Excellent service I received there!! The front desk gentleman was Awesome and helpful, the housekeeper and maintenance man went above and beyond to help me with my needs, and the room was super clean with lots of extra room!! The Location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants and the grocery store. The water is always nice and hot so never have to worry about taking a cold shower. They are very pet friendly here. If you stay during winter you never have to worry about being plowed in the morning. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Never come across broken glass or garbage outside as the outdoors are very well kept up. Staff are ontop of any issues that may come up during your stay. Prices are dependable and do not change based of dates. Overall very nice establishment. They don’t allow animals in all rooms. Had to move to a different room just to have my dog. The room was disgusting with mold and trash everywhere we had to clean it ourselves because maintenance didn’t want to touch it. The internet did not work at all. TVs are old and out of date. The channels suck. There are no housekeepers. Some people are loud and noisy. Office never cared what problems you had. Moved out not even a month later for a better offer somewhere else

Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. I only wish housekeeping could clean more. Dirty under beds. An mirrors need better cleaning. But I am a clean nut. Could have used more towels. But I could have asked. I would stay again. People do need a place to stay or be homeless. Some of this reviews where a little bad. But I am sure they are glad to have a roof over there heads. Thank you I would come again.

Last minute walk-in. We stayed for 2 nights. The nightly rate was perfect! Not only was the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating, they were very knowledgeable about the area. The room was very clean and king bed was comfortable too. It's was nice and quiet so we were able to get our much needed rest. If we am ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

So I read through all of the reviews and I must admit I was alittle put off but we needed a place to stay while traveling. So we checked in and walked into our room and for the price and past reviews I wasn't expecting much but it was a lot nicer then others have mentioned the carpets being gross but that is not the case I do see that they have done a lot of work and the carpets looked brand new.The bed was nice and the sheets where clean. We even had extra towels in our room. We were also thankful that they are pet friendly because we had our two dogs with us and they didn't throw a fuss about them like other motels do. All they asked was that we picked up after them (Which is expected you can't leave a mess behind your animals) Honestly we will be staying here again on our next road trip up that way again !!! It was great !!

I stayed there last weekend I stayed in room 13 and I was happy to say it was very clean and up to date. I stayed here a few years go and they have now done so much update to the place. It felt modern with the new tiles in the bathroom and the beds were actually pretty soft. Over it was a great stay for me and my family loved it. Will be coming back again.

I recommend nobody go here!! I didn't get to stay here because his credit card machine didn't work and kept declining my cards. I'm glad my cards didn't work here because after going in there to get a room it was old and out dated and indiana guy sitting there in his pajamas picking is nose and it smelled so bad in there. If the office was that bad I wonder how nasty the rooms would have been. Also out side is looks scary.. I ended up going down the road to cobblestone in for only 20.00 more for a room. My cards worked there at cobblestone.

"Never judge a motel by it's reviews." THAT'S what I have learned from this stay. I arrived and paid for a week, certain that this motel would be decent. Wrong. When I stepped into my room, I was sorely disappointed. For the price, I wasn't expecting the Hilton. However, I did expect things to be clean and comfortable. The carpet was filthy--I'm not sure what color it used to be. I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. The room didn't have a microwave or a fridge. When you are staying for a week, this is a must. I went to the office and lodged my complaint. The proprietor said, "I get you a fridge." Well, that didn't happen until the following day. I was out for a while and upon returning to my room, a fridge was sitting by my door. Nice. I wrestled the thing in and plugged it in. The maintenance man was kind enough to get me a microwave. The bed was rock hard--not at all good for my back. I had to sleep with pillows propped under me to alleviate the pain. The bedding was clean, at least. Several of the floor tiles in the bathroom were missing. Not well maintained at all. I'd never stay here again!

Definitely recommend this place. Great prices. Clean. Friendly owners. Thats hard to find in these type of people these days. The middle east doesn't teach hospitality or customer service that for sure. But these owners must have been born American. They act like it. There cousins down the road that own any other hotel or motel are the rudest a**holes I have ever met. But these guys are great. They must not have gotten the treat your guests like shiy memo from the rest of them

Well what can I say I’m not sure about other reviews but I for sure had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly as well. It’s true don’t judge a book by its cover loved the place will be coming again in the future. Would recommend!!

Great stay very comfy and quiet. Was skeptical to stay here but ended up being a great stay. I have chronic asthma so I am very picky where I stay but im glad that my choice was good for once the family and I will be coming again. Would recommend.

so me and the wife i stayed there a few weekends ago and loved the stay the reviews were very out of there and my stay was wonderful the room i stayed in was room 13 and was actually very modern for a old motel it has flt screens and matress were actually very soft to sleep on. The bathroom was pretty up to date with LED lights and ceramic counter top very nice motel will be coming back.

Stayed at this place the past weekend and was a very nice stay the rate was affordable and place is actually well maintained and up to date for a hotel in a small town. Will be staying again next time I’m in town for business. Would recommend!!

It's cheap. The office smells like a restaurant kitchen. Rooms musty and basic, bring an essential oil diffuser. Beds are clean and confy. That's what counts. TV and internet works. We come back here 8th year now for Colorama.

Great stay would be coming back again the price was fair and location is very nice as well right on Main Street near many local restaurants. The stay was very quiet and clean for me with no problems will be coming back again. Would recommend!!!
