shopping so run through this location at 840pm no one there and our order was messed up terrible. We didn't open our bag till we were a ways down hwy 45 so we ate what we wanted to and had to get home. I guess u have to sit in the drive through and check everything b4 u drive off!

I gave it three stars because it was a good burger. Otherwise, drive through and got no napkins or ketchup, also ordered 2 scoops with butterfinger topping and there was very little topping.
