I get pretty nervous when I have to go to small town and stay at the limited options for lodging that they have. However, if you’re like me,I recommend this place. Luke, who’s the all around everything guy was amazing,Courteous and provided great service. The rooms were also immaculate and the facility was well kept. Not your usual for a small town. So A+ for them!!

Needed a place to stay when visiting family. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was ok. Wasn't a fan of the eggs, but they were better when mixed with the sausage gravy! The make your own waffle turned out great. They even had low sugar syrup! They had pears, apples, and oranges along with cereal, milk and yogurt. Bagels and sliced breads were zip locked for freshness. A lot of options!Rooms: Average size. Whirlpool tub is a tight fit for two. Room has fridge that does not have a small freezer. For a small town this is a reasonably nice place, a step up from many motels in a small town.The good: it's clean, has decent rooms, beds and bathrooms. There is a nice breakfast in the morning. It has a small bar available adjacent to the lobby.The bad: both my room and a family member's room (on a different floor) had an extremely loud fan on the heating system. If you do not wear earplugs to sleep, you may not sleep. The heat did not work well; there was no finding "the sweet spot" between too warm or too cold.There is no elevator, if you cannot climb the stairs, be sure that you request a first floor room.The desk chair in my room was not in good condition. It was comfortable and appears to have been a nice chair at one time, but the simulated leather is now torn.They do charge a fee for the safe in the room. If you don't use the safe, request the fee be removed from your bill, otherwise you will be charged.For a small town, you do pay a premium price. (They did give me a discount because I complained about the loud heater and said that I was going to leave a negative review.)

Incredibly clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and simple check in process. Exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended if you need a hotel in the area.Update: Just had the charge hit my credit card and had a random $25 surcharge added to my bill plus $1.85 for the safe in the room. I was there for one night to sleep and never left the room. I never used the safe. I had to call (waste of my time) and was told the charges would be reversed but they never credited me for the safe. Not going to call back and waste more of my time. I'm dropping this to 3 stars based on the details here. Their billing "errors" soured an otherwise very nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable, except that the heat was on when we got checked in and it was way too warm. It was an unseasonably warm day, so I can see why heat may have been need on previous days. We had an event to go to for several hours and thought after turning off the heat that the room would cool off by the time we came back to sleep, but it was still warm and we needed to open the window.

My 4 children and I stayed here while the children had a 2 day hunter safty course in town. The room was spacious for all 5 of us and very comfortable. Nice continental breakfast and had coffee available in room. The only thing I could complain about is the main entrance to the hotel could be indicated better. And parking lot is a little small and tight for pick up truck parking. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed here 6 years ago for my wedding its a nice simple place, but what makes it 5 star is the staff like Amanda R.She was the most accommodating helpful understanding person I have had the pleasure of meeting in a while.A hotel or motel is just a building... the staff make it what it really is.I like the new carpets. Its a nice simple comfortable place to stay! I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be staying there again if im ever back this way.... The one downfall is like alot of places now days they are no longer taking cash

Great Service! If you stay here, I would recommend the Bears Den Bar, food looks great and Awesome owner! Hotel has an okay bar, just not a ton of drink options. All over good business stay! Enjoyed would recommend if you are in the area! King Whirlpool room was gorgeous and great!!

The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast offered fresh selections. We had an issue with our first room and it was resolved quickly. Staff was really friendly. I will stay here again.
